Abstract: The oxidative polymerization of 3-amino-3 ́-nitro-diphenylazomethine was carried out in various ways. In this case, the effect of the concentration of monomer and initiator, their ratio, temperature and reaction time, on the yield and molecular weight of the polymer was studied. The morphology is established, the size of the polymer particles and their distribution are determined. It is shown that the synthesized polymer has increased electrical conductivity and is active in redox processes.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider the influence of the conditions for fixing a wavy plate lying on an elastic foundation on its stressed-deformed state. The profiled plates are widely used in construction practice as fencing structures, for siding works, for roofing and others. The stress-strain state of the wavy plates varies depending on geometry, materials mechanical properties, foundation characteristics and boundary condition. Steel with polymer coatings, which make the sheets a decorative material, is increasingly used in individual and low-rise buildings. The elastic foundation is considered as Winkler base, so we suppose that the reaction of the base is directly proportional to the deflection of the plate at each point. The Bubnov-Galerkin method is used to determine the stress-strain state of the plate. To solve the problem, we use special orthogonal Legendre polynomials satisfying the boundary conditions: simply supported and clamped edges. The results of the calculations were compared for different types of fixation.

Abstract: Laser welding with hot wire addition is a new type of welding method. In order to search for appropriate laser welding technological parameters, main technological parameters have ran orthogonal optimization tests, root face layers have ran orthogonal experiments, impacts on root face forming qualities of technological parameters have been analyzed. Experimental results show that, the most influential technological parameter of weld width is welding speed, by lowering welding speed heat heat input in per unit of time will be increased, weld width decreases with the increase of defocusing amount and decrease of density of power.

Abstract: A lap welding experiment of DP590 steel and 6061 aluminum plate is carried out by using Heating Friction Stir Spot Welding (HFSSW) to study the influence of welding parameters on the forming quality. The results show that a lap joint with better forming can be obtained for the dissimilar metal of steel and aluminum. Under the condition that the rotating speed of the stirring tool is 1000r/min, the penetration depth, 0.2mm, the dwell time, 90s, the welding pressure, 0.2Mp, and the flow rate of cooling air, 20L/min, the forming quality of the surface of the joint line is good & bright, and the exit hole is also smaller. The mechanism of heat production is revealed in the following: the main heat is produced by the friction between the stirring tool shoulder and the welded part & between the probe and the welded part as well as by the latent heat resulted from the plastic deformation of the material in joint line during welding.

Abstract: The absorbed liquids in the substrate material may have a potential influence on atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. In order to investigate how the influence of ethanol pretreatment affects atmospheric pressure plasma treatment, nylon 6 films were treated by helium/oxygen plasma using atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ). Water contact angle of the ethanol pretreated samples was close to that of the control. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the ethanol pretreated sample surface had a little change on the surface. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that the carbon component decreased and the oxygen component increased after plasma treatment. With the ethanol pretreatment, the T-peel strength values for the samples were similar to that of the control.

Abstract: In this paper, we have prepared the beta-FeSi2 thin film on Si substrate through the direct current magnetron sputtering technology. We have tested the samples by XRD, optical digital microscope (ODM), spectrophotometer, and SEM. Under the same annealing temperature at 1153 K, the annealing time has important influence on the optical characteristic of beta-FeSi2 thin film. More the thickness of the beta-FeSi2 thin film is thinner, and more the absorptivity of photo is higher. We should use the thinner beta-FeSi2 thin film with appropriate value of the thickness and must adopt the anti-reflection layer to fabricate the solar cell.

Abstract: In the report, Co (ii) ionic liquids catalytic system was synthesized and used in the polycarbonate (CHO/CO2) synthesis. The Co (ii) ionic liquids catalytic system was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The influences of different factors, including reaction time, reaction temperature, and pressure of CO2 on the synthesis of polycarbonate (CHO/CO2) were described. The results show that Co (ii) ionic liquids catalytic system could be successfully applied in the copolymerization of carbon oxide (CO2) and cyclohexene oxide (CHO). The optimum synthetic conditions of the polycarbonate, including reaction temperature of 90 °C, reaction time of 8 hours , and CO2 pressure of 25 bar.

Abstract: Through the experiment, this paper studies and analyzes influence of different initial temperatures on cement grout performance. The results show initial temperature has influences on grout fluidity, bleeding rate, setting time and early strength. Under guaranteed curing temperature, initial temperature has no influence on long-term strength of grout.

Abstract: Global warming is one of the biggest environment challenges in front of human today. The earth’s atmosphere and clouds have the function of insulation, making the earth maintain a certain temperature in the night. The earth is in a serious greenhouse effect due to increasing pollution. The paper explains how to deal with and curb global warming.

Abstract: The transformer rated secondary load in electric energy metering device was much larger before electric energy metering device revamp. Big energy differences exist before and after the revamp. The reason of making down rated secondary load and its influence on transformer error and energy metering are analyzed in the presented work.
