Abstract: Promotion of an integrated approach for industrial policy at European and national levels is crucial to ensuring the future competitiveness of the European Union and to raise growth potential. Essential for economic success and economic recovery of the European Union is an integrated single market, which creates an attractive environment for business, production of goods and services. Industrial modernization, investing in innovation, new technology, production inputs and skills, increased productivity, efficient use of resources and goods and services with high value added are prerequisites for achieving Europe's comparative advantage in the global economy. The main source of industrial future and competitiveness of the European Union are becoming investments in innovation and key technologies that redefine global value chains, make more efficient use of resources and redesign the international division of labor.

Abstract: Aiming at storing and transmitting the real time data of energy management system in the industrial production, an online data compression technique is proposed. Firstly, the auto regression model of a group of sequence is established. Secondly, the next sampled data can be predicted by the model. If the estimated error is in the allowable range, we save the parameters of model and the beginning data. Otherwise, we save the data and repeat the method from the next sampled data. At Last, the method is applied in electricity energy data compression of a beer production. The application result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Forming technology node is enough large organized because of using complex of the technological equipment. The technological semantics of the brought process production can be explained and in further formalized.

Abstract: At the present stage of development of carbon nanomaterial production technologies great attention is paid to the creation of equipment that allows for obtaining these materials in significant amounts. Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) in cooperation with research and industrial teams carries out research, as well as design and manufacturing work for process equipment to obtain carbon nanofibres and nanotubes. As a result of this work the experimental industrial production technologies for hydrocarbon catalytic pyrolysis were developed. Experimental samples of products (nanofibres) were obtained.
