Abstract: The precision of vehicle speedometer directly influenced traffic safety, in order to ensure its reliable work, the speedometer precision must be tested regularly. During the current vehicle speed detection practice, the tested vehicle wheel was driven by the roller and the slippage between the roller and vehicle wheel was not calculated, therefore a great error came into being in the detection result for the vehicle with rear-place, rear-drive and the speed signal getting from the front wheel, aimed at this circumstance and based on analyzing vehicle speed test principle, the speed sensor and data acquisition card were chosen, and a vehicle speed detection system was improved by appling NI LabVIEW software in the paper, which had overcome the shortage of the traditional vehicle speed test principle, When being applied in detection practice, it could improve the accuracy and pass-rate of vehicle speed detection.

Abstract: In order to make the school bus seat structure meet the seat safety standards, in this paper the finite element simulation analysis method was adopted to establish the finite element model of the school bus seat frame. Based on this model, respectively, at two different height of seat, and two different numerical test forces were applied to the school bus seat, and in two cases the performances of the seat frame were analyzed and its safety was evaluated. For the analysis result improvement design and modal analysis were conducted, and all those ensure the seat performance to meet standards of school bus seat safety and requirements of seat comfort.

Abstract: We propose an evaluation way by Information Integration Method(IIM)[1] for improvement designs. IIM is an evaluation way which is based on Shannon’s information theory and is not depending on personal subjectivity. We have confirmed the effectiveness of this evaluation way by confirming a case study of an electric shaver improvement design.

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of optional disassembly problem, disassembly strategy based on bionic disassembly hive model is presented in this study. This method is combined with modular theory to resolve the data explosion which is caused by too many parts in disassembly body for relevant algorithms. Through establishing disassembly hive space model, the judgment of disassembly direction and some other problems are transferred into the evaluation of ant bee groups’ migration routes. The relative disassembly difficulty of the part is defined based on the conception of disassembly ring. And new ideas of obtaining disassembly sequence are introduced to improve the efficiency of getting disassembly programs.

Abstract: From the perspectives of modularization disassembly, the influence of entity structure, function, motion and other factors of product brought to disassembly efficiency is elaborated. A way to improve design facing modularization disassembly is proposed. The time and cost of disassembly are checked by the proposed method through examples. Comparisons of disassembly evaluation before and after improvement are conducted based on the results. The general method to improve design is summarized. In terms of differences of repair probability of key parts in maintenance process, the improvement design criterion is put forward in the method, which improves the maintenance efficiency, reduces the maintenance cost and difficulty of disassembling operation and avoids data explosion of disassembly sequence because of too many parts.

Abstract: The performance of the BF type flexible drive in using is worse, the pressure of the round is larger and uniform, and even be negative, so it is easy to lapse institutions. Increase the transmission through the gravity balancer equipment; it is the better way to solve existing problems. By designing to transform the structure of the gravity balancer and optimizing the parameters of gravity balancer equipment, the stress of all wheels will be greater than zero and the total pressure of round become smaller, the loaded and no-load pressure of the round is the same. So it is a very good solution to solve the problem of gear wear, the performance can be greatly improved, it provides a way to improve and optimize the existing equipment, and it would have good development prospects and market value.
