Abstract: Starting from the introduction of the management of scientific research project, and then gives a detailed description based on J2EE architecture, the lightweight composite framework involving Spring, Struts and iBATIS and an iterative method is employed in project management. With a series of functions such as application, recommendation, processing, approval, assessment and management of scientific research project and so on, the system has the characteristics of easy maintenance, dynamic propagation and strong expansibility. Finally the safety of the system is discussed from two perspectives, namely its design and environment. Years’ of application in the management of scientific research project in Gansu Province has proved its good stability, fast response and high safety.

Abstract: In this paper, the author first analyze the current situation of the present domestic Web-based college English learning platform, analyze and summarize the problems exists, and propose research objectives of this subject. Then, to explore the guidance of theory that design and develop a web-based college English self-regulated learning platform required for; On this basis, according to relevant learning theories and principles of design and development in light of the characteristics of college English and the actual needs, put forward the overall design thinking of developing a web-based College English self-regulated learning platform, constructed the whole platform, design the function and the database detailed, and to carry out specific development. The platform provides students with learning tools, learning resources, exchange platform, test and evaluation platform; can evaluate the learning action, learning processes and learning outcomes of students, students can understand their own learning from the evaluation platform, and then adjust their own learning to obtain high quality and efficiency of learning. Teachers can also use the course release module to enrich the learning resources and realize to share labor of a number of teachers. In order to test the real application of this platform, tested this platform in practice teaching to analyze self-learning process of the students, and an analysis of the data collated. Finally, sum up the characteristics of the platform, as well as inadequacies, and in the basis, outlook the future research direction and focus for future research.

Abstract: This paper put forward a design and implementation method for the electric power production and organization management system based on three layer B/S structure. The system runs on the Microsoft.NET platform, using SQL Server2000 as the back-end database server, and use ADO.NET of ASP.NET component to access database, realize the online electric power system automation in production organization management, reduce staff workload, improve work efficiency and information exchange which has played an important role. The system results show that the system can run effectively after a number of functional testing, and achieve the desired objectives.

In order to solve these problems, the information system required to fully ensure the work efficiency. The function is complete to meet the various doorways "gatekeeper" needed for the application, and to ensure t the published information is accurate. Staff can construct a unified style powerful professional website with content management system. But they don’t need learn a complex construction technology and too much complex web language.

Abstract: J2EE is set for the distributed computing realization of API, services and protocols developed by SUN. The design objective of J2EE computer development tool is to provide a simple, easy operation development platform for developers, which can reduce the cost of development, shorten the development cycle, and improve the comprehensive performance of computer system. In this paper, we use JSP calculation vessel function module of J2EE to improve the computer economic detection system, and establish data connection between system and the HTML Webpage, which realizes the real-time and continuous detection of the economy. Finally, based on the external demand and exports of industrial products in an area, we detect trade transactions in the region, and do mathematical statistics using the J2EE system, and finally get the trade scale. It provides a new computer method for the research of export trade and economic detection.
