Abstract: Weapon target assignment problem is most critical in modern warfare command decision of a problem for the weapon system and a relatively small number of targets assignment problem, you can use the Hungarian algorithm. Hungarian algorithm can solve the assignment problem, but under normal circumstances, weapon target assignment problem does not have the form of a mathematical model of assignment problem, through dummy weapon system or target method, the weapon target assignment problem is transformed into a standard assignment problem, and then solved by the Hungarian algorithm.

Abstract: The applied technology in effectiveness of weapons systems is the ability of weapons to complete the task in the offensive and defensive battle field environment. It is the ultimate goal pursued to develop and applied in the system, and is the most important indicator to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of weapon systems. In this paper, ADC method is proposed to assess weapons systems. The assessment method of the probability of service, hit probability, mobility and protection for a weapon is studied. Firstly, after the components level division of weapons systems, the solution process of system availability row vector is analyzed based on reliability and maintenance-related. Secondly, the characteristics of laser range finder is analyzed, the whole process of search target is simulated. At last, simulation statistics according to the process of antiaircraft gun burst firing to obtain the burst firing kill probabilities is proposed.

Abstract: Currently, missile and artillery air defense system under the conditions of the network has become a very important air defense weapon system, and play an unprecedented role in modern warfare process. To develop high damage performance missile and artillery air defense system has become common goal. It is necessary to study the impact of missile and artillery air defense system damage performance for improving damage probability of missile and artillery air defense system.

Abstract: Kinetic energy rod (KE-rod) warheads are one of the most efficient types against tactical ballistic missile (TBM) that exist today, so the kill probability of KE-rod is extremely important. The paper firstly describes the necessity of KE-rod warhead, and then analyzes the separation velocity of KE-rod, the effective kill radius, static dispersal, dynamic kill zone, and the computational model of mathematical expectation for the hit rod number, and then presents the calculation method of kill probability for KE-rod. Finally, the kill probability of the KE-rod is simulated, the results show that the probability decreases rapidly with the increase of distance between the KE-rod warhead and the target, when the distance between the interceptor and target is less than 5 meters, the kill probability is up to 50%.

Abstract: Fuel system is the most vulnerable system on fixed wing aircraft. When penetrated by threat propagators, it is liable to be damaged by combustion and explosion. Thus, fire/explosion suppression for fuel system are important measures to improve the aircrafts survivability. In this paper, the whole aircraft vulnerability model which consists of aircraft configuration, structure, and systems is constructed by CATIA software, the basic steps for vulnerability quantitative computation are descried, and the computing formulas of three kill modes are presented. The vulnerability of one aircraft before and after adopting fire/explosion suppression measures are analyzed. The results show that fire/explosion suppression measures can effectively decrease the aircrafts vulnerable area and kill probability.
