Abstract: It has been proven that the introduction of the systems for continuous control of the equipment technical state is a necessary requirement of the modern maintenance of the critical equipment. The paper proposes the list of the processing facilities applied within the development systems for technical state control. The task of development of the system for recording, storing and displaying oscillographs of the automated electric drives of the wide-strip hot-rolling mill has been defined. The paper offers the analysis of the recording system based on the remote I/O controllers and the system with distributed industrial computers. The most informative-significant signals are listed. The network topology of the decentralized system implemented at the 2,500 mm wide-strip hot-rolling mill of OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works is suggested. Oscillographs of the main coordinates of the mill's electric drives obtained by means of the introduced system are provided.

Abstract: We checker huge quantities of plastic with various forms and types. Major problems caused by these wastes in nature, inside the urban areas and countryside, impose a concern of increasing difficulties for reasons of hygiene and environment Cement concrete is a relatively inert and durable material, compact and waterproof, which can prevent contamination of the environment by living the harmful effects of plastic. In this context it was considered appropriate to include in concrete composition the elements of plastic waste (bag: LDPE) and (bottle: PVC) as a technique for recovery and reuse it’s in the cost. It is a simple and clean procedure to remove these dangerous elements and participate to preserve the nature. Results showed the possibility of using these types of plastic at ambient condition, as a substitution of aggregates, with a slight decrease in compressive strength on the percentage of substitution and an optimal increase in tensile resistance associated with a substantial gain in weight and a high removal rate, especially for PVC. These materials may be intended for the manufacture of components requiring less performance (small works, architectural concrete and decorative elements of the interior, filling, surface coverage and roof.).

Abstract: In this paper, the calculation software HSC indium mine under vacuum carbothermal reduction reaction during the Gibbs free energy. The result show that when the pressure of 10-100Pa and temperature is 380-449K, In2O3 and C reaction to reaction thermodynamic conditions under pressure from the same system, material In2O3: C mole ratio is 1:3, needed to generate elemental In reaction temperature is the lowest. In2O3 generated In2O thermal decomposition, with the loss of the system pressure, the initial reaction temperature from 1247K to 10Pa for 423K; Intermediate In2O pyrolysis generating elemental In, when the system pressure drop to 10 Pa, starting temperature dropped to 781K; InO reaction with products CO, as the system pressure is reduced, the gibbs free energy increase, therefore, step-down to InO reaction with CO. This study to provide experimental evidence for preparation of indium by carbothermic reaction of indium ore in vacuum. Abstract: The process of LF Refining is introduced in this paper.The LF method is a ladle without vacuum equipment can arc refining method.Because the LF ladle furnace has the advantages of simple equipment, low investment cost, flexible operation and excellent refined effect, are widely used and developed in many countries.The argon is blown from the bottom of the ladle, and molten steel is heated by the graphite electrode, so the purpose of refiningis achieved. The argon stirring can accelerate the chemical reaction between slag and steel.LF refining function includes reductive atmosphere, submerged arc heating, argon stirring and white slag refining.

Abstract: With the introduction of four poplar varieties as the research object, in the growth period, the density of 30cm × 40cm biomass of seedlings were studied. The biomass of different organs of different varieties at seedling stage in different periods of change process, it can be seen that different varieties of the same organ is not the same in different periods of change, To estimate the biomass of each type during different periods, it can play a guiding role on nursery stock production.

Abstract: Hyper-redundant robot (HRR) manipulators are useful at navigating convoluted paths, but conventionally complicated to control. The control of a hyper-redundant manipulator is complex due to its redundancy. In this paper, a simple but effective control algorithm for obstacle avoidance is proposed. The algorithm derives a collision free path around known obstacles so that the end-effector of a variable length hyper redundant robot (VHRR) is able to reach the target location following the path without hitting the obstacles. The algorithm can be grouped into two tasks to drive the end-effector along the collision free trajectories: first, solve the inverse kinematics without disregarding the existence of obstacles in the system; and second, fit the manipulator to the respective prescribe trajectories. This method has the capability to allow VHRR maneuver within its workspace without penetrating to the neighboring obstruction. Further, this method is very effective in the sense that it forms a nice coil profile avoiding zig-zag configuration, and thus eliminates sharp turn on the robot. The performance of a VHRR was tested through simulation to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The approach succeeded in delivering the path that avoids obstacle.

Abstract: We introduced the four varieties poplar to Inner Mongolia Daxing’anling Forest Region, and investigated the survival rate of seedlings, ground diameter and seedling height were measured, and calculated average ground diameter and seedling height. In different experiment areas, the results showed that, the growth influence of seedling height and ground diameter was not the same on different cutting densities. Based on the above results, it can be preliminarily determined the most suitable poplar and cutting density for this area.
