Abstract: Knowledge creation and diffusion in determining growth performance is still a hot topic. We gleaned from science citation index expanded (SCI-EXPANED) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) database on web of science, concerning advances in knowledge diffusion research in virtual contexts. The result indicates that the main research territory is Italy, accounting for 22.222%. The number of citations on this topic mainly distributes in recently 3 years, reaching climax of 16 in 2012. And from the analysis of research area, there are five main areas: business economics, environment science ecology, geography, public administration, and social sciences other topics. Particularly, the percentage of publication in business economics is 55.556%. Overall, the relating knowledge diffusion and innovation research topics can be classified into five aspects: infrastructures, capacities, performance, policies and modeling.

Abstract: Based on complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory, using the method of case studies to explore the Shaanxi Province magnesium industry cluster knowledge innovation behavior. Based on the complexity stimulus—response rules, build the knowledge innovation system of metallic magnesium industry cluster main body behavior patterns; Based on complex adaptive - learning, building the overall behavior pattern of magnesium metal industry cluster knowledge innovation system; and based on the complex level—emerge theory, build the magnesium industry cluster evolution behavior pattern of knowledge innovation system. Use CAS theory to solve the problem of knowledge innovation in industrial cluster, which offers a basis for realize the sustainable and health development of industry cluster better.

Abstract: The transfer and the management of the tacit knowledge is one of the most important issues in the knowledge transferring context to create organizational competitive advantage in the fast growing competitive world. As we know, organization tacit knowledge transferring is a dynamic game process, this research applies evolutionary game theory to analyze the tacit knowledge transferring activities among organizations and the stability balance issue in organization knowledge transferring. Based on the theory of games, this paper constructs the evolutionary game process model for organization tacit knowledge transferring. And through the equilibrium point of the model, the different knowledge transferring bodies game replicated dynamics and stability are analyzed. With this model, the reason why tacit knowledge is hard to be transferred and the path of tacit knowledge transferring is analyzed.

Abstract: Knowledge integration played a major and centre role in the process of organizations knowledge innovation. Study on the knowledge integration contents and process in organization has important significance. There are four contents of knowledge integration in organization knowledge innovation: knowledge integration between different knowledge main bodies; different knowledge levels; the new and original knowledge system; personal study, team study and organization study. The paper discussed the process of knowledge integration toward organization knowledge innovation based on lify-cycle theory and divided the process into four stages: embryonic stage, development stage, mature stage and diffusion stage. The paper analyzed the knowledge value in different life cycle stages and the result indicates that the knowledge in mature stage is the most valuable.

Abstract: For the advanced manufacturing network, the depth of knowledge innovation is the key to measure its success. This paper points out the necessity to design an effective knowledge innovation network, and presents it from the aspects of connotation, structure and training. Writer put forward a SVM dynamic mechanism of knowledge innovation, which emphasizes innovation culture, mutual trust and information network technology as the core. Research results show that, compared with traditional methods, knowledge innovation network can significantly improve the efficiency of innovation and manufacturing.

Abstract: Considering the influence of distributor participation, collaborative knowledge innovation is studied by building the game model from the decision-making viewpoint of manufacturer. Changes of market demand due to the collaborative innovation and the behaviors of participators are also analyzed. The results show that distributor participation can spur manufacturer to increase product innovation investment and be available to realize the higher level of innovation, and that the degree of distributor participation is not only affected by its own cost of the collaborative innovation, but also the investment of manufacturer. Furthermore, the research gets the boundary condition of different decision selection for manufacturer and its distributor.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to introduce a general scenario for Enterprise SNS knowledge community of E-Learning to promote knowledge innovation, including four sub processes and two knowledge techniques. First, four sub processes are researched respectively, including: motivation to acquire new knowledge, knowledge searching and collection, knowledge decision-making and knowledge innovation. Second, knowledge base and recommendation are two knowledge techniques. The paper underscores the significance of E-Learning to improve knowledge innovation in enterprise and a case study is given. For modern enterprises, knowledge management is applied to enhance the core power of competition and development. The internet/intranet-based enterprise knowledge management will be helpful to all the stages of the whole product life-cycle, including the excavation of knowledge, verification flow, knowledge sharing and innovation, coding management technology, knowledge attribute view and application knowledge-unit technology etc. This paper mainly discusses how to implement overall structure of networked knowledge management, construction, key technology specification and practical application of enterprises.
