Abstract: The usability of 4H-SiC pin-diodes as nearly linear temperature sensors up to 800 K is demonstrated. Two sensor concepts were evaluated including the constant current forward bias (CCFB) concept and the integrated proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) concept. The maximum sensitivity was 4.5 mV/K for the CCFB and an applied current density of 118 nA/cm2. Additionally, this device can be used for UV detection, too, demonstrating the feasibility of 4H-SiC multi-sensor integration.

Abstract: The defective repairing and restructuring of some tissues and organs is becoming a livelihood issue which need settling urgently at present. Using polytechnics to design and prepare regenerated biological scaffolds is now facing a big bottleneck. In this paper, by the study and analyzing of CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing and electro-spinning technology, a new bionic CAD/CAM/3D printing integrated molding platform is expressed to meet the reunification of design and manufacture of regenerated bone scaffolds. Using the integrated molding platform, the Gelatin/chitosan – PVA scaffold were prepared with macro to micro structure. This molding method will help to develop the bio-manufacturing, biological 3D printing and their equipment, and has a realistic significance on pushing human health.

Abstract: Marketing and Distribution Integrated System is the use of modern information technology, on the basis of a unified enterprise network equipment and customer information model, basic information and topological relationship, used in customer-facing supply reliability management, customer outage management, line loss of four sub-management, business expanding auxiliary field and distribution network construction planning decisions such as the standardization of GIS-based, integrated enterprise-wide information platform. Abstract: The possibility of incorporating several subsystems using successive, in parallel or combined links, in a complex system with a well-defined goal, has given the possibility of proposing a new model for the integrated system - in series – in order to assure the heating and domestic hot water independence of a residential building, and in order to use the Retscreen International software, to simulate its functioning. An integrated system, can be conformed in several ways, each scheme having some technological, organizatorical variants, but with different economic effects. In choosing the optimal variant of a category of installations, there are used some techniques of analysis the economic performance. In the simulation of the functioning of the integrated system which assures the heating and the domestic hot water there have been proposed a series of work parameters, namely: the destination of the building, the climatically zone, the demand of hot water, the medium demand of thermal energy concordant to the climatically zones, the cost of natural gases, the price of the wooden fuel, the inflation rate, the service duration of the equipment, the cost of system’s maintenance, etc.

Abstract: The integrated system of electromagnetic brake and frictional brake of car can improve braking performance effectively. Reasonable control strategy is the key of the integrated brake system. In this paper, it is analyzed and compared to the fuzzy control, PID control and fuzzy PID control. Based on that, fuzzy PID control is used to control the amount of current flowing in the electromagnetic brake coil by considering the nonlinear and time-varying of the integrated system of electromagnetic brake and frictional brake of car. The vehicle slip ratio deviation and rate of the slip rate deviation are used as the input. The electromagnetic brake coil current is used as the output. Thus, the fuzzy PID controller of the system is designed. A car equipped with the integrated system of electromagnetic and frictional brake is taken as an example. Matlab/Simulink software is utilized to carry out simulation analysis of the system. It is analyzed and compared the simulation output current curves of three control methods, braking time and braking distance. The simulation result shows that the integrated brake system using fuzzy PID strategy can effectively reduce braking time and shorten braking distance.

Abstract: As a systematic and quantitative mode of continuous improvement, six sigma management can thoroughly analyze the problem and solve it based on the data. This article proposed a framework of six sigma management integrated system based on Minitab/DDE and applied it in the practical problem. This system supports us to access the daily production data through the DDE link dynamically and interactively, ensuring the timeliness and validity of project analysis to achieve continuous improvement.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of engineering spot attendance and employee management, a novel integrated management system is designed. The system uses a three-tier logical architecture design, which can be divided into user interface layer, business logic layer and data store layer. The realization of information management is based on VB6.0 and ACCESS database programming technology. The development of attendance information gathering functions of engineering spots is based on radio frequency identification technology and non-contact IC card. The separation of business logic and user interface makes the system more security and extensible. Experimental results show that the system has high efficiency, and it has user-friendly, secure and practical advantages.

Abstract: A solar district heating and water heating integrated system has been designed and installed in a 5000m2 residential quarter. The integrated system uses vacuum glass tube solar collector to collect solar radiation energy, and uses water as heat medium. Solar energy provides almost 50% of the total heating energy consumption in winter. The inadequate part of energy can be provided by a steam heater which steam is provided by exhaust steam of the turbine from a power station nearby. The integrated system is operating automatically according to the solar radiation and working condition. Low-temperature floor radiation system is used as indoor heat radiator. At the same time, the system can provide 24h hot water supply. The integrated system has operated for 3 years, saves a large amount of energy, and receives good profit in both economical and environment.

Abstract: This paper is based on a meteorological detection system, which contains MEMS barometric pressure sensors, MEMS temperature sensors, MEMS humidity sensors and GPS receiver. The micro control unit of this system is based on C8051F120 microcontroller. By Comparing SHTXX series of temperature and humidity sensor and PT100 thermal resistance, we obtain a measurement scheme that can measure environment temperature rapidly and relatively accurate when the volume, weight and power are limited. It can meet the harsh environments and high reliable needs. In addition, the simulation analysis and the experiment of temperature are carried out.

Abstract: This Meteorological Instruments Visualized Verification Integrated System (MIVVIS) bases on existing conventional metrology business, using measurement verification image simulation technology, dynamic displays changes of the certification process and data acquisition in real-time, completes remote automatic measurement, control and regulation, improves work efficiency, and provides technical support to the new equipments of atmospheric monitoring automation projects.
