Abstract: The output-current of silicon microgyroscope is at the level of 10-7A. So the requirements for circuits’ SNR are very high. This paper proposes a method to improve transimpedance amplifier interface circuit’s SNR. First of all, the operating principles of silicon microgyroscope and transimpedance amplifier interface circuit are introduced. Secondly, resistor thermal noise, amplifier’s current and voltage noise are analyzed. Then noise density in a certain frequency range is calculated based on Matlab. Besides, a method to improve SNR is proposed, namely, increasing the value of DC offset resistance. Finally, simulation based on Cadence is operated to verify the method. Simulation results fit well with the theoretical analysis. That means the method to improve the SNR is feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, a 16 Bits 500 kHz Sigma-Delta DAC for Silicon Micro Gyroscope is proposedin order to enhance the precision of the digital to analog converter level.The interpolation filterhas achieved 64 times interpolation function,using three cascaded manner, it employs three level cascaded of FIR filterstructure. It achieves a 64 times oversampling feature. The signalbandwidth of the designs interpolation filter is 100 kHz, SNR reach 106dB. Fifth-order single-loop structure CIFB achieve noise shaping modulator function to verify the stability of the system, after the completion of CSD coefficient coding, signal to noise ratio reached 119.7dB, effective bits reached 19.59. The switched capacitor technology actualize analog reconstruction filter module, and using a typically switched capacitor DAC achieved high jump "0, 1" digital signal is converted into an analog signal, the digital-analog conversion achieved.

Abstract: This paper presents the design of an interface circuit for storing power generated by low-frequency vibration based electrostatic energy harvesters. The circuit includes a structure of negative voltage converter with an active diode to minimize the forward voltage drop, and it also includes a boost-buck converter to accommodate a wide input voltage. The circuit has also been optimized to perform resistive matching. The maximum voltage of the capacitor in charging reaches about 1.83 V in simulation.

Abstract: Control precision of the anti-aircraft gun servo system related directly to the artillery firing accuracy, and it is a very important item in performance test of the fire control system. In order to test the control precision of an anti-aircraft gun servo system and correct the firing data, the shaft angle conversion circuit and digital signal interface circuit are designed based on the industrial computer platform and the data acquisition module of PCI bus. In that way, software arithmetic of shaft angle conversion based on the general A/D is realized. In the practical application the arithmetic has a good performance.

Abstract: In this paper, noise analysis and characterization of a 5V CMOS interface circuit for the fluxgate is presented, which is based on second-harmonic detection of the output voltage. The circuit consists of oscillator, band pass filter, phase sensitive demodulation, low pass filter. The chip is fabricated in the 0.5μm two–metal and two-poly n-well CMOS process with an area of 4 mm2. Experimental results shows, the system exhibits a sensitivity of 16.5μV/nT for a magnetic field range of ±90μT in open-loop with 5kHz excitation frequency. Using 5V supply voltage, the power consumption of the system is measured to be 35 mW.

Abstract: OLED micro-display is applied widely in the HMD stereo display field. Based on dual 0.5 inch 800×600 high resolution AM-OLED displays, we proposed a 3D circuit design scheme which used PCs VGA interface as video input, PIC18LF2550 as the MCU. According to the principle of the human eye binocular disparity, PC stereo video sources achieved odd frames and even frames displaying simultaneous in two AM-OLED panels, which implemented the 3D function. Display system has been tested by playing the stereoscopic video source of the left and right sides format form the PC and the effect presented a good performance which verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract: In order to make Russian-made atmosphere computer can be connected the domestic ATC(Air Traffic Control) transponder, the interface circuit, consisted of single chip microcomputer, A/D converter, level converter, driver circuit, isolator and electrical power, is designed. The data correlation and anti-jamming techniques are adopted to simplify hardware and to enhance conversion precision of height data and anti-jamming performance of the system. The test shows that the interface circuit can convert the analog height signal to digital encoding signal fit the requirements for domestic ATC transponder.
