Abstract: This paper collect 5yearss data to study the energy efficiency in Xian, use least squares to analyze the factors how to influence the energy efficiency. The result shows that: the cluster has the biggest influence on the energy efficiency. Technological advance and construction industrial scale can influence the energy efficiency to a certain degree. The energy price influence the energy efficiency to a small degree. To guarantee the Twelfth Five-Year Plans goal, we should encourage development on the energy conservation technology at first; Then , build a reasonable system of energy prices; At last ,enhance the construction industrial scale and concentration.

Abstract: Coal village relocation will bring local agricultural production and farmers living influence. Based on the city which has been moved eight villages, take the form of questionnaire from farming convenience condition, labor and agricultural structure adjustment, social security and other aspects, and analyzed the survey data with regression statistics. Relocate residents willing to continue to engage in agricultural production as the dependent variable, selecting 15 factors as independent variables, using SPSS software to carry on the Logit regression analysis model, finally determine Relevance between the main source of income and the field road built two factors and farmers engaged in agricultural production, the change in the transportation and large mechanical equipment also have great influence to the function.

Abstract: Temperature programed desorption experiments were carried out for analyzing the TPD spectra of NH3 desorbed by CaO at different temperature ramp, pressure, and different ratio of CaO to CaSO4. Moreover, factors affecting on the adsorption process were analyzed. Based on the activation energy of He, NH3 desorbed at the CaO surface was estimated by experimental spectra and the TPD model.

Abstract: Drop Weight Tear Testing (DWTT) method is widely used for determining a materials ability to arrest a propagating crack. The influence factors of DWTT are discussed for X70 thick wall linepipe steel. The effects of nonuniformity of the material, ductile-brittle transition temperature, notch type, evaluation method of the fracture surface, machining method and the test equipments are discussed. Some solutions and recommendations to the problems are proposed.

Abstract: As a basic auxiliary service, primary frequency regulation (PFR) is provided with significant effect in secure and stable operation for grids. Thermal power plants undertake important task in PFR by virtue of it is main type in grid-connected power plants. However, some problems such as slow response, inadequate load variable quantity, or even reverse regulating effect exist in actual PFR process. In PFR relative control logic, PFR command, load variable quantity command and main steam pressures influence must be taken into consideration. Regulating valves flow characteristics and adjustment of overlap degree can result in imbalance of load regulating under different working point. Frequency data utilized by grid dispatching center and power plant are inconsistent so that PFR evaluation may be affected. On the premise of safe operation in power plant, energy storage can improve units load in a fast time. A series of optimization measurements are put forward on the basis of the above four influence factors. In accordance with respective influence characteristics, these measurements possess a certain reference significance to improve performance index of PFR.

Abstract: Networked Control System (NCS) has been drawn much attention in control field, and the performance of integrating control with network is particularly considered. The co-design of control and network performances of NCSs simultaneously possesses the theoretical and practical significance. In the paper, the main four NCS factors, i.e., network-induced delay, scheduling, sampling period, and packet loss rate, are investigated from the perspective of theoretical analysis and simulation. The simulations, based on the Truetime toolbox, show the effect of each factor on the NCS performance, which could provide a critical research basis for the further research in the co-design of NCS control and scheduling.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the stationary, multiple regression relationship and Granger relationship between the urbanization process including urban population, GDP, investment in fixed assets, area of completed residential building land and mileage of public transit vehicles, and its effects on carbon emissions in Beijing from 1980 to 2011. Based on the circumstances of economic growth and carbon emissions in 2011, the results show that carbon emissions will increase by 138.577 thousand tons for each additional 100 thousand urban population, 8.719 thousand tons for each additional 1 billion Yuan investment in fixed assets, and 9.693 thousand tons for each additional 100 thousand square meters completed residential building land. GDP in constant-price of 1978 increases by every 1 billion Yuan, carbon emissions will reduce 137.203 thousand tons. Mileage of public transit vehicles does not have linear regression relationship with carbon emissions. Urban population and area of completed residential building land are the granger cause of carbon emissions. According to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations to reduce carbon emissions.

Abstract: Studying the distribution of the remaining oil is a crucial part in the process of developing oilfield. This study provides the further improvement of oil recovery rate with strong guarantee, and is a necessary method of developing further water controlling of individual reservoir oilfield. Saturation measurement techniques for remaining oil distribution research are particularly important. This paper describes the research of ways of measuring saturation in the resistance measurement experiment, the standard resistance - saturation curve and the factors influencing it. The results show that for different electrode installation, standard curve is mainly affected by the electrode distance. Standard curve is also greatly affected by water salinity, temperature and the difference in corespermeability.

Abstract: This paper determines population, GDP, the proportion of secondary industry, energy structure, science and technology progress and energy price as the main influence factors on carbon emissions according to the scholars research results. To analysis the relationship between carbon emissions and influence factors, multi-regression equation of carbon emissions and influence factors is established based on the data of Hebei Province from 1995 to 2010. According to the data of influence factors of carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010, the paper respectively establishes each simple regression equation and forecasts its future values. Based on the predictive value of influence factors and multi-regression equation, the paper forecasts the carbon emissions and the carbon emissions of the reducing of the proportion of secondary industry in different circumstances . The conclusions can offer the decision basis for reducing carbon emissions.
