Abstract: Civil building energy consumption is an important part of the social total energy consumption, building energy efficiency has great significance to the sustainable development. This paper through the construction of civil building energy consumption influence factors hypothesis model of civil building energy consumption influence factors are analyzed. The results show that the total population, urban and rural population structure, economic development, the consumption level of residents and the third industry development will promote the civil building energy consumption in Shaanxi Province, while the technological progress is not obvious to reduce the energy consumption of civil building in Shaanxi. On this basis, put forward the energy saving proposal.

Abstract: The determining of m value in “m” method has great significance to force analysis of pile foundation buried segments. In this paper, a finite element software is used for the nonlinear finite element analysis of elastic long pile under the horizontal force action, and combined with the related provisions and formulas for “m” method given in 《Code for Pile Foundation of Harbour Engineering》, a accurate m value can be obtained conveniently. Then based on this method and by the single factor analysis, a more systematic study was made to the related factors, and obtained the influence law of various factors to m value.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese urbanization rate increased from 30% in 1996 to the initial stage of 53.7% in 2013. The urbanization rate in Anhui in 2013 was 47.86%, which reflects that the level of socio-economic development of Anhui still need to constantly enhance and accelerate the process of urbanization. Green building industry as the strongest driving force of new urbanization, how to promote the development of green city has become a top priority of all work for housing construction. In this paper, through study on environmental analysis for green building industry in Anhui, regression analyse the market demand for green building industry. Finally, put forward some strategies for the development of green building industry in the process of new urbanization in Anhui.

Abstract: Based on the field survey data,statisticsing and analysising the influence factors of industry flows of science and technology human resources in Shaanxi Province by using multiple linear regression model and Logistic regression model.The results show that: enterprise promotion chance, industry development ability, family factors and change lifestyle these four factors promote or weaken the effect on the flow of talent directly;Age,working ability,professional degree are the constitute factors influencing science and technology talent flow;However, the influence of gender, education, welfare and residential moves is not significant for industry flow of science and technology human resources.

Abstract: As development and maturity of China's capital market day by day, the information disclosure of listed companies to investors has higher and higher quality. At present, many listed companies want to obtain the trust and investment of investors, willing to disclose some information beyond the mandatory disclosure to provide for the investors. Many companies make voluntary information disclosure. However, there is a problem of voluntary information disclosure of listed companies in our country. This paper, through the study on the current status of the voluntary information disclosure of listed companies, finds out the influence factors of voluntary information disclosure and proposes the corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems.

Abstract: Coalbed methane resource is rich in China, however the original fracture system is complex and the fracturing effect, the fracturing crack initiation and propagation law are different from conventional formations, so the conventional hydraulic fracturing experience is not applicable. This paper summarized previous experience, systematically discussed the main factors and influences of coalbed methane fracturing, analyzed the research progress of CBM for fracture propagation law and the main problems and put forward some recommendations on the development direction of theoretical research on coalbed methane fracturing, which are necessary for depth research of coalbed methane fracturing crack propagation law.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to establish a relationship between the raw material properties and granulation behavior in extrusion wet granulation (WEG) and high shear wet granulation (HSWG). moisture content (MC), Carr index (CI), angle of repose (AOR), and mean size distribution (MSD) of binary mixtures were examined. The effect of these variables on the processibility and performance of the granulations was evaluated by monitoring such response along with granule growth. The prominent involved findings were that moisture content and Carr index had significant impacts on granule growth, followed by particle size, while angle of repose showed a minimal correlation. These results were physically interpreted by the previous wet granulation theories. The granule growth was linked to the properties of primary mixture. And in the process of high shear and extrusion granulation process, flowability showed an important effect on critical attributes of final product. Understanding the impact of primary properties of raw materials will be useful in mapping a new material to predict its performance in these two different granulation methods.

Abstract: Flocculation process is a method of ballast water treatment process which can satisfy the security, effective, environmental protection, operation and economic request , on the treatment of ballast water has been studied widely at home and abroad .The paper summarizes the flocculation process application treatment about ballast water of ship, introduced the affecting flocculation process factors , and discussed the application prospect of flocculation technology in ballast water treatment application field .

Abstract: Maritime silk road is important to China’s economy and politics, and it is influenced by a number of interrelated factors. It is difficult to determine which factors are more important and should be considered preferentially. This paper introduces Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) to identify and analyze those factors. A hierarchy structure of factors influencing maritime silk road which contains three levels is constructed after identifying and sorting factors. By analyzing the direct, indirect and fundamental influencing factors, the results provide references to develop plans of building maritime silk road.
