Abstract: In order to minimize the final differential settlement and improve the mechanics performance of high-rise buildings and its podium, some pile design concept for the tower-podium connected building is discussed in this paper. According to the interaction of superstructure-foundation-pile, the pile rigidity of tower area (the core area) is enhanced, and that of outer podium area is weakened in the optimal pile design. This measure is applied in some projects with good technical result and economical effects.

Abstract: Concrete cut-off wall has been widely used in the reinforcement project of earth-rock dam. Its design method and construction technology are comparatively mature, but comprehensive study of interaction of cut-off wall and dam is few, especially for the case that new cut-off wall built in earth-rock dam. In order to discuss the principal and law of interaction of cut-off wall and earth-rock dam in the reinforcement project, seepage field and stress field coupled numerical model was established by using ABAQUS. The contact between the wall and the dam together with the coupling of the stress and the seepage were taken into account in the model. Through coupling calculation of typical earth-rock dam project, the results show that, the model is feasible to simulate the interaction of cut-off wall and earth-rock dam, and the method can provide reference for design calculations of cut-off wall in reinforcement project of earth-rock dam.

Abstract: Composite structure of mufti-ribbed composite walls-shear walls is composed of Multi-ribbed composite walls and shear walls which form a new kind of resisted load structure together. The paper analyzes the interaction of composite structure of mufti-ribbed composite walls-shear walls and pile-raft foundation with elastic-plastic mode of D-P. The load of superstructure is combined in the raft by substructure method, Finally, the paper obtain the distributed regularity of pile-raft foundation stress, strain by analyzing the influence of force performance which got by the large finite element software ANSYS analyzing interaction of superstructure and the pile-raft foundation-groundwork.

Abstract: The raft foundation has been widely applied to tall building, in consideration of the stress state is complex and the stress mechanism is unclear, there are many unreasonable problems while determined the raft thickness at this stage. This paper used the finite element method and the interaction design method, on the basis of analysis of stress and deformation under the condition of different raft thickness, get the raft stress and deformation principle, provides a reference experiences to practical design.

Abstract: At present, great progress had been achieved in the theoretical research of pile-soil interaction. The principle for “main structure, secondly calculation” was traditionally adopted in engineering practice, “Full pile layout” and “Equal capacity pile layout” were still the basic pile layouts. An optimal unification was not reached among economy, safety and reasonable of building, plenty of capital and material were wasted, and unsafe hidden dangers were showed in engineering. Therefore, influences of raft thickness and different pile layouts for raft settlement and pile top reaction were analyzed by ANSYS in this paper, mechanical behavior and interaction mechanism beteewn pile raft foundation were researched. Pile raft foundation was designed optimally by using the optimization method of pumping pile. Finally, many significant conclusions were put forward.

Abstract: The superstructure and its foundation of a super tall building mega-frame structure are simplified equivalently and continuously to a stiffened-thin-wall tube on semi-infinite elastic subgrade. And the influences of static response on super tall building mega-frame structure caused by changes of frame rigidity are computed and analyzed with the three-dimensional model by semi-analytical approach based on ODE(Ordinary Differential Equation) Solver, considering the interactions of subgrade, foundation and superstructure. Then some valuable conclusions are obtained through analyzing the reasonable results of the numerical example.

Abstract: Under the action of surface-underground unite mining, Slope stability is related to underground mining location and mining space dimension, This paper studies the underground mining of slope outer region on slope stability influence characteristic; With the increase of mining width stability coefficient increases, when mining width reach a certain value stability coefficient tends to constant; With the increase of mining depth stability coefficient increases, when mining depth reaching a certain value stability coefficient began to decrease; this show that the underground mining has a direct effect on slope stability, its size needs a combination of their relative spatial position relation and mining geometric size to determine.

Abstract: There is a remarkable interaction when fine particles adsorbed calcium ions in sphalerite / silica system, it is not conducive to mineral flotation. That is the key to how to reduce or eliminate calcium ions for reducing the interactions. This paper focuses on Zeta potential and Zeta potential distribution (ZPD) with single minerals and Mixture (silica/sphalerite=4:1) in gypsum solution, and the interactions of the sphalerite / silica particles was analyzed.

Abstract: There is a remarkable interaction when fine particles adsorbed calcium ions in sphalerite / silica system, it is not conducive to mineral flotation. The key is to how to reduce or eliminate calcium ions. The calcium ions concentration is decreased significantly if the accumulation of gypsum is converted to calcium carbonate in the circulating water. This paper focuses on Zeta potential and Zeta potential distribution (ZPD) with single minerals and Mixture (silica/sphalerite=4:1) in calcium carbonate solution, and the interactions of the sphalerite / silica particles was analyzed.

Abstract: Abstract. This paper presents an investigation method of residual strength of Multiple Site Damage (MSD) panel. Both interaction between cracks and the effect of stable tearing are considered together. Dugdale model of collinear cracks is employed in the MSD panel model. Swift strip-yield criterion is used to judge whether the cracks linkup. Compared with the test results, numerical results of 9 different configuration MSD panels of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy are compared with the test results. The average relative error is -2.09%and root-mean-square error is 0.048. The agreement between analysis and experiment is shown to be reasonable.
