Abstract: This paper aims at the oil depot valve internal leakage quantitative inspection using acoustic emission. On the basis of giving the valve internal leakage quantitative model, the main factors which effected quantification of leakage rates are theoretical analyzed and the relative error estimation model is presented. The influence of main factors on the accuracy of leakage quantitative model and the correctness of the relative error estimation model are verified by experiments. Finally, research mentality on how to improve leakage quantitative model is proposed.

Abstract: With the development of society and economy, motor vehicle ownership increased rapidly. The difficulty of Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub parking has become an important problem of inhabitant trip. Parking charge policy as one of the most widely used control method. On the change of resident trip mode, alleviating the traffic jam and reducing environmental pollution has played an important role. Parking prices to determine various factors must be considered. This paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate parking formulation factors. The importance of various factors obtained with targeted put forward some policy Suggestions. To ensure the parking charge measure should be social effects.

Abstract: Grey system theory has been applied widely in the fields of industry and engineering such as property industry. In this paper, we study the influence factors on the housing price of property industry, and present an influence factor analysis method based on the grey correlation analysis. Then this method is used to analyze the multiple influence factors on property industry such as GDP, population, the total amount of real estate investment, commercial housing construction area, completed commercial housing area, commercial housing sales area and urban per capita disposable income, then we conclude that the commercial housing sales area and commercial housing construction area are two main influence factors on housing price.

Abstract: The influence factors of humanity design of public facilities contain four aspects: natural environment, human environment, regional culture and human factors. The principles that humanity design of public facilities should be obey to meet the needs of people's activities, people's psychology, the organic unity of the "man" and "materialized", to achieve the artistic beauty and meet the cultural identity. Humanity design can cause the user's thoughts resonate with the designer, and it can promote the sustainable development of urban public facilities because of its mutual integration with the environment.

Abstract: The serial-parallel robot can be resolved into the serial combination of two parallel robots. Each branch chain of the parallel robot is all a serial branch chain. By utilizing the kinematics equivalency and considering the influences on posture errors of the final moving platform affected by end errors of each branch, the synthetic analytical method based on dynamic and static factors was put forward. The main affection factor was presented and effectiveness verification has been carried out on the conclusion of study by the form of a living example.

Abstract: With the development of technology, steel structures have been gaining increasingly widespread application, and the scope of research of steel types is also becoming increasingly broad. In addition to the four common steels used in construction, various mechanical properties and practical application of Q460 steel have also been studied at home and abroad at present. This paper introduces the research status of Q460 steel, describes its mechanical properties and the requirements for steels used in steel building structures, and analyzes the main factors influencing the properties of Q460 steel, providing some reference for practical engineering application of Q460 steel.

Abstract: With indentation and puncture tests, this article chooses several typical 3PE heat shrinkable sleeve field coating material, characterizes their compression resistance and influence factors by determination on the proportion of indentation depth (PID) and bursting strength. The result shows that temperature has significant effect to PID, the average PID is 4.75% and 11.70% separately on the condition of 10MPa, 23°C and 50°C; the bursting strength is mostly influenced by thickness, with the minimum of 1216N; the original density has no effect to compression resistance.

Abstract: Water hammer can occur in any fluid pipeline systems. The pressure caused by water hammer are far exceeding the pressure range of the pipe limit, and it can lead to the failure or fracture of the pipeline. Since a great loss has been caused by that, two influence factors (flow velocity and roughness of the pipe-wall) associated with water hammer have been performed by using the numerical simulation software CFX. Analysis of the results show that each factor effects differently in waveform, amplitude, period, attenuation of the water hammer wave. The different velocities only influences the peak of pressure wave but not the waveform and period. The pressure reduction as the increase of roughness can be neglected compared to the normal pressure.

Abstract: Under the saline soil environment in the western area of Jilin Province, the concrete durability is affected by a lot of factors, which include wet-dry cycles, freeze-thaw cycles, wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycles, salt soaking time, salts concentration, fly-ash content, air content. These factors impact on the durability of concrete is uncertain, and there may be a problem of duplicate action, with some roughness characteristics. In this article, the rough set theory is used to analyze the degree that these seven factors affect the concrete durability, and to calculate weights. In this article, the loss rate of dynamic elasticity modulus is looked as the evaluation index of concrete durability. The results show that: the importance degrees of 7 factors influencing the loss rate of concrete dynamic elasticity modulus in order are: wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycles > wet-dry cycle > freeze-thaw cycles > multiple salts concentration > air content > long-term soak > fly-ash content.
