Abstract: The Suzhou River once was a seriously polluted belt gathered by a large number of factories with the growth mode of high material consumption, high energy consumption, high pollution and low technology. With the industrial restructuring, the tertiary industry replaced the secondary industry, and business, real estate, tourism, creative industry have become the major industry beside the Suzhou River. Relying on the river coordinated function, the Suzhou River showed its industrial charm with additional role of sightseeing, tourism and recreation. It is the right decisions and strong measures of Shanghai municipal government that make the Suzhou River, the previously polluted river, flow to an ecological civilization.

Abstract: Under the background of ecological civilization, the energy saving and emission reduction, low carbon eco-city construction is booming. At present, China industrial carbon emissions account for more than half of total carbon emissions in the whole society. The analysis of industrial carbon emissions and its spatial distribution is quite important. Consider the Park of Shenzhen international low-carbon city as the research object; based on the enterprise data from the 2011 industrial census, it combines both the top-down and bottom-up methods to evaluate its current industrial carbon emission levels and then discusses the relationship between the industrial structure and carbon emissions. Comprehensive utilization of the spatial distribution function of GIS, the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial carbon emissions and carbon intensity is evaluated, so as to provide the references for the related policy-making of low-carbon ecological city.

Abstract: The county economy is not only an important component of the national economy, but also be the basic operation unit of the national economy.It plays an irreplaceable role in the great economic and social development of our country. In this paper, we provide a non-parametric method for analyzing the economic efficiency based on DEA theory. Then we analyze the development efficiency of eight counties in Tongliao City from 2003 to 2012 , we also put forward suggestions on how to adjust the industrial structure according to the data analysis of the results of the model.

Abstract: The country's economic development not only reflects the increase of the GNP, but also must be accompanied by the development of the industrial structure. Through studying the development status of Chinese industrial structure, I summarize the Chinese first industry continues to decline, but the proportion and structure deviation degree are still on the high side. The second industrial proportion is rising slowly. The proportion of the third industry is small, and the development of internal structure is not perfect etc. So I suggest that we must continue to consolidate the foundation of agriculture. Accelerate adjustment of second industry, and increase investment in scientific and technological R & D. We need to promote the productive service industry, consummate the internal structure of the third industry. The purpose is that provide basis and reference for the formulation of government policy of industry structure adjustment.

Abstract: Leading industry is an important economic phenomenon in the economic development, is the different stages of economic growth point for economic development of a country or region, plays a guiding role of the evolution direction of the country or region of the industrial structure and trend, it reflects and determines a country or region economy development level and foreground. In this paper, through the analysis of the connotation and evaluation method of leading industry, established the factor model and evaluation index of industry, with the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, screening out 7 industry leading industries in Shaanxi province.

Abstract: China and the United States are the two largest economies in the world, and there is a strong complementarily between their economies, so the volume of their bilateral trade is also very large. However, with the development of trade exchanges, bilateral trade friction also intensifies; especially in recent years, American trade deficit with China has grown very rapidly. In order to reverse the situation, the United States launched several trade litigations and implemented tough trade sanctions against China. It led to trade disputes between the two countries, which seriously damaged the healthy development of Sino-US relation. So we compares the similarities and differences between the two trade frictions, pointing out both valuable experience and negative lessons from Japan in handling Japan-US trade friction, so as to provide reference to China for easing Sino-US trade friction.

Abstract: Hunan province energy consumption carbon emissions based on the industrial structure was analyzed with carbon emissions factor method in 2000-2012. Results show that Hunan province’s carbon emissions have a rapid growth in 2000-2012. Since 2007 the growth of carbon intensity is slowly, and there is an emergence of signs of decline. Recently the correlation between the growth of GDP and carbon emissions in Hunan Province becomes weakening, but carbon intensity is still higher. Industry occupies a dominant position in the energy consumption carbon emissions. Since 2007 the proportion of industrial carbon emissions is decreased form 79.41% to 72.30% in 2012, there is an obvious decline. Recently, the growth rate of industrial carbon emissions is relative lower. The growth of carbon emissions from the construction industry and the tertiary industry is the most obvious. Relevant policies should be formulated as soon as possible, to promote the level of construction technology, control energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit of output.

Abstract: Using data from 2007 to 2011 as the sample, on the base of analyzing the power consumption overall situation of Sichuan Province, the effects of Sichuan electric consumption, energy consumption characteristics factors, increase the proportion of the reasons were studied. The research results to improve the operation quality and efficiency of management, further develop the electric power market has a certain reference value.

Abstract: Urbanization progress and industrial structure change as an important content of economic development, the dynamic correlation effects in the process of economic development continuously. Based on Gansu province in 1978-2011 time series data, building the VAR model of urbanization progress and industrial structure change, analysis of the dynamic effect between urbanization progress and industrial structure change in Gansu province, and grasp the mutual influence of both from spatial evolution, between urbanization progress and industrial structure change is dynamic effect in Gansu province, but the impact of industrial structure change on urbanization progress is stronger than the impact of urbanization progress on industrial structure change, Suggestions are given on this basis.
