Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of sine-wave pulse-width modulation (SPWM) and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) [, the key points are the algorithm of various sampling methods of PWM signals and the analysis of those signals spectrum with MATLAB[4]. The foundational features of the harmonic distributions and advantages and disadvantages of various sampling methods are obtained. According to the analysis, some suggest can be given for the evaluation of pulse width modulation scheme. In the same time, some methods of optimization of pulse wave are advised to provide theoretical guidance for the system design.

Abstract: Operation principal of Electronic Oxygen Regulator (EOR) was explained in this paper. A mathematic model was established on Matlab/Simulink platform to study the maximum flow of pulmonic valve and design method of compression spring rigidity. Selecting criteria for main parameters of EOR is determined quickly and efficiently through simulation. Conclusion of simulation is of great reference value for EOR engineering.

Abstract: To demonstrate the importance of abrasion and clearance to machinery, this paper studied abrasion of Cam mechanism contact surface, illustrated how abrasion and clearance relate to each other and investigated how they influence kinematic accuracy of the mechanism. In the case of Cam mechanism with flat-bottomed translation follower, it elaborated abrasion styles and bad points and depicted heart-shaped abrasion rate curve. It proposed a mathematical model and optimized design for cam profile, taking abrasion design as an objective function. Aided by Matlab and its optimization toolbox, it also proposed a optimized solution to the objective function mathematical model. And powered by computing capabilities of Matlab, it determined the coefficients in a high-order five-term function and found the optimal value of the objective function quickly in need. By optimization, mechanism abrasion improves and its kinematic accuracy and reliability increase, prolong its life.

Abstract: Speech recognition technology is one of the hottest and the most promising new information technologies in the world. This paper studied the voice pretreatment and extractions of MFCC characteristic parameters, constructed speech keywords recognition algorithm with the core of the VQ model and the HMM model, using MATLAB to complete the training and simulation of algorithm, FPGA-based voice recognition technology, and the simulation and implementation of its hardware and software. It laid the foundation for the realization of speech recognition and control based FPGA.

Abstract: Disc brake with the advantages of simple structure and good braking performance is widely used. But the design method of the existing brake needs a lot of calculation, test and modify repeatedly, manpower cost and long development cycle. This paper establishes a brake temperature minimum and maximum braking torque multi-objective optimization mathematical model, and then uses MATLAB optimization solution; and the finite element method (fem) is used for the transient temperature field validation. Research shows that the method is feasible, which can effectively improve the disc brake braking performance, and improve the efficiency of development.

Abstract: In modern mechatronic system design process, how to shorten the design schedule and to ensure that the performance of the system designed to meet the indicator has been the focus of attention. This paper presents a mechatronic system co-designing method based on Matlab and Recurdyn. Takes a typical uniaxial direct drive system as example, describes the implementation process of the co-designing method. The dynamics model of direct drive system has been builded, on this basis, the co-simulation model based on Matlab and Recurdyn has been established. Simulates and analyzes time domain and frequency domain characteristics of the co-simulation model in different conditions, and compares simulation results and corresponding experiment results. Comparison results showed that: Open-loop time-frequency domain simulation results and experimental results are basically consistent, amplitude-frequency characteristics matching degree (ACMD) greater than 73%, phase frequency characteristics matching degree (PCMD) greater than 87%, time domain response matching degree (TRMD) greater than 89%. It verifies the validity and correctness of the co-designing method.

Abstract: We need to achieve real-time parameter control and process a large number of complex numerical calculations in the research of satellite mobile communications fading channel. MATLAB has powerful numerical calculation functions and graphing display characteristics, VC++ has powerful functions to make program interface and can achieve port operation, real-time processing. MATLAB and VC++ mixed programming combines the advantages of both languages and provides strong technical support to the research of satellite mobile communications fading channel. This paper introduces the calculation model of satellite mobile communications fading channel and presents the process of mixed programming. The complex calculation of fading channel is completed and the results are presented.

Abstract: The system uses dual MCU design to achieve the acquisition and transmission of pulse signal without affecting the users sleeping process. The pulse signal is collected by infrared pulse sensor, and is wireless transferred to the personal computer by JF24C after the process of amplification, baseline correction and so on. Then personal computer analyses the signal using the method of wavelet transform algorithm. With wavelet decomposition, pulse signal can be decomposed into different scales of wavelet coefficients and recomposed according to the low-frequency coefficient of the bottom and high-frequency coefficients of various layers. During the process of wave recomposition , the coefficients related to noise can be rejected while the valuable information in the pulse signal maintained, and all the processes achieve the restoration of pulse signal. What is more, after simulating the wavelet transform algorithm using MATLAB, the consequences of this simulation indicate that multiple interferences can be effectively suppressed while keeping the pulse signal undistorted and it sustains the relevant characteristics of pulse signal.
