Abstract: Today, manufacturing products in a sustainable way is increasingly becoming essential in the eyes of investors, authorities and customers. Failure leads to fines, penalties, and customers choosing to go to the competition. Success, on the other hand, can save money, helps build a reputation, attracts investment, spurs innovation, secures loyal customers and brings in repeat business. Taking into account the sustainable manufacturing is not just longer a caprice for the business.During the end of the twentieth century and into the twenty-first century two types of manufacturing systems that emphasize waste minimization have emerged: Lean and Green manufacturing. Despite the importance of Green manufacturing to the environmental problem, many companies are still skeptical about the business benefits. In the same time, however, a good many of them see the business benefits of Lean manufacturing. Several research efforts summarized in the literature review indicate how both systems share many of the same best practices to reduce their respective wastes. Yet, these two systems tend to operate independently. The aim of this research is to explore and to determine how the Lean manufacturing can include Green manufacturing system components in their overall strategy to reduce waste.

Abstract: In the process of enterprise integration which carried on in the environment of could computing, we met the problems of multi-factor and the lack of systematic design. To solve the problems, the paper gives analyses on the enterprises integration requirements, and then puts forward the architecture of enterprise integration based on the SaaS platform. The paper designed the enterprise integration form the platform layer, the logic layer, the data layer, the exhibition layer and the business layer. And then focused on the technology of interface integration, data integration, service integration and business integration, the paper gives the design and realization of the key technology. In the practical application, we used the architecture on the design of the automobile supply platform which can realize the integration of the enterprises in the automobile supply chain, and improve the efficiency of the enterprise evidently.

Abstract: After analyzing the present process design technology, the research integrates the present process design technology with CAPP system. In the paper CAPP system based on knowledge integration is introduced here. And the system’s framework, data structure, function and its’ work flow and design and realization methods are discussed in detail. With the application of the process design system integrated with knowledge, the knowledge of process design will be managed in a unified way and shared among it’s users. Thus the time spent on production research will be shortened, and the manufacturing facility will be improved.

Abstract: In this thesis, surface integrals and the relationship between characteristics of the second class and second class double integral surface integrals, analyzes the application of the law of symmetry integral calculation, even if the integration region derived symmetric integrand is an odd function integral value characteristic is not necessarily zero. And pointed out that the feasibility of the method is definitely second class surface integrals.

Abstract: The Common Information Model (CIM) is an abstract data model that can be used to represent the major objects in Distribution Management System (DMS) applications. Because the CIM doesn’t modeling the Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), it can’t meet the requirements of DER operation and management for DMS advanced applications. Based on the DMS function requirements and IEC61850 DER data modal, the article established the corresponding DER information models in CIM for DMS applications integration.

Abstract: This paper provides an overview on Management Control Systems (MCS), a historical review of the different trends in the control systems design and the common characteristics of main trends. MCS developed from closed and formal systems, based on cost and financial control, in complex, fully computerized, open and dynamic systems, which considers the psychosocial and cultural aspects and continuously adapt themselves to the organization’s needs. The performance level of the control system affects the success of the organization. The implementation process of MCSs, in newly acquired entities, follows about the same pattern as its development scheme, starting with the implementation of formal systems of costs and financial control followed by the development/adaptation of specific support systems for industrial areas and completed through the assimilation of the organizational culture. Although the control is one of the most important instruments, meant for achieving the objectives, it has to fulfill the efficiency principle: the costs involved with the control process cannot excess the benefits it will generate. The MCS would be adapted to the specific characteristics of the production unit, but it must retain its formal aspects to not diminish the comparability of the established key performance indicators. The performance level of the acquired entity and sociocultural aspects will determine the integration strategy, which can vary from instantly reform of whole organizational structure and practices till introducing only the performance monitoring system. The goal of the paper is to introduce the Computer Assisted MCS as a new trend in MCS design and to provide a summary of the implementation strategy as part of integration process of newly acquired entities.

Abstract: Test bench requirements for integrated electrical mechanical control system are first introduced and their rationales are analyzed. Furthermore, test bench architecture, software and hardware is presented in detail. Finally, through a demo application of water waste system simulation experiment, test bench functionalities are demonstrated partly.

Abstract: In a previous work, we proposed a Method of Moments (MoM) approach for decomposition of a complex displacement into elementary movements. We found a good agreement between our results, based on application of the proposed approach on data from an inertial navigation system, and the results obtained by simply integrating the instantaneous acceleration. In this paper, we assess the accuracy of our method, in order to evaluate the impact of the number of the basis functions.

Abstract: The paper presents the conception of integration of a robot virtual model with its virtual control system. The system of connections between the virtual world and the control system of a virtual model, proposed in the work, should let for developing the technical approach allowing teaching the manual programming of robots. In the paper attempted to define particular subsystems included in the proposed system for teaching programming of robots. In the work it have been distinguished problems that should be solved in order to properly create the proposed virtual system, and namely problems related to the: creation of a robotic system model in CAD systems, including modelling of a robot and its technological equipment; modelling of functioning of a real system in the applications of the VR (Virtual Reality) class; creation of a robot control system basing on a high level programming language (control application); elaboration of a virtual robot control panel (hardware interface); determination of the appropriate stereoscopic projection system and creation of the interfaces between the particular subsystems.

Abstract: In the paper practical implementation of the methodology of production planning systems with discrete event simulation (DES) systems integration has been presented. The required definitions of data structures and functions transformation in the form of XSLT documents have been presented. The functional algorithm and RapidSim software made on its basis, which is practical implementation of the integration methodology was developed. Developed software and parameterising documents have been used for the integration methodology verification. RapidSim system was made in VisualBasic development environment, and by the fact that Data Transformation XSLT documents can be independently developed, the software can be used for any integrated systems. During the verification phase of the implemented methodology, the software has been used for the practical implementation of Production Order Verification System (SWZ) for multi-assortment, concurrent production planning and Enterprise Dynamics simulation system integration.
