Abstract: Streptococcus pneumoniae (S. pneumoniae) was one common pathogen that caused pneumonia, meningitis, otitis media, and sepsis. The traditional culture methods costed long time and omission often existed. A new method was developed based on Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP). A series of primers of autolysin (lytA) from S. pneumoniae were designed with specific primers soft, and set up LAMP system in detection of S. pneumoniae. Comparison of specificity and sensitivity results with culture and PCR method in 50 samples collected from patients with respiratory infections. The data demonstrated that the selected primers and reaction system in LAMP were respond to S. pneumoniae,not cross reacted to others bacteria. The detection of sensitivity to LAMP was 102 CFU/mL. All of clinical specimens in the test, 9 cases (18.0%) were confirmed to be positive as S. pneumoniae,whereas, only 4(8.0%) were diagnosed by culture method. The LAMP technology has a specific, simple and accurate characteristic in differentiation S. Pneumoniae from clinical specimen.

Abstract: A new loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method for the detection of Cyprinid herpesvirus 2 (CyHV-2) was developed. Following the synthesis in vitro of a 413 bp DNA fragment of CyHV2 DNA-dependent DNA polymerase gene by overlap extension PCR using 11 overlapping oligo primers designed according to the gensome sequences information of CyHV2 published in GenBank, a set of 6 LAMP primers were designed based on the synthesized DNA fragment, and the LAMP assay was primarily established after preparation of target gene fragments, optimization of reaction conditions, products identification, sensitivity and specificity tests. Results showed the developed LAMP assay was a rapid, specific and sensitive method for CyHV2 detection, with a ladder-like pattern of amplification bands from about 177 bp incubation at 64°C for 30 min by using agarose gel electrophoresis. The detection limit could reach about 15 copies of cloned viral genomic fragments, and no cross reaction with Aeromonas veronii, Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Streptococcus common pathogens isolated from fish detection by this approach.

This Laboratory management system was based on LAMP platform which would provide the experiment reservation service and allowed students to upload or download related material. Real time stream video of laboratory was provided by the server of MJPG-streamer for the surveillance.

Abstract: A wide variety of lighting lamps and lanterns were used in various occasions in our daily life. Considering the service life, the lamps and lanterns were changeed usually. It is extremely complicated to replace the lamps and lanterns installed in high or concealed position. The installation and demolition device for lamps and lanterns based on optimization design method and dynamics analysis is introduced in the paper. The device can be used in the place of ordinary families, residential areas and fitted for different specifications of the lamps and lanterns. The work efficiency was improved greatly through the mechanisms arranged in circular. In the research, the virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanical system. The feasibility of the design scheme of mechanical system was proved with the simulation analysis results. The equipment has advantages of the structure is compact, safe and reliable, easy to use. The research of the installation and demolition device for lamps and lanterns can be regarded as the reference of the related research.

Abstract: This paper introduced the design ideas of university teachers website platform to exchange their experiences, which was based on LAMP architecture and the SupeSite management system. It described the construction process of the platform carefully and systematically. Abstract: For the problems that the street running state and information was difficult to feedback and reasonable control, we apply the topology model to the street lighting management system, and complete the optimization control in this paper. Using the fuzzy control theory to handle the road signals, the intelligent lighting region controller integrates the thyristor chopper with the autotransformer technology, carries out the soft start and slow slope control to the street light, and realizes automatic voltage and energy saving. At finally, the system can realize the energy-saving control and intelligent, networked management of city street lamp.

Abstract: Emotion has inalienablerelationship with culture. Nowadays, there is an increasing tread in designersto integrate culture elements in product designs. Based on previous emotional design theory,we made a thorough analysis from three levels respectively: visceral level, behavior level and reflective level and tried to work out a culturaldesign method with the purpose of integrating culture withtechnologically industrial design. Abstract: At present high-pressure sodium lamp is main lighting source of the college and university sports teaching venues. In the 2008 Beijing Olympic competition venues and the 2010 Shanghai world expo exhibition, LED lighting lamps and lanterns are adopted in large quantities because of the concept of the green, environmental protection, energy saving. Author in this paper used to be engaged in the teaching of college sports in our country, and do research about lighting source requirement in our college and university sports teaching venues, such as suitable and uniform illuminance, ideal for light color, third dimension and small glare, etc. The inquiry about the application of The LED and high pressure sodium lamp in the universities sports teaching venue is discussed in this paper, so that it can provide a reference on high-pressure sodium lamp replacement LED lighting lamps and lanterns.

Abstract: This article firstly compared the domestic and foreign design status of LED lamps, and then pointed out the necessity and significance of developing new-type LED domestic lamps in China. After that it briefly analyzed the rational factors that would affect LED lamp design and illustrated the design ideas of new-type LED domestic lamps with selected cases.

Abstract: Surface of the lamp reflector are plated a layer of aluminum. It is hard to accurately establish calculate model when use finite element software to analysis the temperature field. For this reason, a new temperature field calculate model of aluminum layer is presented. And it apply to calculate the temperature field of front fog(084). Finally use temperature field experiment to verify that the calculate model of aluminum layer is correct.
