Abstract: Motor synchronous control technology has been widely used in lifting device. The effect of Synchronous control technology to improve the precision is becoming more and more attention both at home and abroad. Based on the four channels winding ascension, we design a deviation coupling based on principle of displacement compensation control system, and use Matlab/Simulink for simulation, and research the influence law of different parameters on synchronization control accuracy. The simulation results confirmed that the strategy can satisfy the control precision. Finally, we set up the experimental system to verify the feasibility and practicability of the synchronous control system.

Abstract: Research and development design is involved with inflatable lifting web professional boots in architecture industry limited space installation work technology field. This web-based boot includes boot body, lifting device and support to support the feet and the lifting device to fix on the boot body. The support uses the lifting device to connect to the bottom of the boot body, and through the lifting device function, it can have lifting displacement to the boot bottom. The workers put foot fixed on the support, so as to make the inflating lifting boots walk along with the workers. The adjusting lifting device can make support member move far or near the bottom direction of boot body. The workers can lift higher or lower along with the support. The workers can adjust the lifting device according to specific work height, without using or moving ladder or stool, to save time and improve the work efficiency.

Abstract: In hydraulic transmission, Hydraulic pressure can not support heavy objects long time. For the shortcoming, an electro-hydraulic lifting device is designed with mechanical structural supporting; Electric motor is the motive power. The weight is lifted by hydraulic transmission technology; the base of the device is set up a lifting rigid leg and pushing forward Casters .After hydraulic system lifting heavy objects, the lifting devices rely on the support tube, mechanical positioning tube and rigid supporting legs to lock the lifting position. In order to ensure the same high of support on different positions, a vertical fine adjustment mechanism is set. The design solves the problem that hydraulic transmission cannot lift long time. The lifting device is safe operation, easy moved, accuracy positioning, and stable support, energy-saving and environmental protection.

Abstract: Coil transporters are widely used in rolling production line to transport coils among different positions. Aiming at the inaccurate parking space, low production efficiency, high requirement of working accuracy, inconveniency in repair and other problems during the working process, the running mechanism and lifting gear of the coil transporter have been improved, And the author analyze the structure of the improved body by FEA. The results of the analysis of car body show that strength and stiffness meet the requirements. The general property of the improved coil transporter has been, in a good condition, effectively bettered. It can meet the production requirement and enhance the economic benefits.

Abstract: Current climbing appliances are difficult to ensure the steady change from walking to climbing. Consequently, we come up with a climbing mechanical appliance, design it and analyze the appliance on rationality and feasibility. The appliance is lifted by rack and pinion mechanism. In order to ensure smooth and steady movement of the appliance, a counterweight balancing mechanism is designed to adjust the centroid according to actual situation. Through the movement principle analysis of transmission mechanism for the appliance, we build its 3D model by SolidWorks. A simulation analysis has also been provided to examine the feasibility of transmission mechanism under the help of ADAMS.

Abstract: According to the test requirements of elevator safety devices, a set of elevator tower was designed and manufactured. There are two wells, one is used to ascending test, and the other is used to descending test. The lifting devices are composed of electric hoist and trolley, and can move along the track on the top of tower in order to change test well. The guide bracket is hanged on the lifting hook of hoist and slides on the track with guide shoes. There are two hooks in release mechanism and controlled by electric control system and manual button separately. The loading mechanism implements hoisting and walking movements through silk pole and pulley system.

Abstract: A new unpowered decanter system was designed to lift the decanting sink only by the dynamic provided by liquid level difference. The system arranged the float tank pools symmetrically in both ends of the decanting sink. The system was run by the difference of liquid level between float tank pool and reaction pool. When the level difference got small, the float tank would rise and hence lift up the decanting sink in the reaction pool to up above the liquid level; when the level difference got large, the float tank no longer received the buoyance so the decanting sink would float in the reaction pool and decant. The testing results of the experiment device showed that by means of difference of liquid level to lift the decanting sink was feasible. The new system is simple in structure, so that the construction and maintenance cost is not high. It also does not consume electricity. It provides a new decanter model.

This lifting device makes the safety and efficiency of supports maintenance improved greatly. The lifting device occupies small space and has simple structure and doesnt influence the motion and operation of supports. Labor-saving,time-saving ,safe and reliable are also one of the features.This lifting device can be used and the lifter winch be dismantled at any time and needs less maintenance personnel.The using of this device achieves the goal of senting maintenance personnel or accessories to the working height quickly,safely and accurately and accelerates the development of working face.

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problems existing in a lifting device of electrolytic lead residual anode washing production line, this article proposes an solution on basis of the electro-hydraulic digital valve control system, then simulates the improved system using the software of MATLAB, the results show that the improved system has better repeat precision, simpler operation and maintenance and stronger anti-jamming capability by using the electro-hydraulic digital valve control technology; adopting the hydraulic cylinder as powerplant avoids the impact load during operation and gets a better control accuracy of the anode plate’ velocity and position; the high precision double cylinder synchro-control system is achieved by using the master-slave control strategy.

Abstract: Techniques of lifting large segments of steel box girder by floating crane is used in construction of Chongqi Bridge. Considering the hydrological environment on the site, characteristics of steel box girders and performance parameters of floating crane, the selection of floating crane is carried out. To ensure hoisting work achieve function and safety, a new type of lifting device named Self-balance lifting device is designed, and the lifting-points design is optimized to make the reaction of all lifting-points of large segments equal. In the erection process of large segments, the security risk control is analyzed to ensure the steel box girders and lifting equipments safety.
