Abstract: In order to translate TRIZ solution into specific solution, situational analogy is introduced. Considering complex case is usually composed of several sub-situations which can be converted to each other, and the conversions between sub-situations contain implicit hint which are useful for the translating process, a knowledge structure of TRIZ case is proposed based on analyzing the relationship among the situation, concept and percept. Based on the proposal knowledge structure, a case searching process is offered. Finally, using the ARIZ process shows the availability of proposal knowledge structure.

Abstract: To realize product self-organized evolution innovation that is driven by knowledge, the method of ontological expression of product innovative knowledge and integrated reasoning technique are researched. Ontological knowledge system that drives product self-organized evolution innovation and its expression model were built. The expression manner of ontological knowledge based on STEP was discussed, and it was implemented by instantiation of ontological knowledge. The knowledge-based reasoning technique was adopted to transform dada to driven rules, so as to bring innovative product scheme; the case-based reasoning was used to match corresponding structure scheme. The knowledge base and rule base for circuit breaker development were set up, and self-organized evolution innovation of its mechanism system was accomplished. Applied example shows that ontological expression method of the knowledge and integrated reasoning technique with maneuverability and practical value can satisfy requirements of self-organized evolution innovation that is driven by knowledge.

Abstract: The axiomatic design theory is applied with the product design knowledge expression of abrasive machine tools, making it possible to convert the implicit knowledge created in the study process into the explicit knowledge that will be shared all over the organization. The design knowledge created in the design and developing processes is divided into functional requirements, design parameters, design constraints and design coupling. In this paper, not only has the function-structure knowledge information mapping been analyzed, but also the implementation steps of product knowledge expression have been provided. Moreover, the matter-element model of the product design heterogeneous knowledge of the abrasive machine tool is established and the heterogeneous knowledge semantic rule is described. Finally, through a case of product design knowledge expression which is applied to the MLL60 abrasive flow machining tool, the correctness and practicality of this method are verified.
