Abstract: Four preponderant yeast strains (GJ01, GJ02, GJ03 and GJ04) were isolated from the spontaneous fermentation pear wine as source of yeast for wine making from pear. Ethanol yield of GJ03 was the highest and its using rapidity of the sugar was the most quickly. GJ03 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae and named Saccharomyces cerevisiae GJ03. The orange wine fermented associated by Saccharomyces cerevisiae GJ03 was the best in quality by sensory evaluation among all orange wines whose ethanol concentration was 9.06% (v/v).

Abstract: Environment material was a kind of material that considering the environment and ecology protection. Microbe as the key material of sewage treatment system played an important role in environmental protection. The paper researched that a strain of denitrifying phosphorus-removing bacteria could be isolated and screened from dephosphorization system by the conventional microbial breeding technology. The strain was preliminarily appraised itself belong to Pseudomonas sp., ultimately named as PX3.

Abstract: 8 Cr(VI) removing strains were obtained from 24 Cr(VI) resistance bacteria isolates. 6 strains showed more than 50% removal rates for 50 mg/L of Cr(VI) and 5 strains exhibited more than 50% removal rates for 80 mg/L of Cr(VI). Strains n-1, n-6, n-9 and n-12 could remove Cr(VI) more efficient at lower Cr(VI) concentration, while strains n-7, z-2, z-3 and z-7 could remove Cr(VI) at higher concentration. In which, strain n-9 could complete remove Cr(VI) by cultured in TYG broth containing 50 mg/L Cr (VI) at 28°C for 3 days and remove 80.7% of it in 80 mg/L Cr (VI) . Further exploration indicated that strain n-9 could reduce Cr(VI) by endoenzyme related to NADPH, which was carried out by comparing the removal ability of living cells, culture supernatant, inactived cells, cell lysate solution and the effect of SDS, thermal treatment, as well as the oxidoreductase coenzyme NADPH.

Abstract: Generally ,it was precession of flexible gyroscopic not gyroscopic nutation which was just considered in engineering design. However, in photoelectric stabilized platform, this nutation characteristics of angular position flexible gyro has been restricting the stabilized accuracy of platform seriously. In this paper, firstly the output characteristics of a miniature flexible gyro was measured by characteristic of gyroscopic motion, four main kinds of frequency components in output characteristics was analysed. The methods were realized in the miniature flexible gyroscope in the laboratory by adopting the two measures of the secondary trap circuit and improvement of torque component.Test results showed that, the improvements made nutation frequency of gyro and envelope at 40Hz converged fastly , and the output noise of gyro angular position was decayed to more than15dB. In the end, the gyro was applied to chariot photoelectric stabilized platform ,the isolation of platform and carrier got improved from 1~2mil to 0.3mil.

Abstract: After the phloridzin crude solution was absorbed by D-101 resin, the resin was eluted by 50%、60%、70%、80% and 90% ethanol solution in sequence, and phloridzin crude solution, 50% ethanol elution solution and 90% ethanol elution solution were analyzed by HPLC for component. The antioxidation activity in vitro was tested for 90% ethanol elution solution. The result shows that the component in high content of ethanol elution solution is more simple; phloridzin isolated by resin has good capacity on scavenging HO•, O2-•and DPPH•, and shows good doses-response relationship .

Abstract: High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was successfully applied to the preparative separation and purification of lancifodilactone C from the crude extracts of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. Following an initial cleaning-up step on the AB-8 macroporous resin, a preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) with a two-phase solvent system composed of Chloroform- n-Butyl alcohol- methanol -water(10:0.5:8:4,v/v) was used to isolate and separate lancifodilactone C from Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.) Baill. A total of 101 mg lancifodilactone C with purities of 98.2% were obtained from 1000 mg crude extract in one-step elution and less than 1 h, and the structure identification was performed by UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR.

Abstract: Sufu is a traditional Chinese fermented food. The safety of spontaneous fermentation products has been concerned by more and more people. A total of four isolates with big clear halos on the casein medium plate were isolated from spontaneous fermented Sufu in southern Sichuan. A1 and A3 most likely belong to Bacillus cereus B according to their phenotype and Biolog Microbial Identification System. B2 was classified in group as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B with the same methods. A2 was identified as Bacillus subtilis according to their phenotype and 16SrRNA. The safety of the strains are also discussed.

Abstract: Lactase from the thermophilic bacteria has the good characteristics of heat-stability, high production and low pollution, and can effectively solve people’s problem of “lactose intolerance”. In the present work, a thermostable lactase-producing strain was isolated from the fermenting sample in fermenting tank of a spice factory in Chinese city of Dalian. Base on morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests and molecular identification, the thermostable lactase-producing strain T242 was identified as Bacillus coagulans. Moreover, investigation revealed that lactase from Bacillus coagulans T242 is an intracellular lactase hydrolyzing lactose into glucose and galactose inside of the bacterial cell, and the optimum approach for releasing lactase was the treatment with lysozyme followed by high concentration of NaCl.

Abstract: High-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC) was successfully used for isolation and purification of Aloin A and Aloin B from the crude methanol extract of Aloe with a two-phase solvent system composed of chloroform–methanol–n-butylalcohol-water at an optimized volume ratio of 4:3:1:2 (v/v/v/v). The lower phase was used as the mobile phase in the head to tail elution mode. The preparative HSCCC separation was performed on 180 mg of the crude extract yielding pure Aloin A(18mg) and Aloin B(16mg) at purities of 95.2% and 96.8%, respectively, as determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). HSCCC is a powerful technique for isolation and separation of chemical composition from aloe.

Abstract: In order to investigate the processing technology of phloridzin isolated from apple pomace by resin, apple pomace was used as raw material in this study, and HPLC was used to test phloridzin content. Absorption rates and desorption rates of phloridzin from 5 resins (LS-6、HPD-600、XDA-8、D-101、D4020) were contrasted, and the best resin for isolation was chosen. The best processing technology was determined by single factor experiment. The result shows that D-101 resin exhibits higher absorption rate and highest desorption rate, and it is the best resin for phloridzin isolation; the best processing technology: the absorbed solution content is 0.45 mg/mL, the absorption flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the desorption solution pH is 7, the desorption solution is 90% ethanol, the adsorption flow rate is 0.5mL/min.
