Abstract: Low-carbon industry has risen gradually across the globe in recent years. This paper reviews the concept of low-carbon industry and points out that low-carbon industry, which is the collection of low-carbon production and service industries is the basis of low-carbon economy. And the paper also indicates the current situation of low-carbon industry in Shenzhen is well developing, and at the end of the paper several helpful suggestions is designed.

In the face of increasingly serious ecological crisis, a benign living environment has became the urgent need for human beings. Under the guidance of sustainable development and ecological civilization concepts, as well as relying on the paths of applied-information technology,Low-carbon industry,low-carbon transport and low-carbon consumption, we can establish an evaluation index system from low-carbon buildings, low-carbon production, low-carbon transport, low-carbon consumption etc.by the Delphi method and analysis hierarchy process (AHP), so as to promote the development of Hengyang low-carbon community.

Abstract: Developing low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for China. This paper builds an evaluation index system of low-carbon economy and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the development level of China’s low-carbon economy. Then, according to China's actual conditions, some proposals are put forward accordingly.

Abstract: The low-carbon economy is a great innovation of economy development and social harmony.As a typical resource province,Shanxi province have to face the contradiction between resources and environment.The low-carbon economy is the most important way to its economic transformation.To promote low-carbon economy development in Shanxi province,this paper focuses on the problem of development path selection of Shanxis low-carbon economy. First,this paper analyses the development situation of low-carbon economy in Shanxi province.Second,summarize the development path from the developed countries experiences on low-carbon economy.Finally,put forward the specific path to develop low-carbon economy in Shanxi.

Abstract: In order to deal with climate warming and the global energy crisis, the low carbon industry is rising as a new form of business. It’s the inevitable trend of industry transformation towards a low carbon economy, and it’s at the core of energy saving and emissions reduction in the short term. Using Shandong Province as the object of study, this article analyzes the present situation and the difficulties in developing a low carbon industry. Based upon these findings, it proposes four strategies with which technical innovation can be used to push the development of the Shandong Province towards a low carbon economy. It also supplies numerous suggestions for said development, such as “utilizing the essence of innovation to improve the environment of industry”, “relying on organizational innovation and promoting the competitive vigor of said innovation”, “carrying out technical cooperation and assisting the innovation by joint efforts”, and “influencing technology transformation through a creative combination of innovation and the current market”.

Abstract: Low-carbon industries and people's lives are interrelated. A survey was conducted with a population sample of 100 households. This paper compared the rural and urban households’ energy consumption. It was found that the household energy-use is complex. The urban households’ energy use has a high-carbon tendency. The rural households’ energy consumption is relatively low-carbon, but their energy consumption behaviors are gradually being abandoned. Whether the consumer chooses a low-carbon lifestyle or not, it does not relate to his idea but to the industries. With the economic level improving, all households may choose electricity only. If the Power industry is not low carbon, the life of people can't be low carbon. The article focuses on the energy industry and concerns that low-carbon life is driven by low-carbon industries.

Abstract: Ecological crisis has become a very urgent and very knotty global problem cared by common humanity since the 21 century. In this context, the construction of low-carbon society has been appealed increasingly. College students as the main force have become the main power of developing the low-carbon economy and constructing the low-carbon society. And the employment of college students is directly related to the construction of low-carbon society. This study has analyzed the problem of employment of college students in the circumstance of low-carbon society and has proposed the countermeasures of guiding college students to obtain employment in low-carbon industry.

Abstract: Low-carbon economy is becoming the main trend of economy developing for all countries. Jiangxi Province has a preliminary basis and advantage to develop low-carbon economy. The developing pattern and approaches of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi province were put forward which includes developing low-carbon industry and constructing low-carbon society. The pattern of low-carbon industries include enterprise model of clean production, industry model of low-carbon industrial, low-carbon agriculture, low-carbon services and eco-tourism, regional model of low-carbon industrial park. The patterns and approaches of low-carbon society include town model of low-carbon operation, the village model of low-carbon construction, residents model of low-carbon living.

Abstract: Under the background of dealing with global warming, low-carbon economy has been chosen by countries in the world seeking for the balance between economic development and environmental protection, and low-carbon industry has become the foundation for development in low-carbon economy. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions to existing problems which covers structural optimization of low-carbon industry difficult to achieve in a short term, the shortage of the core technologies, financing difficulties, and ineffective co-operation of government and enterprises.

Abstract: After the UN climate conference in Copenhagen and the Cancun conference in Mexico, the world pays more attention to low-carbon development. Low-carbon city is an important path to develop the low-carbon economy. Countries all over the world have take action now: Britain’s climate change action plan; Danish’s low-carbon communities; Japan’s low-carbon society action plan. In the sixth nationwide population census, urban population closes to the rural population. Urban create 70 percent GDP, it is also a major source of carbon emissions. How economic development decouple from carbon emissions in the process of industrialization, it is a major problem encountered in China. In this paper, it describes the process of the low-carbon city evolution and the concept of the low-carbon city firstly, then it analyses the status of low-carbon city construction in our country secondly, finally the paper puts forward countermeasures. The countermeasure will has important meaning to develop low-carbon economy in our country.
