Abstract: The article design a kind of intelligent control system with the function that can synthesize data, signal transmission and power control at the same time that it includes six components such as terminal equipment, network, controller, circuit, intelligent socket, electrical equipment. This article introduces the three detailed system implementation case with electrical equipment management mode of supply, working mode and working state of intelligent control is realized through the design of the system and improve the applicability of the system.

Abstract: In this paper, neural network and grey fuzzy control technology are applied in Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) to grind the mico-hole in th nozzle of the twin flapper-nozzle valve. An intelligent control system with fine tuning working pressure is established that can predict the process parameters automatically before machining and forcast the flow to adjust the working pressure in machining.The result of experiment indicates that this system has high level of intelligent and can get very high machining accuracy.

Abstract: The accelerated performance of the vehicle is an important part of the vehicle performance. To a large extent, the accelerated performance depends mainly on transient response performance of diesel engine. Better the transient response performance of the diesel engine, the accelerated performance of the vehicle is better. On the basis of analyzing poor performance of transient response of turbocharged diesel engine, we propose technical measures to improve accelerated performance of turbocharger using vehicle energy reserves, and design the related hardware and software. Through the real vehicle tests can show that the accelerated device can improve the transient response performance of vehicle diesel engines.

Abstract: In this paper, a gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system based on wireless communication is introduced. This system enables range hood running through wireless communication without human intervention, and gas stove can directly and automatically control the opening, the wind speed and closed of range hood. Compared to traditional gas stove and range hood, it implements the gas stove and range hood work together to make the operation more safe, convenient and fast. Through experimental test, the proposed design is feasible to achieve the gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system design requirements.

The system used SCM Atmega16 as the core, combined with LED and communication technology to realize all functions. After tested, it works well.

Abstract: Moisture content is one of the key controlled variables in grain drying processes. However, this variable cannot or is difficult to be controlled accurately, due to grain drying is a nonlinear process with multi-variables and long delay. To solve this problem, the study is focused on a new intelligent control system for continuous-flow dryer. Based on the manual control idea for controlling the outlet moisture content, a nonlinear process intelligent control algorithm is presented, a human-in-the-loop intelligent control model for grain drying is developed, a system of software structure based on Visual Basic 6.0 is designed.

Abstract: For the international New invention, that orbital lumbar joint puncture unique technology, Studied and developed intelligent detection and control system of the needle production process based on machine vision. Through the high speed camera gain image of work piece , uses the multi-wavelet transform pre-and double-cubic interpolation to enlarge the image, using least squares support vector machine workpiece quality intelligent detection and identification, according to the process parameters to obtain real-time control of the production process. Experiments show that this system can meet technical requirements, good stability, high efficiency, has a higher value.
