Abstract: According to the the characteristic of tower structure and manufacturing property, the tower components are divided into the purchased (CP), the cooperative (CS), the inherit (CL), the key (CK) and so on. In order to ensure the product data integrity, consistency and correctness in chemical tower, different processing rules are adopted to CP, CS, CL, CK in mapping from EBOM(Engineering BOM) to PBOM(Proeess planning BOM). Based on EBOM view in UG, the mapping function from EBOM to PBOM is established to process all BOM data. PBOM view is created accordingly, to achieve computer aided design on BOM in the data management for chemical tower.

Abstract: A method for implementing privileged management in security management based on role base access control model (RBAC2) is proposed. The idea is creating the users security information space and the security information space for the data base management system separately. The rule and method are given for implementing the mapping from the former onto the latter. The structure of the system for implementing the security management system in the client/server environment is also presented. The adoptability, easy usability and maintainability are primary characters of the method.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the difficulties when applying and promoting automatic demand response in a wide range under the current development status. Based on the demand of users, a system model and the information model of demand response program were designed. Then, an information interactive model which is suitable for the development of demand response in China was proposed.

Abstract: — In this work, 8-bit counter power optimized counter is designed with help of energy efficient techniques called mapping and simulation activity file in format of Value Change Dump (VCD) file and setting file (*.xpa) to define toggle rate, activity rate and enable rate for the power consumption estimation in order to get energy efficient design. With mapping, there is 33.33%, 34.61%, 36.5%, 36.49%, 36.86%, 36.9% dynamic power reduction in counter when device is operating on 10MHz, 100MHz, 1GHz, 10GHz, 100GHz and 1 THz frequency. This reduction achieved by mapping control signal to control port in place of mapping control signal to LUT (Look Up Table) input. In Resource utilization, when we are mapping the control signal to control port, there is 70.58% less number of LUT and 39.89% less number of IO usage than mapping the control signal to LUT inputs. Spartan-3 FPGA is taken as target device and Xilinx 14.1 ISE is taken as design, synthesis and implementation tools. Verilog HDL(Hardware Description Language) is used to synthesize the counter on FPGA. The power dissipation of the FPGA based energy efficient design is verified using Xilinx XPower tool.

Abstract: To make products understood by users more easily, it has become a hot topic in industrial design that how to fill the gap of semantic cognition differences between designers and users. In this paper, users’ cognition process is built and analyzed, a concept of abstracted symbol is proposed. Then different kinds of shape information are abstracted into simple shape symbol. At last, a rational mapping between users’ cognitive concept and product shape information is built up. This mapping model provides designers a way to know better about the users’ cognition, thereby guides designers to design product shape more rationally.

Abstract: Material models that couple the evolution of flow stress to the evolution of the microstructure are important for the simulation of hot working processes in which the microstructure undergoes large changes. Among the microstructural evolution mechanisms in hot working, dynamic recrystallization (DRX) plays a central role as it occurs during deformation. When the workpiece deforms, the element shape may deteriorate, which makes re-meshing necessary. At the same time, certain regions of the finite element mesh undergo DRX and a sharp interface between recrystallized and non-recrystallized portions of the workpiece develops. Elements of the old mesh that are cut by the interface contain nodes with a non-zero recrystallized volume fraction and nodes where the recrystallized volume fraction is zero. During re-meshing, when the microstructural data is transferred to the new mesh, nodes or integration points that are actually in region of the workpiece that is not yet recrystallized may be assigned a non-zero recrystallized volume fraction. As a consequence, the interface moves, which is unwanted and may produce large errors when re-meshing is frequently done. In this paper, the problem of the propagation of the DRX interface during re-meshing is treated. It is shown that the propagation occurs with standard data mapping algorithms and produces a large error at the interface. A re-meshing scheme is proposed that uses a smooth mesh-free interpolating function based on radial basis functions to interpolate the recrystallized volume fraction. The interface is the zero level set of this interpolant. Performing the mapping as a least squares fit of the interpolant allows for a substantial reduction of the mapping error and suppresses the propagation of the DRX front.

Abstract: The CSP method has been extremely effective in checking for, and finding, attacks on security protocol. On the other hand, it has been limited to showing that a given small instance, usually restricted by the finiteness of some set of resources, is free of attacks. In order to resolve this problem, the data independence has been developed by Roscoe. This paper first introduce the new process to expand the CSP model on the base of data independence, and present the whole CSP model of Yahalom and its formalization description. At last, the checking is accomplished by writing in script language CSPM.

Abstract: Development of product innovation design theory, especially the axiomatic design, has changed the pattern depending upon accumulated experience in product design. Independence rule and information rule are the necessary rules of axiomatic design theory. In design of multi-planetary gear transmission, axiomatic design has been applied to determinate type of even-loading mechanism, being important in evenly dividing power into planetary gears to greatly reduce vibration and impact of gear transmission process. By axiomatic design, flexible pin even-loading system and sun gear floating system were compared, and the best scheme has been decided to realize great power transmission.

Abstract: A novel features identification method is proposed for mobile robot indoor environment perception. In this paper, firstly, multi-dimensional data space is building based on laser scanner data, in which corner point is located by hypothesis testing theory. Secondly, line segments are obtained and localized by fitting method, which are previously estimated using probability model. At last, experiments verify the efficiency of proposed algorithm in indoor environment.
