Abstract: Welding used as a material connecting technology is widely applied in the manufacture and plays an important role. At present the rapid development of our country's manufacture results in the requirements of higher and higher welding quality. The advanced data analysis system was used in the welding process, to obtain parameters which were able to reflect the characteristics of welding process. On that basis, the parameters of welding process can be optimized and then offer help to improve the welding quality. The data analysis systems designed in this paper can be used in analyzing electrical signals, high-speed camera images and spectral data in the welding. This data analysis system provided a wide range of functions, such as: mapping of voltage and current waveforms, U-I curve, probability density curves of voltage and current, voltage and current filtering, calculation of short-circuit frequency, short-cycle variance and shot droplet transfer cycle variance, the importation of energy and integral of the spectrum intensity, analyzing the relevance of the electrical signals, playing multi-information of arc synchronously. In the experiment of pulsed MAG welding and laser-pulse MAG welding, the system was used in comparing the multi-information of the arc and its function was absolutely embodied.

Abstract: This paper introduce the thought of USB interface application, an automatic measurement system is as an example. The PC control system of automatic measurement by the Labview software programming, then control relay, and control the work state of the HP3. It shows that the design of USB interface application system is realized by using labview programming easy and high efficiency.

Abstract: This paper develops a pipeline leak detection software based on the vibration analysis method. It introduces the hardware designs, experimental methods and the based theory, experimental methods, and the leak detection algorithm. The system uses the generalized cross-correlation (GCC) algorithm to analyze those signals including vibration, temperature, flow and pressure. Then the system takes use of matlab to analyze those signals to choose the best weighted methods. At last, the software uses LabVIEW to generate the fronted user interface. Abstract: The process control virtual laboratory is created by using LabVIEW for demonstrating process control via manipulating a simulated model of a physical process. In this study, a system of convection heat transfer in a rectangular duct is set up and connected with a data acquisition card and a computer serving for an advanced virtual laboratory aimed at supporting teaching and learning in Instrumentation and Control Engineering courses at Pathumwan Institute of Technology. The use of the virtual laboratory facilitates the ongoing evolution of the teaching method from a traditional didactic lecture and laboratory course to a more student-centered approach. The LabVIEW application is used to conduct several tasks including user interface design, publishing and sharing measured data, instrument control and remote access to a system in the Process Control Laboratory. Using LabVIEW software, students can familiarize the basic skills necessary to use equipment and software because the control systems in many industrial processes can be implemented on a computer which runs on LabVIEW.

Abstract: The primary current, the secondary voltage and superficial temperature of ignition coil witness characterization of work performance of the ignition coil. In this paper an ignition coil testing platform based on Labview is developed. The real-time performance parameters of the ignition coil are acquired by data acquisition card,high voltage probe, STM32 micro controller which include the primary current, the secondary voltage and superficial temperature of ignition coil. The results indicate that the testing bench significantly improves the collection of ignition coil performance parameters.

Abstract: Control system of eddy current dynamometer is one of the keys of the test bench of engine performance .The P-Fuzzy-PI composite controller were investigated and and was applied on eddy current dynamometer’s control. Host computer program was developed based on LabVIEW. Engine load characteristic test was conducted , The Experiment Result Indicated that P-Fuzzy-PI composite controller has advantages of fast responsing, small overshooting ,high control accuracy and so on .

Abstract: Because of LED lights require long-term monitor, the paper presents a remote intelligent control system based on LabVIEW. The system set up by the hardware and software simulation is completed. First collected working status and environmental parameters of the system by ZigBee wireless sensor network. Then transfer data to a remote monitoring center via WiFi. The functions including data real-time display, analysis and storage can be realized by LabVIEW. Using the information collected corresponding control can be adopted, the power and brightness of LED lights can be adjusted, etc. Experiments show that the system is stable, simple to operate, easy to wiring and suitable for the application of LED Street light at present.

Abstract: The monitoring system of AMB (Active Magnetic Bearing) can display rotor displacement signals and real-time current signal of electromagnetic coils, monitoring the rotor running status of AMB. This article describes the monitoring system that is based on the AMB original hardware circuit and details of its hardware components and software modules function. Experiments show that: the function of each part of the electromagnetic bearing monitoring system uptime, and has good expansion; this system has been successfully applied in second flexible critical speed rotor magnetic bearing system.
