Abstract: Although the use of information resources in our country, auto maintenance and a series of problems, but the wave of the information industry is surging, overwhelming impact to the whole society in various fields. The application of information resources in automobile repair industry prospects will be very broad. This article mainly introduced the demand for information resources and existing problems of maintenance and information resources in the application of the auto inspection and maintenance.

Abstract: A country's level of Nc machine tool and ownership, is to measure the level of manufacturing and industrial modernization level of important indicators, is also an important index to measure national comprehensive competitiveness. Therefore, how to better use and maintenance of Nc machine tool is an important issue. This paper introduced how to reasonable use of Nc machine tools, as well as the use of the numerical control system and inspection.

Abstract: Medical Equipment, such as CT, MRI, Gamma-ray Radiotherapy Instrument, play an increasingly important role in modern medical field. While, this medical equipment cannot be managed and maintained well in some hospital. If the problems are still remained in the medical process, it will not only affect the health of patients, but also hamper the development of the medical profession. Therefore, to establish a scientific and reasonable quality control system of medical equipment is to be solved. This article analyzed to causes and background of strengthening the medical devices quality control system all over our country, put forward the new ideas for building the medical equipment quality control system, and elaborate how to strengthen the medical equipment quality control system for medical equipment management and maintenance.

Abstract: The purpose of the pumps safety and failure mechanism used in processing industry is the loss limitation using mechanical face seals. Studying the notified damages analysis, the conclusion shows that in a high percent these were induced by vibrations. The vibration monitoring, as part of a proactive and predictive maintenance program, becomes necessary to reduce the environment pollution and the mechanical face seals damages. Due to the fact that the analyzed system is made of centrifugal pump, coupling, bearings and electric motor, we will use vibrations in the diagnose process.

Abstract: This paper is focused on an emphasis of the preventive maintenance effect on reliable and safe operation of technological equipment, in view of technical diagnostics. Problems of the boroscopy as a diagnostics method providing fast information acquiring of inner parts of technological equipment turbomachinery RB211 DLE assembled in combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) in selected company [. Observations were focused on high pressure axial compressor, being the main part of monitored technological system. From quality point of view the paper provides new perspective of internal inspection of technological equipment covering possible damages locating and qualifying of qualitative characteristics of equipment inner parts. The problems solved were based on particular practice demands and it reflects state-of-art in concerned scientific field [.

Abstract: In this paper, we elaborated the common failures of the Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer, and proposed the solution for each failures. At the same time, we also introduced the considerations of daily maintenances.

Abstract: From the perspective of practice, maintenance is carried out to ensure the desired reliability of production systems so that the total cost of the operation of such systems are the lowest. The article describes the need for integration of complex system maintenance and its benefits. The first section describes the approaches, starting points and methods of integration. Further, the article discusses integration techniques. Finally, there are described the economic aspects and the evaluation of the integrated system maintenance.

Abstract: Recently,the problem of lack of radar teaching equipment is more and more prominent because of the large number of student in teaching of the large electronic equipment.For the problem,this paper firstly elaborated the hardware structure,overall structure, software design idea of the detection and maintenance platform for radar operation unit based on PC104.Then the paper finished the function test of the power supply module and signal module.At last, the paper showed the application effect in teaching, proved that the platform can enhance the equipment efficiency greatly and laid a good foundation for the teaching reform.

Abstract: Urban water supply systems are the primary guarantee for life and enterprises to work orderly, according to the requirements of water resource department and the technical feasibility for the management system, the water supply pipe-network information system was designed and developed. The system was developed in C # language and SuperMap Objects as secondary development components. The applicability and weaknesses of the system was analyzed in order to provide better service for the water conservancy work digitally.
