Abstract: The article is dedicated to actual problems in the field of strategic adaptation of modern building enterprises and organizations to external changes. The methodological toolkit for developing an enterprise adaptability strategy is based on innovative management solutions that can be successfully implemented with the active involvement of management consultants. The important part of the work is analyzing of existing points of view of Russian and foreign representatives of scientific schools in the field of the studied problems. Advising, as professional assistance in solving key problems and achieving sustainable success in the activity of small and medium-sized business construction companies, is a management reserve, the rational use of which will ensure the formation of an innovative process that is the most important factor of strategic adaptation. Taking into account the results of the research, author gives his approach to the formation of managerial decisions on the strategic adaptation of small and medium-sized construction organizations aimed at ensuring the competitive advantages of enterprises and strengthening their positions in the internal and external markets in the conditions of market instability is described.

Abstract: Thanks to the industrial and technological development, man has managed to travel fast, to take advantage of artificial light in the absence of natural light, to enjoy the air-conditioned rooms in case of discomfort and much more. The engine of these processes is energy, which needs to be considered the production phases. The world's energization began mainly through fossil sources, but due to the thinning of the atmospheric ozone layer and the overall increase in the concentration of CO2over the years, due to anthropogenic and non-human causes, which led to overheating global, global decarbonisation has become necessary. It is essential to encourage the development of low-carbon and energy-efficient technologies. This document shows the current problems, in terms of environmental impact, and the possible solutions applied and applicable in the future to counteract the increase in average temperature of 2 degrees by 2050. The main point is to make buildings less energetic with technological devices, addressing their honors and obligations.

Abstract: After the 2010-2011 Canterbury earthquakes, much of the Christchurch Central Business District (CBD) was demolished and a new city has emerged in its place. A series of interviews conducted with key professionals involved with the reconstruction, together with data collected from various sources has made it possible to identify some of the drivers that have influenced decisions about the selection of structural material and specific structural systems used. Here, quantitative results obtained from this study are presented, in terms of structural systems, size of building in terms of square foot, as a function of time since the earthquake. The Christchurch rebuilding experience is most significant, providing a unique insight into some of the mechanisms that can dictate structural engineering decisions during the post-earthquake reconstruction of a modern city.

Abstract: Weaving the bobbin lace is a traditional activity from Peniche, a village situated in the west coast of Portugal. This activity is known like art for centuries. However, the traditional way of producing it has been kept as well as the works produced. The bobbin lace hasn’t accompanied the evolution of times nor does it risk innovation. This wrong perspective has led to the discredit of the product, leading the young generations to keep on producing it the way their ancestors have done it – weaving the lace both for home consumption and/or entertainment. In an interventionist methodology, we propose the use of new materials to replace the traditional use of cotton as far as weaving the bobbin lace is concerned as well as the creation of new products. These two parts getting together can and probably will give a new perspective of the traditional and lead to new consumptions and/or applicability to the bobbin lace. Innovation is the key word for doing it. The desire of getting to know the new and the different, recreated from the traditional, will arouse curiosity in the young generations.

Abstract: This paper aims to provide the economic calculations that were made in order to make a comparison between the old technology used by a company, multi-spindle lathe DAM 6X40 and new technology that should be acquired, CNC lathe Doosan LYNX 220 for processing the part entitled "body of spark plug". The investment in the new technology is urgently needed given the age of the existing technology but the company wants to know in advance what are the costs and how long it would be able to recover the investment. In this regard were calculated the time rate for the operation, economy with direct wages, production capacity, amortization of the fixed assets, cost of the part at the enterprise-level and the return period of additional investment.

Abstract: The modern industry lets out a huge amount of construction materials. Some of them have the limited sphere of use because of distinctions in technical, operational and ecological characteristics. Technological innovations in construction lead to creation of new materials and their introduction in construction production. Development of eco-friendly materials requires the high level of creativity. And commitment is necessary for introduction of this innovation in production and advances in the market. She allows to make the most qualitative and effective decisions on selection of materials. In the manuscript results of research of innovative qualities at the students studying "Production and use of construction materials" are stated. The increased level of innovative activity is revealed. Communication between innovative activity and creativity is confirmed. It is shown that too high creativity reduces commitment. Therefore when training students in the field of innovative materials for buildings and constructions, and first of all, eco-friendly materials, it is necessary to place emphasis on commitment development.

Abstract: This paper studies the different conceptual approaches that have had the concept of sustainability, for screening at the completion of a proposed sustainable processes engineering of manufacturing as epistemological identity field. This proposal would allow the articulation of an evolutionary form of the potential driver of innovation in teaching practice, research and engineering business of Manufacturing Processes in sustainable social, economic and natural ecosystems. As the deployment proposal that can take innovation in teaching in regards to educational provision, structure and content of the curriculum in professional and university levels, in research programs and explore new business lines.

Abstract: This paper presents a new methodology entitled AVTRIZ by its author, which allows technical, economic and managerial innovation based on the forecasting approach, while operating inside various systems. As the foundation of the new methodology, a classical method was chosen, well-known and widely applied that is the Method of Value Analysis and Engineering, a domain where the author has previous concerns. Starting from the fact that this method is deficient in terms of generating improvement solutions, the author searched and identified a method of current interest and global opportunity that is the TRIZ method [1], which is a method of wide debate, very controversial in terms of its adaptability from the technical to the business and management domains. On the other hand, TRIZ is deficient in terms of checking the solutions, a fact which can be successfully compensated by the Value Analysis Engineering method. Based on the above-mentioned approach, the research activities carried out by the author have brought in a new methodology, which is structured on 3 steps, 8 stages and 30 phases, based on the method of Value Analysis and Engineering, while also applying the TRIZ method.

Abstract: So far little attention has been given the differences or the compatibilities between CSR and innovation. Few works treats CSR in combination with innovation. What exactly is the relationship between CSR and innovation Recent phenomena such as open innovation is based on the concept that the stakeholder's dialogue that overlaps with some dimensions of CSR. Being innovative means to bring organizational and technical improvements which will translate into a better position in the market. These improvements don't just aim the product, but the process by which it is obtained and its whole life-cycle. We're talking about a new approach to innovation, namely its orientation towards sustainability. Although SMEs have many features which facilitate implementation of CSR, activities of this type in such organizations are still limited. SMEs managers often make choices that are related to rational management. This leads to divergence between economical and social goals. Through a qualitative exploration of the concepts of CSR and innovation, we wanted to find out from some managers whether there is a link between innovation and CSR in SMEs and whether the activities corresponding to the two concepts overlap in a certain measure.

Abstract: Bionics is a new frontier science and provides many inspiration and thoughts for human invention. Through discussing the classification of bionics, it can greatly improve the capacity of human’s adaptation for nature and productivity as well. It can also have great social and economic benefits. Besides, the reason that restricts bionics development is expounded. Development of bionics can’t last long without the cooperation with many other subjects, and its own development also promotes the development of these disciplines. Furthermore, it is development trend of bionic that to achieve more perfect imitation and reengineering of nature, to discover and develop its relevant theories and technical methods. Therefore, bionics plays more and more important role in innovation and has broad prospects in the research.
