Abstract: Engineering bidding transaction market exists extensively asymmetric information. According to the information economics point of view, information asymmetric extremely easily leads to the moral hazard and adverse selection, which will cause project value can't get a real reveal in engineering bidding. Therefore, the project bidding on the trade market for the asymmetric information research has strong theoretical value and practical significance. this paper tries to use the method of evidence theory to have a certain extent measure in engineering bidding market of asymmetric information, in order to enrich the content of the bidding market research field, and provide a decision-making reference for relevant departments.

Abstract: This study investigates the effectiveness of the damage detection methods depending on the data measured by strain and deflection sensors. The experimental work considers the damage detection by measured data only without the baseline data of intact structure. It is shown that the strain sensor cannot indicate the damage if the sensor doesn’t locate at the damage. But the deflection sensor provides the information on the damage from the deflected curve by collected data. The results are illustrated in experimental work.

Abstract: In order to improve the vehicle reliability after the repair,the paper analyzes the importance of body measurement in the body repair. It explains the control points, datum, the center surface and zero plane of body measurement, and puts forward the visual observation, general tools measuring method and computer measurement method based on existing measurement methods of body repair. Moreover, this paper researches the using range and measurement features of the three methods, explains the data of body size and the using of the measurement tools. Finally, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of body repair, this paper chooses the reasonable methods to measure based on the body damage and repair parts.

Abstract: Bottom dead center repeat precision is the key evaluation standard of high-speed press, it’s an important index to judge production level and technical level. Use model RM-7201 testing apparatus to measure bottom dead center of high-speed press at different conditions, find out laws according to the test result. These findings may helpful in proving correctness of bottom dead center precision analysis and to control the B.D.C precision of the high-speed press. Provide practical guidance basis to improve the press structure and bottom dead center precision.

Abstract: This paper introduces a technique based on image processing method of non-contact measurement software system; the main process is based on the digital camera image enhancement processing and boundary extraction, As a proportion of system calibration are based on parameters, measurement of circumference of a part. The measurement accuracy accords with the actual production requirement, which proves the feasibility of video precision measurement system.

Abstract: Measurement results of spectral reflectance spatial distribution on multi-crystalline silicon solar cells surface are presented. The optical measurement apparatus employs a specific designed micro-spectral reflectance meter. It is suitable for working in visible wavelength range; measurable sample size can be as small as 0.06mm. Results of reflectance distribution on mc-Si solar cell are presented as a spatial sampling interval of 0.1 mm. The peak values of spectral reflectance appear about 400nm wavelength and vary from 10% to 30% with the spatial position on solar cell.

Abstract: The manufacture and assembly accuracy of the HSK taper inspection gauge directly influences the measurement precision. Take the large taper measuring head of the HSK-A63 taper inspection gauge as the research object, analyzed the measurement errors caused by its mounting position deviations, obtained corresponding formulas. Based on the structure of the inspection gauge and the moderate accuracy required by machinery manufacture and mechanical assembly, assigned value for each parameter, and the specific measurement errors were calculated. Guiding suggestions for the manufacture and assembly of the HSK taper inspection gauge were proposed.

Abstract: Datacenter is the important infrastructure to provide resource and service in Internet. Due to the widely observed congestion, all kinds of transmission control mechanisms have been proposed to satisfy diverse network performance demands. Based on InfiniBand (IB) which is widely applied for datacenter construction, this paper proposed a generic testing and evaluation platform IBperf to verify transmission control protocols. We designed a central controller to instruct distributed clients to generate different communication patterns and execute commands of the protocol. The transmission performance can be derived based on the captured packets and digest. In the experiment, IB congestion control (CC) was evaluated through IBperf on our real IB platform. IBperf showed the improvement of fairness and throughput with low overhead based on CC mechanism. It proved IBperf to be an effective tool for the evaluation of IB datacenter.

Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware components of the straightening force measuring system for the pre-stress straightening machine firstly. Then finite element analysis is made for the frame of pre-stress straightening machine based on ANSYS Workbench. Relationship between the straightening force and relative strain on the column neutral layer is obtained by using polynomial fit. And this relationship is used to obtain straightening force in the DAQ software. Then the straightening force DAQ software is developed based on LabVIEW. Structure and development process of the software are introduced in details at last.
