Abstract: A mathematical model of an optimization problem to define a short-term (one month) production plan which implements the best use of the production capacity with the condition of meeting the demand is proposed. Long-term planning of autoclaved production (up to six months) with the account of the dynamics of demand and possible residual products in stock are also considered. The results of computational experiments are presented.

Abstract: The corrosion behaviors of 304 stainless steel (304SS) which has been cut and 304SS which has not been cut in two different solutions were investigated using polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The results show that 304SS which has been cut and 304SS which has not been cut have the similar corrosion voltage in two different solutions. However, the corrosion velocity of 304SS which has been cut is more than 304SS which has not been cut both in the two solutions and the corrosion behaviors of two 304SS in the water solution are better than in the water which has little oil.

Abstract: An investigation was reported on how to improve the machinability of PCBN tool for realizing the electric spark line cutting of PCBN tool. The machinability of the PCBN tool was evaluated in terms of its current conductivity. The influences of the additive compositions, additive concentrations and grit sizes of CBN on the current conductivity of PCBN tool were discussed through manufacturing PCBN tool. Experimental results indicated that the machinability of PCBN tool was attributed to the mesh structure of current-conducting additive, which was the combined effects of high additive concentrations and fine CBN grits.
