Abstract: To resolve the complexity and diversity of data exchange, the paper designed an data exchange system based on middleware technology, which realized different parsing and filtering capabilities. The method can meet the need of data exchange on the premise that network security can be guaranteed. The test results show that functionality and performance of the system meet the requirements of data isolation and exchange.

Abstract: Strain M2 which can degrade organophosphorus pesticide residues was isolated from the soil. It could tolerate concentrations up to 500mg/L of methyl parathion, 500mg/L of chlorpyrifos and 1000mg/L of dimethoate in mineral salt medium containing 0.5% sucrose. In the soil test, strain M2 could degrade 93% of methyl parathion in the soil within 32 days, 71% of chlorpyrifos within 54 days. The degradation rate of strain M2 is much greater than that of natural microorganisms, soil adsorption and the capacity of natural degradation. Strain M2 was identified as a pesticide-degrading strain of Enterobacter ludwigii according to phenotype, biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The type strain was M2 deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on June 8, 2009 and the collection number is CGMCC NO.3092.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of today's society, all sorts of wastes produced from human life and production are discharged into the natural environment, so that a certain impact has been exerted on air, soil, lakes, and oceans. The wastes discharged into the natural environment not only contain some toxic substances and various compounds difficult to degrade, but also are with the characteristics of strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature, and high salinity, so that the general microorganisms are hard to survive in this environment. However, there are some extreme microorganisms to gradually fit the environment in the process of evolution, and the microorganisms include alkalophilic bacteria, basophilic bacteria, halophilic bacteria, etc. Halophilic bacteria grow mainly in sea and salt lake, and also have unique physiological features, while the application of high-salinity microbes to the disposal of salt-contained wastewater is of a broad prospect and an important social value. In this paper, the isolation and identification of microorganism in a high-salinity environment and their application to the disposal of salt-contained wastewater are mainly analyzed.

Abstract: This paper is focused on the application of Adaptive Nuerofuzzy Inference system (ANFIS) techniques in the model-based Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI). The objective of this study has been to create an online system for condition monitoring and diagnosis of specific faults for a Gas Turbine (GT) power plant. In order to study FDI and condition monitoring, accurate model of GT is needed. In this paper, the nonlinear Rowen's model is developed in Matlab/Simulink software to simulate the GT system behavior. Then, regarding the gain of artificial intelligence systems in FDI, the neurofuzzy inference system with capability of reliable learning and data approximating, is employed in developing the proposed FDI algorithm. In this paper, three types of faults have been considered, fault in the fuel flow rate, fault in the performance of turbine which affects the turbine exit gas temperature, and fault in the turbine which affects the turbine output torque. The results illustrate the effectiveness of the method in detecting and isolating the specified faults. Regarding the quality and the accuracy of the proposed algorithm, the method is introduced as the remarkable FDI methods of the stationary GT systems possibly extending to other similar applications.

Abstract: We proposed a simple and low cost dielectrophoretic device to trap and isolate single target cells. The device consisted of a metal coated chemically etched fiber and an AC signal generator. It did not require microfabrication technologies or sophisticated electronics. Using this system, we could easily trap and isolate yeast cells at will. Furthermore, our dielectrophoretic manipulator also could discriminate between live and dead cells by tuning of the applied signal frequency. From these experimental investigations, it was found that our proposed dielectrophoresis tweezers using metal coated chemically etched fiber was a promising tool for the single cell manipulation and isolation.

Abstract: To protect the security of critical data and application system, generally, many companies or departments use a parallel way of intranet and internet. Because every kind of security technology has its limitations, traditional security products such as firewall, VPN, data encryption, intrusion detection and network vulnerability scanning can not completely solve various security problems in information exchange between different networks. It is not able to meet all the security needs of critical networks and security data with the general products only. The way of data exchange of most of the existing products of "GAP" is mainly logic isolation .This paper describes a design and implementation of a hot switch circuit card in way of physical isolation .The data exchange mode of this circuit card is a half-duplex which can physically completely isolate intranet and internet. Through functional test and performance test, we can draw a conclusion that the circuit card can effectively achieve our demand of data exchange between different networks.

Abstract:

The experiments of a five-story steel frame on shaking table verify that the slide-roof system can markedly reduce vibration. When the ground motion is strong, the vibration reduction is effective and the influence from the static friction is little. The experiments show that this slide-roof system possesses good robustness to its friction.

Abstract: The characteristic methods involved in underpinning construction are studied in this research. The analysis of the structure is performed with respect to the geotechnical risk and possible retrofitting techniques. In the past several decades, a number of studies mainly focused on base isolation techniques to preserve the structure, but the merits of underpinning technique, geotechnical risk involved, temporary support for safety measures and cost ratio induced were unexpressed. The second generation of research evaluates the measure to reduce ground risk with characterization methods and detailed quality check through construction management system. Current research has pointed out the crucial features of underpinning construction process and its scope in restricted locations and geotechnical perils.

Abstract: As air conditioning system long-time running, microorganism like bacterium and fungus propagates easily in high humidity environment such as filter equipment. After the microorganism entering indoor environment through air conditioning system, the air quality would be affected seriously. Air conditioning system which is regarded as potential microbial pollution source is becoming more attention. The study was about isolation and identification of fungal microorganisms on the filter surface of the central air conditioning system in a gymnasium, and then researching on the colonies and mycelium grown and reproduce regular of fungal microorganisms in different thermal environment using thermal methods, aim to lay groundwork of propagation and diffusion mechanism study of fungal microorganisms in air conditioning system and effective air microbial contamination solve by thermal methods. By physiology biochemistry experiment and molecular biological identification, it was shown that the dominant fungi were Penicillium spp. and Cladosporium spp., colonies were 600 cfu/cm2 and 140 cfu/cm2 respectively.

Abstract: The research and application of LH-I liquid bridge plug - a kind of wellbore working fluid for plugging the lower formations are introduced in detail in the paper. The plug is reliable and easy to operate, eliminating the running and pulling of strings in mechanical plugging and requiring no fishing operations. It can be used for isolating and plugging the lower formations inside the wellbore, especially for wells with small barrier layers, hard to set wells, initial sand control wells, and wells completed with 177.8mm (7〞) casing and 127mm (5〞) tail pipe, in which mechanical packers and mechanical bridge plugs can not be used.
