Abstract: The density and reserve of the weighted mud play a decisive role in dealing with the unexpected oil well blowout, how to quickly mix out the weighted mud with desired density and volume is a problem which is urgent need to be resolve by each drilling crew and the petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises. On the base of the original manual equipment for mixing weighted mud, this paper designed an automatic control system which can make the weighted mud mixed quickly and automatically.

Abstract: For implementing excellent control to nonlinear systems with long time-delay, a new intelligent control algorithm of cloud models was proposed. This algorithm presents the uncertainty reasoning of control rules based on cloud model. This model is a new method for transformation between qualitative and quantitative in the knowledge. The intelligent controller uses the theory of the fuzzy control, designing a variant dimension cloud model intelligent controller containing a one-dimension cloud model controller to eliminate steady-state error, which is used for thermal power plant boiler superheated steam temperature. It also shows that the cloud controller is simple and easy, directly perceived through the senses, and has strong robustness, better control performance, and good application.

Abstract: In the paper, the liquid level control system of double-tank is built, which bases on MCGS configuration software. Taking the liquid levels of double-tank as control object, the mathematics model is built, which is used for experiment and research. Moreover, the liquid level PID adjustor of single tank is designed, and P, PI and PID experiments are done in the step signal, which has important practical significance and reference value.

Abstract: Based on the PLC control technique and WinCC configuration technology,the control system for the liquid level of the tank was designed. After receiving liquid level signal that transferred from radar tester,the PLC process it ,and then output related control signal to the actuator.The actuator is composed of two AC motors,one is for the main pump ,and another for the auxiliary pump.The function of human-machine interface is achieved with the help of Smart700 touch screen of Siemens.Communication functions between the WinCC project and the PLC site and pictures of the control process which enabals real-time monitoring of the entire system are finished by designing configuration.Finally,the validity of the system and the feasibility of the design have been proved by debugging and the use of enterprises.

Abstract: This thesis mainly elaborated the PID neural network feed-forward algo-rithm and back propagation algorithm and the structure form of its controller, then make use of MATLAB to simulate the liquid level adjusting system, analysis its control perform-ance and choose appropriate neural network parameters, and compared with the traditional PID control effect, analyzes the advantages of PID neural network. Through the comparison with the conventional PID control, PID neural network is superior to the traditional PID. The traditional PID control tuning parameters has a large number of thumb rules for reference, but the setting out of the parameters is not necessarily good. And sometimes we have to modify the parameters if we wound the better control effect. PID neural network is set up as long as the learning step in accordance with the PID rule set. this paper has show that Liquid Level Control System based on Computer Nerve Network has good control effect of rapid and effective.

Abstract: Because the characteristics of the liquid level control conditioner are nonlinear, strong inertia, time-variant and pure delay, the conventional PID control is often ineffective. A fuzzy immune PID controller was designed based on the immune feedback mechanism and the fuzzy control theory, used the genetic algorithm to optimize the immune PID parameters, established a the liquid level control of water tank control system model, and applied fuzzy immune PID control technology to simulate the liquid level control through Matlab emulation., simulation results show that the control system has the characteristic of rapid adjustment, high regulation enec, therefore it has the feasibility and the promotion of a certain value.

Abstract: This paper gives an advanced control to a strip caster with tilting-ladle-type automatic
pouring system. The strip caster has been used for producing ferrous and nonferrous sheets. In the
process, in order to obtain the high-quality products, it is required that the molten metal in the tundish
keep the high liquid level. Therefore, the control system to liquid level in the tundish is proposed in
this present paper. In this approach, the mathematical model from the control input into the motor for
tilting ladle to the liquid level in the tundish is derived by using hydrodynamics. Then, for reaching
quickly the molten metal to the high liquid level and keeping stably the liquid level, the control input
into the motor is designed systematically by using the mathematical model. The proposed control
system has advantage that it can be constructed simply. And, any sensors for measuring the liquid
level are not required in the proposed system.
