Abstract: The development and construction of the smart grid require the efficient integration of the communication data of the grid enterprises, the optimization of operation and management of the grid. The paper introduces the characteristics and the requirements of the construction of the grid panoramic information platform, in allusion to the heterogeneous professional application system and the information isolated island phenomenon in power grid. The paper designs the panoramic information system frame based on the service oriented architecture (SOA) and proposes the schemes of the panoramic information integration and the information integration solution, providing a firm basic information platform for the unified management, production and operation and the forewarning decision of the smart grid.

Abstract: Access can be used to develop a variety of software applications, such as financial management, sales management, financial management system, which has the advantages of simple operation, Even if the non computer professionals can master in a short period of time, and it can meet the development in many fields. In this paper, based on the option management, we establish the options financial risk management model of power enterprise, combined with MySQL database tools, and design financial risk management system of the electric power enterprise. The system has a visual interface, and the user can query and do risk prediction quickly through visualization window, which greatly improves the efficiency of financial risk management for electric power enterprise. It provides a new method for the application of computer in enterprise risk management.

Abstract: Water resources reasonable disposition is a measure to solve water shortage problem, cannot still meet the requirement of practice for the knowledge of complex water resources system and the method of describing and other theoretical research. The Yellow River has faced the dry-up of the Yellow River. A Synthetic Decision Support System (SDSS) for water resources dispatch and allocation, based on a new route and method to water resources dispatch and allocation derision-making was developed in order to gain a better understanding of the water resources dispatch and allocation. The paper completes the design of the main structure and functions of the system, and introduces the key techniques of implementing the system, through the analysis of application subject and information integration manner of the system, topological relationship between the water conservancy project entities in various river basins is established using the thought of graphic-topology and tree-topology. Adopting the data warehouse technique, the integration method of facing the decision subject, separation method of the user interface and application program, the method of water resources dispatch and allocation service model based on topological relationship, is established. The model is integrated with the scenario experiences and knowledge about the water resources dispatch and allocation accumulated by the experts and developers. The system has been put into application successfully, and satisfied effects are obtained, therefore it is worthy to be improved and popularized and has the great directive significance and applied value in optimum operation regulation and uniform management of water resources.

Abstract: Currently, many universities have set up their own system for providing employment information service, problems that following the independently operating and maintaining modes are: on the one hand, employers have to register a number of university employment information system to obtain information on a number of graduates; on the other hand, graduates also need to browse a number of university employment information site to get more information on business recruitment, which severely reduces the transparency and efficiency of information data queries. To solve the above problems, this paper propose the university employment information integration model on the basis of distributed storage and computing technology, which realizes the integration of multiple heterogeneous employment information database.

Abstract: The production of rolling steel is a complicated process which includes management of production operations and production process. The former includes costs accounting, procurement plan of raw materials and auxiliary materials and quality control. The latter includes devices, technology and production rhythm of iron making, steel making, casting and rolling. Nowadays, the departments of these two have adopted the computer managing system to improve the efficiency of management. But the concept of collective design of CIMS is not considered thus the computer control system and operations management computer system are isolated. Furthermore, resources are not shared and information is not integrated among the systems thus enterprise competitiveness decreases. This paper designs the rolling steel computer aided manufacturing system based on internet and introduces the three levels system structure of CIMS technology strategy as well as the key technology. This study is of great significance not only in the integration of rolling steel production systems and the sharing information, but also in upgrading the steel enterprises, reducing costs and increasing enterprise competitiveness.

Abstract: The information of various exhibitions is the base of a virtual reality system throughout the exhibition industry. In this paper, based on the basic needs of digitized acquisition of various types of exhibits in exhibition industry and using high-precision, non-destructive and non-contact three-dimensional scanning technology, a digitized acquisition and processing solution against the exhibits was proposed, which makes the sample of the exhibits meet certain precision. On this basis, the design and implementation of the organization and integration technology of various types of exhibition information was expounded. The system was applied to a number of digital museums and achieved expectable effect.

Abstract: Workshop is gathered place and exchange centre of product manufacturing process information (PMPI), which is divided by enterprise heterogeneous systems. This led to the integration and sharing difficulty of PMPI and constrains the information system application in workshop, like MES. To solve this problem an information integration method based on semantic BOM was proposed. Firstly, a global ontology model USBOM of PMPI was constructed which given the unified semantic description of PMPI. Based on USBOM a PMPI integration framework was proposed. Finally, a workshop product manufacturing monitoring system was used as an example to verify the feasibility of this approach.

Abstract: Changes in the development of computing technology and calculation model of a profound impact on the development of human society, the popularity of networks and portable devices today and in the future, desktop computing mode has not been able to adapt to the changes in the development of the computer man-machine relationship changes and user computer method. Pervasive computing is in this context is proposed. The new model emphasizes the computer into people's daily life and working environment, to form a "at any time, everywhere and invisible" computing environment. In such a computing environment, user can calculate the services and information resources through the handheld, wearable devices used or other conventional, unconventional computing devices without obstacles. The innovation from the desktop computing to ubiquitous computing can be seen, human-computer interaction is an important index for pervasive computing.

Abstract: Integrated development and management of international rivers requires objectively international river’s information integration.Based on the analysis of the connotation and requirement of integrated development and management of international rivers, the article point out that the information integration is the basis and means of the of integrated development and management of international rivers. And then analyze how to utilize modern information technology to build information management system of international river to achieve international river’s information sharing and scientific decision-making. Finally, analyze the factors affecting international river information integration.

Abstract: Information integration is one of core problem for enterprise, the automatic integration for heterogeneous information is important to solve this problem. So this paper presents the method for information integration based on XML schema matching to realize information transport and integration across heterogeneous platforms. In this method, the Web services is adopted to solve the heterogeneity of data platform, the information is transformed to XML model, the schema integration is completed according to the XML schema matching, and the mapping relationship between different XML schema elements is created accordingly. When the user accesses the heterogeneous information, the mediator implements the instance integration according to this mapping relationship. Experiment indicated that this method can realize the information integration automatically.
