Abstract: The technology of industrial machines continues to develop rapidly, especially in the main drive system such as the pneumatic system which is widely used in industrial machines. This must also be balanced with the ability of students to solve their problems. The pneumatic drive system is basically a device that converts air pressure into mechanical work that helps the operating process of industrial machines. The purpose of this study is to design machine components, create a pneumatic work system simulation tool, create a pneumatic system simulation tool to test the tool. The creation of this Pneumatic System Simulation tool is one effective way to help students understand and master the work system and repairs on industrial machines. There are three stages in this research, namely literature study, design and planning, and tool making. The test results show that the pneumatic system simulation tool can work properly and there are no leaks in the valve and air duct. The test is done by applying air pressure from the compressor. The pressure is applied gradually starting from 5 bar and increasing until it reaches 7 (bar).

Abstract: Acoustic testing is a technology that covers various machinery failure modes, including bearing and gear failures. This technology is superior to vibration analysis for gear and bearing condition monitoring. This paper aims to offer the maintenance world a critical technological advance by developing a web-based tool that, using pretrained convolutional neural networks and spectrograms, allows the diagnosis of gearboxes from recordings obtained with industrial acoustic testing tools. The resulting model is tested against human specialists to assess its actual world performance. A modified agile methodology was implemented to develop the research systematically. The type of approach is mixed since it has qualitative parts, such as specialists involved in obtaining the ultrasonic data and classifying them, and quantitative parts, such as validating the precision of the model based on established validation metrics. By using a pretrained model and then performing a fine-tuning with heterodyne ultrasound recordings from gearboxes in good and bad condition, a training accuracy of 93% was achieved. Then, tests were carried out to validate false positives and negatives in which it was possible to obtain 0% and 6.7% scores, respectively. This model was incorporated on a web platform to create the diagnostic tool whose input variable is the recording, and the output variables are its spectrogram, the prediction of whether it is in good or bad condition, and the probability of both possibilities.

Abstract: With the development of network and intelligent technology, artificial intelligence technology was applied to fault diagnosis of coal mine equipment maintenance. Using the artificial intelligence technique for fault diagnosis of coal mine machinery, not only the accuracy of coal mine machinery fault diagnosis can be improved, and also a positive significance of the use of the normal operation of machinery and equipment is guaranteed in coal mine. In this paper, the ventilator equipment in the coal mine will be taken as an example for analyzing the application of artificial intelligence technology to coal mine machinery fault diagnosis, in order to improve the maintenance of mine ventilation work efficiency and guarantee the normal operation of the application in the production of coal mining.

Abstract: Waste printed circuit boards is one of the main electronic waste,which has serious pollution,it has valuable metal and nometal.So its processing method is a very complex problem.There are a variety of recovery methods since the birth of waste printed circuit boards,and the most widely used method is mechanical method,which is practical and avoids the problem of environmental pollution.This article describes the recovery process of mechanical method of recycling waste printed circuit boards and the equipment used, and summarizes the status quo of mechanical method of recycling waste printed circuit boards in China and abroad.

Abstract: The area of security affects the entire life cycle of the machine from design, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, maintenance all the way to its disposal. Clearly, the longest as well as the most dangerous stage of the machine, is its own operation and maintenance. At this stage it is necessary to assess the risks associated with its use and possess the documentation so as to use the machine safely. These materials are the basic documentation, which is the subject of familiarization and practical training of the employees rather than immediate use of the machine. This article describes the risk analysis of the machinery and its application to risk management particularly the process of training and educating the employees.

Abstract: Nowadays, the level of mechanization is gradually increasing. In order to promote the rapid development of the mechanized production in China, the automatic control of large-scale machinery is required. Therefore, this paper puts forward a control model for the large-scale mechanical arm angle. During the control, the angle of the large-scale mechanical arm was calculated based on the actual production so as to achieve the automatic control of the angle. The experimental results indicated that carrying out automatic control of the large-scale mechanical arm according to algorithm proposed in this paper could improve the accuracy of the automatic control.

The article presents a new kind of drawing device with a novel drawing die,which not only well solve the problem mentioned but also greatly improve the use efficiency and the use value by analyzing the existing deficiency in drawing devices.
