Abstract: Efficiency is the key of project management, and conversion of project knowledge to technology must be realized by establishing an effective management system. Component project management system is based on the enterprise level rather than project manager level. Although the project has unique characteristics, the member companies use the same or similar components in different projects. It converts internal and external enterprise knowledge into technology, and implementation steps are carried out based on the component of project management system in enterprise organization to ensure project technical transformation of the knowledge flow and call mechanism of project management component, in order to realize the application of component-based project management system in enterprise organization.

Abstract: In the face of vast and decentralized knowledge resources in the information society, it is not easy for learners to capture the knowledge which they really need timely and accurately. An efficient and practical educational knowledge-learning platform was built, by employing knowledge engineering methods to achieve the functions of dynamic expansion of knowledge resources, assisted learning and etc. It has a great theoretical value and application prospects by making effective integration of educational knowledge organization, management and services, transforming the traditional passive learning mode into self-study, making full use of modern information technology tools, developing educational knowledge resources and optimizing the educational process.

Abstract: This paper proposes a personalized knowledge map construction method to facilitate knowledge map construction in knowledge management systems. Knowledge map is an important tool in knowledge management systems. Considering the classification habits, the providing of the personalized knowledge map can make the knowledge searching more easily. The tagging reflects the user’s classification habits. Moreover, the words in the tags reflect the user’s word using habits. Therefore, we proposed an approach to the personalized knowledge map construction. Firstly, the documents are pre-processed including eliminating the stop words and stemming the word. Secondly, the KNN algorithm is modified, in which both the vector similarity and the tagging similarity are used to calculate the similarity between the documents. Finally, the topic identification methods of the clusters are proposed. Afterwards, we evaluate the personalized knowledge map construction methods. The results show that the personalized knowledge map gets a good satisfaction.

Abstract: Study on the clinical medical knowledge engineering, aims to build a large-scale, shared, reusable medical knowledge base, so as to provide the intelligent expert system of medicine, medical information retrieval system, medical education, medical natural language understanding etc.. In this paper, based on ontology integration technology, proposes an ontology integration of clinical medical knowledge management and computer-aided diagnosis system framework based on distributed ontology integration, and the technologies related to the knowledge management system is researched deeply, proposes a distributed ontology integration method based on semantics, in order to solve the information can not be shared between distributed information the distribution system and the problem of ontology integration, build a semantic platform can share the definition, design distributed ontology integration adapter, a reduction algorithm was proposed for distributed ontology integration relation, the ontology integration, reduce the redundant relation integrated ontology language, improving the quality and efficiency of ontology integration.

Abstract: In today’s globalized world, knowledge management (KM) has become an essential tool for achieving economic growth, corporate development and competitiveness. Knowledge management must also involve a balance between good practices and productive processes. Therefore, acquisition of knowledge (generation of ideas and opportunities), as well as its implementation in processes, where it can be put into practice, is of great importance. The objective of this paper is to propose action lines to solve the problems inherent in collaborative knowledge management related technological barrier from the perspective of Project Management. Among the results highlights the application of ISO 21500:2012 international standard on good practices in Project Management, which helps establish a framework for Project Managers that helps them manage key aspects such as deadlines, cost and deliverables, achieving stakeholders’ satisfaction, which are related to appropriate management of collaborative networks.

Abstract: This paper researches the knowledge management system for the decision support system (DSS). DSS is presented by the framework of knowledge management system, and it supports database modeling and data mining; it can define, analyze and track models flexibly. Supporting the key working performance evaluation and these performance models should be shown to the managers in the form of graphical interface directly. It is easy to the leaders and related persons to make specific decisions.

Abstract: Knowledge map is key part of knowledge management; it is the most powerful tool of knowledge share. Base on the analysis of characteristic, utility of knowledge map and Employee Involvement and Participation (EIP) characteristics, author builds Knowledge Structures Map, Knowledge Applications Map. Base on the research, author proposes 5 steps to build knowledge, and then illustrate the model via a case study with Information-applied Technology. This paper discusses and explores application of knowledge map in Employee Involvement and Participation (EIP) management.

Abstract: More and more university students is getting used to get information through SNS (Social Network Service) as the development of network technology, this make university library SNS play a positive and significant role in university students. Because of the speed and advantages of popularity of SNS, using SNS to make the students establish virtual learning community become the study object of many university libraries. The paper established the evolutionary game model of knowledge management of university library SNS, and analysed its dynamic evolutionary process. Moreover, key factors such as the income, cost, the status of the knowledge management and knowledge absorption which affects the effectiveness of knowledge management were discussed. Finally, the measures on the improvement of domestic university library SNS were put forward.

Abstract: Leather is a common processing material with poor rigidity in shoe manufacturing, there is easy to generate tensile or compress deformation, so reducing the processing quality. Considering the reasons of leather processing deformation, there are flexible material variety, different material thickness and complicated processing path. The article discussing the various impact factors of leather cutting deformation, combined with the theory and method of processing decision knowledge acquisition, processing knowledge management, and closed-loop compensation control, to propose a deformation compensation method of leather cutting based on knowledge management. Thought the real-time processing path compensation control, to correcting the tool trajectory in process, improving the accuracy and reliability of leather cutting.
