Abstract: DigiEcoCity is an ideal city model which combines the concept of sustainable development, new technologies of digital revolution and functions thar are needed for creating a better life, and is the direction of the future development of low carbon city. Gongqing DigiEcoCity is low carbon economy-oriented in industrial planning, the needs of developing low carbon industry and enhancing the city’s social and economic development are taken into account in planning direction, function structure, land use, road & traffic,construction sequence and so on. The Gongqing DigiEcoCity actively explores the development of low carbon industry and is a pioneer in this field.

Abstract: This paper simulates the impact of industrial development on the manufacturing from the perspective of sustainable development. We discussed the industrial development and environmental changes and the results show that industrial waste and pollution levels are gradually slowing down towards improvement, the results show that the reducing the amount of industrial wastewater discharge may strengthen the implementation of environmental policy and industrial wastewater treatment investments related, and there are signs of a rebound and volatility.

Abstract: Take a case study of Shitan village in Yangjia Town, the saemaul planning would take living spaces of industry, residence, culture and entertainment, as well as transportation in a group. It’s different from the past pattern-which pays more attention to improve infrastructures-in the construction of new countryside. It’s a plan taking the special industry as a core and remolding the living space as the key. It’s a plan that combines machinating, planning and design in one. It will fully exploit local history and culture in order to portray the local unique culture characteristics. Meanwhile, The plan will take a serious consideration of the the saemaul current situation and development tendency in the design of transportation and construction.

Abstract: Under the context of improving the world's ecological standards, the developed countries are making higher standards, which may lead to the traditional "high end" industry transferring to China and other developing countries, especially the industry which takes more subtle pollution or longer incubation period. In China, reflection after three decades of development in Guangdong and other pre-open areas may lead to these "high end" industries transfer to the developing area, such as Chongqing. From the example of four confrontations between Greenpeace and Hewlett-Packard, it can be found that the electronic information industry development may bring long-term worries. In this context, in order to avoid the "high end" industries development’s pitfalls, the electronic information industry in Chongqing must be conducted with a comprehensive system of research about its concealed or latent ecological and environmental worries of electronics industry.
