Abstract: In order to study the cooling performance of cooling system of some subcompact, this article used GT-SUITE to build a one-dimensional model for it. Then the main factors for cooling performance were analyzed by the model, and some improvement measures were put forward after finding problems in the cooling system. The experiment data shows that the cooling performance has been significantly improved. At the same time, this research gives important technical parameters for the design and matching analysis of cooling system.

Abstract: This article take the Dongan 465Q non-supercharged engine as the research object, the simulation model is built by GT-POWER and the corresponding test bench is set up. The simulation error is less than 3%, which indicates that the parameters of this model is correct, and can be used for further study of the gasoline engine. The supercharger, Garrett GT12, is selected by the matching calculation. The non-supercharged 465Q engine is modified as a turbocharged engine. The test results show that the power and the fuel consumption of the turbocharged engine is improved obviously, whose power is increased by 48% and fuel consumption is reduced by 4%.

Abstract: With the requirements for reducing emissions and improving fuel economy, it has been recognized that the electric, hybrid electric powered drive train technologies are the most promising solution to the problem of land transportation in the future. In this paper, the parameters of series hybrid electric vehicle (SHEV), including engine-motor, battery and transmission, are calculated and matched. Advisor software is chosen as the simulation platform, and the major four parameters are optimized in orthogonal method. The results show that the optimal method and the parameters can improve the fuel economy greatly.

Abstract: Helical axial multiphase pump is a new kind of pump which can pump and transport a mixture of oil, water and gas. The greatest advantage of the pump is that it can pump and transport gas and fluid at the same time, can adapt air plug and liquid slug and is insensitive to solid particle. The pump is currently drived by submersible motor. However, hydraulic drive, a new kind of drive type, is firstly put forward in this paper. This paper introduces the structure of the hydraulic helical axial multiphase pump, offers an evidence for the research development and production of the pump, deduces the calculating method of power matching of the pump and provides theory basis for the application of the new-type pump in oil exploitation in the future.
