Abstract: Additive manufacturing is a new approach to solving the problems of creating high-performance instrument components. This article is devoted to the solution of the narrowly directed problem of surfacing metal powder 321L using the LENS method on the solenoid valve core. The core is made of electrical steel, in which a complex groove is machined. The difficulty of this work was to accurately perform the geometry of the melt layer that is not standard for this method. As a result, the product was obtained according to a completely new approach to its design, which subsequently gave increased operational characteristics of the final product. The article presents the problems that can be encountered when performing complex crevice surfacing on a complex groove. The structure of the deposited layer is considered, defects characteristic of this method in the form of interlayer pores, unalloyed powder particles are identified and described. The LENS process control modes are presented in order to reduce defects and improve the development of surfacing geometry.

Abstract: The article considers the issues of assuring the quality of the surfaces of machine parts by applying a preliminary local thermal impact before their edge cutting machining. In the zone of application of local thermal impact, a zone of metastable structure with respect to the material of the workpiece to be treated occurs. When the cutting plane intersects with the local thermal application line, the formed flow chip is segmented. The created graphs allow assigning of local thermal modes to the surface of the workpiece before edge cutting machining. Application of preliminary local thermal impact will assure the specified quality of the surface of the treated workpiece at semi-finishing and finishing edge cutting machining modes and stable segmentation of the flow chip.

Abstract: The article presents a method for eliminating the crystallization of thermal nodes and shrinkage defects in the form of micro-friable cavities. The method of soldering on castings from steel grades VNL-1 and VNL-6 using 5VA powder solder has been investigated. Also, the optimal soldering modes were determined, the effects of soldering modes on the properties of the base material and the soldered joint were studied, the corrosion resistance was investigated, the corrosion resistance of the soldered joints in corrosive environments. The conducted studies of sealing by soldering cast parts with microdefects lead to the following results: increased corrosion resistance; ensuring increased tightness; improving the presentation; elimination of surface microdefects.

Abstract: One of steel 08H14N5M2DL scopes in the industry is an aircraft industry, to be exact, production of racks of the chassis for airplanes and helicopters which test cyclic types of loadings (take-off/landing). Despite the margin of safety which is put at the design of the aircraft, an important role plays, both quality of the material and its ability to save the mechanical properties during all assigned resource for the aircraft. Therefore the development of necessary conditions of production of steel under which the highest mechanical properties and also the ability to save them on the maximum period will be received becomes relevant and today. Work purpose: Identification and prevention of the most significant negative factors having an impact on mechanical properties of steel 08H14N5M2DL in the course of its receiving. In the work, 257 melting of steel of VNL-3 brand in the open IST-0.16 induction furnace with lining from a ground, magnesite brick is investigated. Methods of research are control of the content of austenite and existence of δ - ferrite in structure there were by measurement of values of a magnetic flux density cold and hot tests on the IFSS-1 device and also calculations of the number of products of wear, the solubility of nitrogen in steel VNL-3 and saturation nitrogen. It is revealed that negative impact on mechanical properties of VNL steel – 3 is rendered by nonmetallic inclusions, the maintenance of δ-ferrite and nitrogen. It is established that for stabilization of mechanical properties of steel, aging temperature after tempering in 500 °C allows to support and save steady indicators of mechanical properties. The fact that δ the ferrite exception of solid steel will allow reducing the oxygen content in it not less, than for 0.019% is confirmed owing to what iron crystallizes in γ-phase, passing δ-modification. The presented results confirm prospects of the developed approach in receiving the high-quality steel intended for use in the aviation industry.

Abstract: This article deals with studying the technology of electric arc spraying of the eccentric body by selection of the copper-steel pseudo-alloy for spraying a covering. The part durability with the placed covering depends on the technology of spraying and the properties of the sprayed material. By increasing the strength of adhesion of the covering to the base it is possible to establish the optimal indicators of the coating mode. It became the main criterion of studying the arc spraying technology from the mathematical point of view.

Abstract: In the article a technique is provided that allows to optimize the process of choosing a rational composition of particulate filled polymer composite materials (PFPCM) based on the estimation of specific adhesive energy. Specific adhesive energy is calculated assuming the oriented surface layer formation and using a structure of representative volume. Strength tests for a variety of PFPCMs were conducted. Comparison of analytical results with the results of strength tests showed that that the higher the value of the specific adhesion energy that the system possesses, the higher its strength characteristics. Thus, this technique provides an assessment of strength characteristics of PFPCM based on data on its granulometric composition, filling ratio and type of binder.

Abstract: The paper summarizes an experience of information system implementation in mechanical engineering industry of Russia Federation. Methodological spaces of information supply in mechanical engineering enterprise have been approved. Effectiveness of creation and usage of non-unified information systems for information gathering about local socio-economic issues has been estimated. Conjointly with the friendly user interface individually tuned for each stakeholder, and realized on the base widely used webserver Apache 2.2, using programming language PHP, as well as using database engine mysql 5.5 with report import into unified format like SPSS or Excel, the system confirms its own usefulness.
