Abstract: In order to make a further promotion and development of photovoltaic power generation project, this paper brings the extension theory in photovoltaic power generation project quality evaluation and builds the photovoltaic power generation project extension evaluation index system and model on the basis of matter-element theory and extension analysis. Ranking the evaluating projects by calculating the indicators compared with the correlation of evaluation degrees. The paper takes three photovoltaic power generation project in Shaanxi in 2012 as an example, expounding the model is reasonable and reliable. The empirical results give a best reflection on the quality of the photovoltaic power generation project, which provide a scientific basis for project decision. The paper results provide a new thought for quality assessment of photovoltaic power generation project, enriching the photovoltaic power generation project evaluation method.

Abstract: The quantitative classification of transformer supervision can improve the quality of transformer supervision. For the contents of transformer supervision, this paper establishes an index system of transformer supervision. Example results show that the extension matter-element theory which is applied to transformer supervision quantitative evaluation is more reasonable. According to the categories of transformer supervision, this paper quantifies the uncertainty and builds the evaluation system of transformer supervision. It realizes the evaluation of transformer supervision and gets the key factors which influence the transformer supervision. This evaluation system is conducive to guide the transformer supervision to be more scientific and effective.

Abstract: Making assessment of risk factors of power transformer life cycle cost modeling is an important mean of improving the scientificity of transformer life cycle cost management. Considering the risk factors of transformer life cycle cost, this paper presents risk assessment index system of transformer life cycle cost, applying matter-element model and extension analysis theory to quantify the qualitative indexes in order to assess the risk. Combined with an example, the paper quantifies the uncertain factors of power transformer life cycle cost management in order to build the life cycle cost risk assessment system. It realizes the risk rating of the transformer cost assessment, getting the key risk factors which affect transformer cost so that we can put forward targeted control strategies according to various risk factors in practical engineering.

Abstract: A monitoring system is set up to get the machining process where super-hard cutting tools are used under surveillance. Signals such as the milling force signal, the acoustic emission signal, the vibration signal and the temperature signal are all collected to reflect tools practical conditions. Based on the extension theory, the partial-field matter-element, the full-field matter-element and the awaiting one are formed to evaluate the thermal fatigue crack states with the help of the relating function and the relating degree equation. Results show that this method is very reasonable and practical.

Abstract: In order to assess the operational efficiency of cogeneration heating system and measure the systems social, economic, energy-saving and environmental protection benefits in North China, an evaluation index system is built up after analyzing the influence factors which may impact the heating system operation. The association degree function of classical matter element method is improved. And then, an improved matter-element evaluation model is established, which not only can figure out the evaluation grade that heating system belongs to, but also can point out the direction of the further improvement work. Besides, the model has other merits, such as uncomplicated operation, good scalability and so on. Example indicates that this evaluation model has excellent applicability and operability.

Abstract: In order to study road safety as well as the relationship between traffic volume and traffic safety, we introduce matter-element model to build safety evaluation system. In this model, we can get quantitative values of the degree how much it belongs to the certain safety level, including six security indexes such as traffic volume, traffic density and traffic-flow speed, as well as four different security levels. By combining two traffic conditions of the same section, we change the initial parameters of the traffic model to get security level grades of the two conditions. The results showed that with the increase in traffic volume, road safety decreases. However, when the traffic volume increases further, the road safety increases instead.

Abstract: According to the extension of matter element, a quantitative evaluation model of dam risk analysis of multiple parameters is developed. Matter-element model was constructed to assess dam behavior by matter-element transform. The emergency capacity besides safety of dam and failure losses is taken into concerned during the analysis of risk of dam. Finally, a simple example shows that is more reasonable compared with traditional methods.

Abstract: Because of the incompatible problems in single index weight ambient air quality previously, five pollution factors (PM10, SO2, NO2, CO, TSP) are chose for evaluation parameters, and then adopt the matter-element analysis model based on entropy weight, refer to the national standards of ambient air quality and compared with the traditional evaluation method, to make a comprehensive assessment of Huludao city in Liaoning province. The evaluation results showed that the study area ambient air quality isⅠlevel in summer, spring forⅡlevel, winter for Ⅲ level , the overall is good except for some area pollution is serious. The results are consistent with the conclusions of the gray system theory and fuzzy comprehensive index method.
