Abstract: A certain delay jitter will impact the time synchronization accuracy of PTP system in the IP packet switched network. Look the network delay jitters as independently distributed random noise, and use the Least Mean Square (LMS) filter to filter out the noise, that will help to relieve the delay jitter on the system synchronization accuracy. The simulation results show that, by using the LMS algorithm, the research can increase the synchronization accuracy and decrease the bad impact on master and slave time synchronization of packet delay jitter.

Abstract: The proliferation of power electronics equipments generates harmonics distortion problem. Harmonics have many effects to the power system grid and the main limitation of harmonics is heating of power system devices. To monitor and mitigate the harmonics, the source location and the level of harmonics should be known. However, harmonic measurements are costly and is not practical to put harmonic measurement in each location in the grid. Hence, harmonic state estimation is needed. The most common method in harmonic state estimation is singular value decomposition (SVD). A time delay of the measurements can affect the SVD performance, therfore, this paper presents a prediction method based on ARX model and modified normalized least mean square to compensate the time delay measurements. The result shows better performance of the proposed method as compared to least mean square.

Abstract: A half tracked vehicle model was established based on LMS, a co-simulation interface between control algorithm of MATLAB and physical model of LMS was set up. Fuzzy controller with PID regulator was proposed to achieve controlling strategy based on half tracked vehicle model. With suspension stroke and its change rate as input parameters of fuzzy controller, the dynamic adjusting parameters of PID controller are acquired through fuzzy controller, then a semi-active suspension vehicle adaptive control system was formed. The simulation result shows that the adaptive control system can effectively coordinate the contradiction acceleration and dynamic travel in different bands, the ride comfort tracked vehicle is significantly improved.

Abstract: The speech signal usually could not be extracted correctly from the digital speech communication system with strong interference. As for this kind of system, the common fixed coefficient digital filters (FIR, IIR) are unable to achieve the best effect of filtering. Whereas the adaptive filter could extract the available signals properly by adjusting the filter coefficient automatically without knowing the change characteristics of the noise signal. In this paper, we designed an adaptive noise cancellation filter based on LMS algorithm on the DSP chip and verification of the filter was done on the TMS320C5509 platform. The results show that the adaptive noise cancellation designed in this paper could extract the available signals properly and improve the quality of the speech communication.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the basic principle of flow velocity measurement, analysis of the structure of the polarity correlation algorithm, the circuit implementation, and the peak point determination, then introduced the LMS(Least mean square) algorithm in flow velocity measurement , thereafter, the simulation experiment of the two algorithms are performed. Experimental results show that with a noisy environment, the measurement accuracy of the polarity correlation algorithm reduced, since the LMS algorithm can automatically adjust its parameters to the external factors, so it can still have a accurate date in flow velocity measurement.

Abstract: This paper introduces an adaptive adjusting FIR filter’s parameters (LMS) method and presents a system recognition model based on the adaptive filter theory. The adaptive filter is directly with adjustable coefficient h (0),h (1),...h (N-1).The unknown system and FIR model have the same input sequence. The simulation result confirms the feasibility of the model.

Abstract: This paper through the body-in-white model test got each order modal natural frequency, vibration mode, damping about this body-in-white. At the same time, on the basis of the test, analyzing the influence about windshield condition of each order modal parameters. Study shows that the low-frequency dynamic characters of the body-in-white is better, to improve local modal properties, increase the windshield on the body-in-white modal characteristic has certain strengthen.

Abstract: There is a big gap between level of multimedia possibilities and level of using multimedia in training physics at the universities. In this paper the advantages and disadvantages of Power Point physics lectures are described. It is noted that one from important advantages is coordination of Power Point with Learning Management System. The examples of writing formulas, drawing graphics in time are presented in this paper. It is described the animated image illustrating the operation of a heat engine with the help of aniline drop. Test results allow us to give in this paper some guidelines on slide design to make information perceiving from the screen easier for students.

Abstract: This article describes the principles of development of the informational educational environment of the Far Eastern Federal University and its structure. Along with a description of the experience in building of e-learning content based on LMS this article presents historical facts of forming the informational environment in the university. It was shown that a necessary condition for the formation of the international educational space in the Asia-Pacific region is not only determined by the presence of the university experience in the field of information technology and appropriate innovation level, but also by the presence of a well-developed sector of engineering and science education.
