Abstract: Campus website in university is the extension of campus culture on the network, which is one of the most direct and effective means to improve university popularity in the information society. From the perspective of communication and information architecture theory, research on the development and construction of campus website in university plays a very important role for promoting the university to the outside and strengthening the internal and external communication. First, we introduce basic theories including mass communication, uses and gratifications and information architecture. Then based on these theories, we conduct basic research on the campus website, find out effective communication ways, comb out website problems in the dissemination process, and as a basis for reference provide ideas and methods for the development of communication strategies of campus websites. Finally, we analyze and summarize interfaces, content and services of campus websites, and propose the design method and implementation technology solutions of campus website construction. The above contents open up a new way for the study of campus website, also broaden this kind of research fields, and they are the important supplements to the website communication studies with certain innovation.

Abstract: Information and communication technology is one of the key issues of smart grid and the basis of its realization. To standardization of smart grid information architecture, this paper analyzes smart grid conceptual reference model, propose smart grid hierarchical information architecture, including grid equipment layer, communication gird layer, data storage layer and data application layer. For this information architecture, this paper finally discusses smart gird protection system.

Abstract: With the improvement of mobile communication network communication equipment intelligent level and the growth of the business needs, network management is also increasing the accuracy and timeliness requirements. And due to the lack of multi-disciplinary network of integrated network management system, it is difficult to conduct unified management of network resources, maintenance, scheduling and optimization. The based on TMN basic theory, analysis of network management information model, the design of management information model system (MIF) in the 3G mobile network management application framework, the level of clarity of the framework to facilitate the use of standardized information model abstraction, has a good reusable and scalability characteristics; unified NMS network element management, and thus laid the foundation to provide integrated access reference for the design and development of next-generation mobile network management system based on the framework enables.

Abstract: In this paper, we systematically described the characteristics of traditional Web applications, as well as the advantages of Ajax technology, analyzed the differences between enterprise web application and public web application, and the differences between enterprise web applications and desktop applications; studied the characteristics of enterprise Web applications and Information Architecture Model; on the basis of the analysis of enterprise-class framework, proposed functional requirement of components and framework which support enterprise-class Web development, discusses computing balance between the client and server.
