Abstract: This article elaborates the origin and development of energy performance contracting (EPC) and its implementation process, and summarizes the EPCs applications in the field of HVAC. At the same time, it analyzes the model of energy-saving benefit sharing which is applied to HVAC.

Abstract: Product lifecycle management (PLM) is a kind of solution, software technology and a business strategy, which play an indispensable role in the enterprise informatization and network management. In this paper, Teamcenter management software of SIEMENS is applied as basic platform of implementing PLM project, the fundamental network structure and main functions and solutions are introduced, furthermore, it also mainly researches the implementation strategies and process of PLM project and analyses the application values and advantages of PLM project for the enterprises.

Abstract: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an advanced manufacturing system that enables the integration of transactions-oriented data and business functions throughout an enterprise. ERP system holds the potential of greatly enhancing organizational performance and establishing competitive advantage. ERP project team can reduce their implementation costs by having a well thought out ERP implementation process. This research examines the ERP implementation process from the project management based perspective. The theoretical framework is developed to specify the ERP implementation process, which is categorized into five phases in project life cycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. The research adopts the iterative triangulation as a methodology to establish this study, and one large company in Iran has been chosen by researchers to examine the proposed framework.

Abstract: This paper addresses on quality improvement of expanded food. The five stages of six sigma implementation process are applied to define the problem and set a target for improvement. Then possible causes to the quality problems in expanded food are investigated, and the capabilities of the measuring system are evaluated and improved. Based on the results, the experiment scheme is conducted to find and optimize the key factors. Improvement result shows that sigma level of production process increased to 4.6, which is beyond the expectation and can save the cost.
