Abstract: For complex automation tasks, the configuration and parametrization of both hardware and software components involves the main part of the required commissioning time. To simplify this process and significantly reduce the required expense, an integrated parameter and data management concept is proposed. Several advanced methods for an optimized process design simultaneously access a global parameter database. In this manner, the shared parameters are synchronized and verified to improve the performance and maximize the robustness of each individual method and, therewith, optimize the entire production process.

Abstract: With the rapid development of industrialization, the intelligent control has increasingly replaced the traditional process control in PLC in recent years, in which some intelligent control strategy has been applied to industrial control cases, such as genetic algorithm, fuzzy control, expert control and neural network and so on. However, it is not sufficient to achieve the desired control effect if only an intelligent control method is applied in the intelligent control. Therefore, integrated intelligent control of various control strategies is bound to be a focus in the embedded intelligent control. At the same time, with growing power of the PLC processing, it is possible for complex algorithms to be used in the embedded application, which has great significance in the development of industrialization as well as intelligent control.

Abstract: A new control scheme with self-adaption is put forward in this paper. The digital control and the analog circuit are combined. A light intensity sensor can be implemented with a photoelectric triode. This sensor makes the self-adaptation control of LED possible. As a result, the light of LED can be adjusted automatically with a PWM chopper according to the ambient brightness. The whole system’s power supply is from a Boost converter which has a high efficiency. In addition, This combination improves the hommization of the system and solves the problems existing incurrent headlamps, unsafe factors are also reduced. The validity of design is verified by experimental results.

Abstract:

It is serious that the electric energy waste exists in highway tunnel operation. Operators and institutes of scientific research pay more and more attention that how to reduce the energy consumption of lighting system of highway tunnels, improve the effect of tunnel lighting and ensure traffic safety. In order to solve the problem of the current tunnel lighting system with high energy consumption, a tunnel lighting intelligent control system based on environmental information perception and vehicle behavior information perception is proposed in this paper for ChiBai tunnel project. In this system, the existence of the vehicle or not is the basis of lighting state switching, environmental information and vehicle behavior information are the basis for calculation of the lighting brightness, pavement illuminance is real-time monitored by the monitoring cameras, closed-loop feedback control of the lighting brightness is achieved through real-time monitoring of pavement illuminance and PID algorithm. The intelligent control system is composed of five parts, in this paper, there are detailed introductions about the function of various parts of the system, including hardware structure, connecting method and the system of dimming control strategy, software functions and the equipment layout position.

Abstract: Plant growth cabinet, as a kind of green, environmental, efficient, energy-efficient, closed plant growth environment, can provide the temperature, humidity and others that are required in the process of plant growth and development. We design an intelligent measure and control software based on Android system to achieve information collection and display of the environmental data in the cabinet and the plants’ morphological data. It also could remotely monitor the plant growth process in real time and do the intelligent regulation of the control node. In order to collect and send environmental data and video in real time that don’t affect the operation of the software interface, Android background Service technology has been adopted. The communication of Activity and Service that is realized by BroadcastReceiver, has realized the run of users operation interface and background program in the same time, improve the interactivity and real time of the software. The experimental results show that the software has realized the local and remote intelligent measure and control for the plant growth cabinet.

Abstract: In order to enhance the self-care ability of persons with disabilities and satisfy people's demand for intelligent control home appliance, a smart home system based on Microsoft speech synthesis and speech recognition technology is proposed. After the initialization of the system, it receive voice commands which send by users, while the system distinguish the voice signal, the system will call voice feedback module and request users to confirm the voice instructions, after users’ confirmation, the system will record the voice command and convert it to electrical control code which can be recognized by the general household appliances’ control system. One voice command recognition time was within 30 ms and one speech interaction process was within 3 second which shows the simply and efficiently control for appliances based on speech recognition technology.

Abstract: STC89S52 single-chip microcomputer is the control core of intelligent wagon which can automatically enter into garage, which can control direction and speed of the wagon through collection and processing of signals from various sensors on the route in the forward direction, and thus can realize some functions including rapid and stable running through automatic recognition of black guiding line as well as entering into garage through recognition of light source. In addition, voice and light prompting device is used to prompt the action of entering into garage and the exact heading direction of the wagon, namely due west. Moving and turning of the wagon is driven by DC motor, and motor should be driven by L298N driving chip, which has high control accuracy and flexibility in turning. LCD1602 screen is used to display time of running and angle of turning. In addition, design, programming and program debugging for the entire control software are carried out, and the final integration of software and hardware can be realized, based on which intended functions of the wagon can thus be realized.

Abstract: This paper designs a new ZigBee intelligent robot communication control system, which realizes one to many data transmission. Upper computer can send commands to control multiple mobile intelligent robots to do the action response through wireless module. Slave computer can also send data to host computer to achieve remote monitoring, and has high relay ability. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the system, this paper tests the system and obtains 3D signal and robot node control distribution. Through the analysis of the system time delay and control signal features, we found that the system has good stability, which can satisfy the design need of multi-intelligent robot control. It provides the theoretical reference for the study of ZigBee automation control.

Abstract: This paper designs a new mechatronic modeling and simulation platform, which uses Solidworks to establish the mechanical model, and uses LabVIEW intelligent network library function to realize mechatronic control. Combining with VC software it realizes the simulation results visualized output, which realizes the co-simulation design of SolidWorks, LabVIEW and VC software. With the help of this system, engineers can establish mechanical model by computer software, and use interdisciplinary field theory to analyze the product key performance indicators in the virtual operating environment, further visual processing, and according to the simulation data to improve and optimize the system. It provides a new method for computer research and development of mechatronic products.

Abstract: In the field of chemical testing, it is of great importance to improve the accuracy and efficiency and reduce the risk caused by artificial factor with modern intelligent methods, which are critical to the standard development of testing labs. In this paper, intelligent control during the whole process of chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis with cloud computing technology was realized and discussed in detail. The intelligent testing system could be applied to the chemical analysis labs and spread to other fields.
