Abstract: Real dynamic boundary conditions and initial condition has to be taken into an account when simulations need to be done. The most helpful are in situ measurement facilities with climate monitoring. Indoor environment operation modes with different air temperature and relative humidity made indoor boundary conditions. Measured weather data are used to create complete boundary conditions for the research locality. Initial condition of masonry water profile is set up. The initial and boundary conditions are considered for an individual locality simulation proposes.

Abstract: This article describes a part of experimental measurement with assistance of independent weather station. Later on, after the data processing from chosen period of time (1 week in March 2014) measurements are described, graphic processed, interpreted and compared to the results of real meteorological station from SHMÚ. Convenient climatic units are elaborated. The influence of differences in measured data on results of calculations for thermal technical parameters of covering constructions is analysed.

Abstract: This paper deals with measurements of wind-driven rain intensity in Meteorological garden of Slovak hydrometeorological institute and subsequent modelling of free standing wind-driven rain gauge in OpenFoam CFD simulation tool using Eulerian multiphase model instead of common used Langrangian particle tracking model.

Abstract: The paper discusses measures to reduce the negative effects of tram traffic on residential house in Ostrava, where the tram line passes through the street area located under the structure of the house see Figure 1.Fig. 1 House No. 1340 in Ostrava affected by vibrations from rail transportThe lines of urban railways are often kept at densely built-up areas, often in close proximity to the buildings. It is necessary to put a high emphasis on protection against noise and vibration. In case of structures for residential buildings it has a negative effect on residents. An efficient way to reduce the vibration levels of the protected structure and thus the secondary noise is elastic foundation structure as a whole to its support structure. But in practice, we need to solve the problem of the ex post, i.e. when the structure of a residential building already exists. To reduce the transmission of vibrations to the structure was carried out technical measures for vibration attenuation along the route of the spread it is the path from the source to the protected structure. Railway track was imposed on rubber anti-vibration mats under gravel bed of tram line. Furthermore, the test sections were established in order to test the application of different materials used as a grout space between the rails and the surrounding environment and the reference section to compare the resulting data.Subsequently was held the measurement of noise and vibration. Vibrations were measured on the own construction of the house, also on the communication - vertical vibration near the track (30 cm far from the running rail track), these data present the transmission of vibration from the rail and sleepers in the immediate surroundings, measuring the vertical vibrations of the road (150 cm far from the running rail track in place that was not affected by reconstruction), these data present the transmission of vibration to the subsoil neighborhood.

Abstract: The article discusses how to test the functionality of air insulations designed for the floor ventilation in historic buildings and follows on from the previously published articles. A flow analysis is being performed on an object of the City of Zirovnice which has been registered in the list of cultural monuments and was built as a brewery in the years 1589-1592 on the site of an older medieval building. The foundations and external brickwork consist mostly of stone. This article brings new air flow readings. The aim of the article is to analyse in detail the air flow in a specific floor void with the aid of modern CFD programs and experimental measurements using the ALMEMO device.

Abstract: The efficiency of oxygen transfer depends on many factors including the type, size and shape of diffusers and the tank geometry. In this paper, the effect of the depth of water in the tank and the extension of coverage area of diffusers on each of oxygen transfer capacity, efficiency and dissolved oxygen concentration is tested. Experimental procedure is adopted to evaluate the effect of dissolved oxygen concentration. The results of the case study showed that, both the depth of water and the extent of coverage area of diffuser had a significant effect on the tested parameters. The values of oxygen transfer capacity was 76,7 kg O2/h and oxygen efficiency (without agitation): 5,3 kg O2/h, oxygen efficiency (with agitation): 4,2 kg O2/h.

Abstract: There are many inconvenience in measuring the diameter of blind and deep holes. The measurement device can hardly stretch into the bottom. The paper is about a capacitive probe measurement system, the whole equipment includes capacitive probe sensor, the measured hole, precision drive part, two-dimensional micro-positioning platform. A simulation analysis was done for the structural parameters, and the eccentricity between the probe and the measured hole, then a reliable measurement results were obtained.

Abstract: Micro-arc oxidation has become a focus of research on the surface of metal processing. But do not understand the load characteristics of the application of the micro-arc oxidation. In order to get the load characteristics of DC power supply which work in the process of micro-arc oxidation, a muti-waveform frequency sweeping power and DC voltage source series circuit is researched. This method uses the load frequency response can realize the online test load characteristics, load test result is good.

Abstract: An improved Charge Simulation Method (CSM) is proposed in this paper. Based on this method, the model of the overall 500kV substation is established, and then the power frequency electric field in substation at the height of the 1.5mabovethegroundis simulated and calculated. Specifically, these on 500kV switch yard in the station are simulated and analysis. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual substation measured results, which is proved the correctness of the model and the algorithm. This paper provides an effective method for the rapid analysis of the distribution of power frequency electric field in ultra-high-voltage substation, and also can use the method to study the effects of electric field distribution factors in substation.

Abstract: The measurement of symmetry and nominal position deviation from theoretical point of view is not a problem, the main issues appears when these theoretical aspects aren’t applicable in industrial practice. The problem addressed in this paper is to identify the possibility to develop a method for the intermediary control like a necessity to industrial practice but for a small series production.A theoretical analysis was developed in order to identify the measuring possibility of symmetry and nominal position deviation for a specific keyway. Using chart ideas and making a case study, we thought to find a practical solution of the intermediary control for specific keyways gears, in small series production case. The research tries to highlight some common and distinct aspects specific for those measuring methods and to solve the issue of intermediary control for a small series production in case of gears internal keyways.
