Abstract: The efficiency of the functioning wireless cellular networks using modern information and computer technologies is analyzed. The constituent technical components of the vector quality of functioning of a wireless network segment in the event of a threat to the security of a telecommunication system and eliminating the threat of vulnerability have been studied. Some aspects information security of wireless cellular networks are considered from the point view of the characteristics information protection system and the reliability of the communication network.

Abstract: Progress in the field of information and communication technologies has created unprecedented opportunities to deliver services in both developing and developed countries. E-services sector is one of the fastest growing areas of the economy. Supply of electronic services contributes to creating value by reducing the number of barriers to entry. Also a growing use of the Internet and related opportunities in the area of public e-services can be observed. This paper focuses on the use of Geographic Information Systems in the implementation of e-government services on the example of Częstochowa. The paper presents technical and functional assumptions and experience with implementation of the project "E-services for residents of Czestochowa".

Abstract: In the reality of the New Economy the impact of social media (SM) on business activities is often examined. The rise of SM and online communities enable individuals to easily share and access information. With the rise of social networks, there has emerged a new era of content creation where individuals can easily share experiences and information with other users. At the same time, the recently emerging focus of entrepreneurship scholars’ attention is the domain of international entrepreneurship which is the discovery, enactment, evaluation, and exploitation of opportunities - across national borders - to create future goods and services. The process of internationalization is of vital importance when considering both new ventures and established enterprises. As the Internet has revolutionized the way individuals access and gain information, also the information on the possibilities of internationalization is available via this kind of communication. In the light of the above statements, the aim of the paper is to explore the influence of the utilization of SM by the entrepreneur at the stage of the process of firm internationalization. The information derived from social network sites from international contacts of the entrepreneur may be useful and may support the internationalization process. In this context, the aim of the paper is to present and emphasize the role of the use of IT systems in the process of firm internationalization.

Abstract: With the popularity of the Internet and the rise of mobile Internet application, the Internet finance is growing rapidly. The Internet finance includes online shopping, mobile payment, online financial management etc. However, there exists security problems in third-party payment, online shopping, online banking, mobile payment, etc. In order to solve the security problems with Internet finance, on the one hand, government should establish and perfect law and regulation systems, standardize network security technology, strengthen the network supervision, and make more effort to crack down Internet crimes; on the other hand, Internet users need to enhance network security awareness, and network security researchers should provide methods and countermeasures to prevent the online frauds.

Abstract: In the modern industrial areas, monitoring technology combined with Internet is very popular by enterprises and research workers. In this paper, the remote monitoring system based on Internet technology has been studied, PLC control and operation of the terminal as the site is used, collected field data through the PC and the web server, analog data to achieve a live remote users in real-time viewing and real-time control of field devices, through collection of data transmitted over the Internet. Specific monitoring system architecture is studied in detail in this article, and specific design.

Abstract: In recent years, the development of digital libraries also encountered a lot of problems, the cloud computing was applied to digital libraries can solve the problem of information on demand and optimal scheduling of resources and transaction processing capabilities effectively, So as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of resource of digital library and information security. From the digital library of cloud computing and personalized information services status in this paper, the study and found a problem about the digital library information services at this stage, let the virtualization cloud computing, the key technology of distributed data storage, massive data processing and cloud platforms used in building digital library of personalized information service with cloud platform, and deployment cloud services on the platform.

Abstract: In the process of rapid development of network technology, dynamic web page has become the mainstream of the Internet, as people gradually deepening love for pop music, make music combined with the network to meet the needs of people for pop music, this paper designs of the pop music website based on ASP technology, illustrates the trends of pop music, and briefly introduces the features of Website. Firstly, study the theory and working principle of ASP technology; secondly design the features of website, including online play, search song and other functions in the front desk service and the backstage management two modules, finally, for the design of the website, study the maintenance of pop music website. Contents of this paper not only enrich people’s lives, but also have great significance for the development of pop music.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design for virtual laboratory of mechanical drawing, and analyzes the characteristic of mechanical drawing virtual laboratory and the requirements for virtual laboratory, select design platform for virtual laboratory. The method of solid design is discussed in detail. The data structure and the algorithm of modifying data with real-time deformation is designed. And the operating interface with strong interactivity is designed. And at last, a virtual laboratory of mechanical drawing base on Internet is designed.

Abstract: With the development of the internet and the increase in people’s consumption level, online shopping has become increasingly popular with the boom in the online shopping having contributed directly to the rapid development of the whole express industry, which is now experiencing the surge in the business to make the number of the packing bags consumed in the express industry increased at a geometric rate. However at present, the following situations have occurred in Chinese logistical packaging industry: (1) excessive packaging and repeated packaging; (2) the environmental pollution caused by the packing material; (3) the low cyclic utilization rate of the packaging.
