Abstract: Relay control is one of the most commonly device driver methods used in industrial control, the commonly control method is using high or low level. Short pulse jitter is extremely easy to cause misoperation of relay. This paper mainly introduces a kind of high reliability relay control method what using pulse driving source, integral circuit, selector and comparator. It can be effectively to reduce the relay misoperation, guarantee the equipment reliability in the engineering application.

Abstract: Multi-touch wireless monitoring technology is one of the industrial control fields of human-computer interaction in the future development direction. The multi-touch system is based on android. We install it into the android system comes with a mobile terminal and WIFI will transfer all kinds of control signals to the industrial PC or embedded platform with WIFI module. And the embedded platform will complete the decoding and control PLC, so the multi-touch based on the android system of industrial control will be implemented. It can provide an effective solution for multi-touch applications in industrial fields.

Abstract: This paper uses an industrial control product as a teaching platform, the necessary foundation of theoretical teaching and practical exercises which is combined, so that students quickly grasp the embedded industrial control system software and hardware, the basics of the system hardware and software analysis, circuit testing, and has strong ability to application. It can improve students on the practical aspects of the initiative and enthusiasm by courses. Improve the requirements of the course on the basis of the original experiment, the validation and repeated cross-experiment is deleted, which is contributed to save hours and improve efficiency. Due to the application of advanced processing technology, so it can reduce the distance of the school teaching and social applications.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces Process Control comprehensive Experimental System Based on MCGS. The system is a small distributed control system. The host computer with Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS) completes the simulating and monitoring of the controlled objects. And by RS-232/RS-485, it communicates with the slave computer which is made of Siemens PLC (S7-200). The real-time detected and controlled objects are temperature, pressure, liquid level and flow. The collected data are treated and some data of them are calculated by the way of PID operation in accordance with the specific requirements which results will control the actions of actuators. And in addition, the system can be easily combined into a variety of chemical experiments according to different needs. Practice has proved that the experimental device fully simulates industrial control field and it is simple operation and flexible structure, the experimental effect is good

Abstract: In this paper a PLC control system is designed to control the sorting, transmission and loading/unloading in the manufacturing, in view of the defects of the relay control system which usually has poor reliability and bad flexibility in use. On the basis of the superior performance of PLC control system and the working principle of frequency converter, AC transducer drive technology is applied to achieve stable starting, reliable operation and low breakdown rate in the assembly line of manufacturing. In the design of the upper monitoring system, the functions of parameter settings, process monitoring and control, data processing, fault location can be well implemented via configuration software. The research work of this paper will lay a solid foundation for the design of material automatic sorting system based on the PLC controller.

Abstract: To simplify the operation for the oil and gas development for drill and complete the well in the petroleum industry, a natural vegetable gum drilling and completion fluids system is developed for the industrial control and application. As the system combines the advantage of the drilling fluid and completion fluid, it need not change the two different fluids during the operation, which is beneficial to the operation control. In addition, it can improve the implementation of the oil and gas exploration for industrial application. An extensive laboratory work for the high-temperature resistance capability of the natural vegetable gum drilling and completion fluids system is carried out, including the formulation study of the detailed system and the corresponding performance evaluation. In the system, with the basic formula of the natural vegetable gum drilling and completion fluids system, several new formulas beneficial to improve the high-temperature resistance capability of the system have been described. The corresponding laboratory analysis has demonstrated that the prosperities of the system, with the temperature resistance capability up to 305℉, are proper for the industrial application.

Abstract: Although UCON makes a unified framework for research on modern access control, it is not applicable enough due to fact that it only gives out a conceptual model. In this paper, analysis and extension have been made on UCON, role and task factors are introduced to it and combined with the conception of domain, an UCON extension model—UCONTR model, which is applicable to industrial control, is proposed. Its formalized description is given in the next step. Finally, the application of UCONTR on distributed control system for heat treatment is introduced in detail.
