Abstract: Iron tailings are the main component of industrial solid waste. The long-term storage and landfill of iron tailings have caused great pressure on the environment. In this paper, Anshan type high-silicon iron tailings and fly ash were used as the main raw materials to prepare geopolymer. The activity of raw materials was determined by XRD, and geopolymer was prepared by high temperature water culture. The effect of iron tailings content, liquid-solid ratio and curing temperature on geopolymer mechanics was studied. The optimal ratio was determined by regression equation analysis with compressive strength as index. The reaction process of geopolymer was studied through microscopic analysis (XRD, SEM, FTIR), and the changes before and after the reaction of geopolymer were compared to prove the reaction degree of geopolymer, and representative specimens were selected to verify the strength changes under different ratios. The durability of the prepared polymers was tested, and the relevant parameters were determined. The gelling material with good freezing resistance and chemical corrosion resistance was successfully prepared, and the industrial waste was transformed into treasure.

Abstract: It is studied that effects of different amounts of steel fiber and glass fiber on the compressive strength, flexural strength, and compression ratio and bond strength of styrene-acrylic emulsion modified mortar under different ages. The results show that the compressive strength, flexural strength and bond strength of mortar increase with the increase of steel fiber content, and the toughness improvement effect is obvious. With the increase of glass fiber content, mortar compressive strength, flexural strength and bond strength first increases and then decreases. Combined with SEM analysis and theoretical calculation to analyze the mechanical strength mechanism of fiber reinforced polymer mortar.

Abstract: In this paper, nanodiamond films (NDF) were prepared on glass substrate by screen printing with nanodiamond. The NDF was printed with two layers and treated with different surface treatments.The field emission model of nanodiamond thin film was established. Field Emission of different Ratio was studyed. The mechanism by which the field emission characteristics of nanocrystalline diamond films are improved was analyzed.

Abstract: This study uses a nonlinear transient finite element method (FEM) to simulate the mechanism and structural behavior of a 5.56 mm rifle’s multi-body power transmission system after being fired. Specifically, this study uses the Vallier-Heydenreich formula to calculate the chamber pressure, and uses the result as the input loading for the FEM model. The analysis in this study considers elastic deformation, joint clearance, and impact effects. The proposed simulation is capable of simultaneously obtaining the kinematic status, transient stresses, and strain history of a rifle. The results of shooting experiments verified the accuracy of the numerical model. The difference in the bolt carrier’s operation cycle between experimental and numerical data was only 1.9%, indicating that this simulation method is credible.

Abstract: In this paper, desulfurization gypsum was made of cementing materials and expanded perlite as light aggregate, by adding the right amount of fly ash and other admixture, in the pouring forming preparation of desulfurization gypsum heat preservation material. Expanded perlite is porous surface, made its hydrophobic, lower water absorption, by emulsion coated surface of expanded perlite. In the waterproof property research, different emulsion composite waterproof contents on the influence of the bibulous rate of the product volumetric had been studied, and emulsion composite waterproof agent was chosen as the last agent with the dosage of 4%. SEM test for analyzing the microcosmic structure of desulfurization gypsum products were taken to research and analyze each combination, and discuss the waterproof and thermal insulation mechanism. The optimal parameters of the desulfurization gypsum of insulation products obtained by the experiments were: desulfurization gypsum of 90%, fly ash of 10%, and fiber of 0.5%, emulsion composite waterproof agent of 4%.

Abstract: With the application of LED display, traditional manual insertion is unable to meet market demand. LED auto-insert machine solve the problems in manual insertion, such as workforce shortage, low efficiency, high error rate and so on. Based on depth study of LED insertion technology, a new automatic transfer system have been successfully developed in this project, which solve the problems of auto-sorting, polarity detecting, rotation adjusting and position adjusting. Compared with the existing transfer system, the new auto-transfer system improve the system accuracy and reliability, reduce the cost of research, and realize automatic transmission with high speed and high precision.

Abstract: In order to solve the contradiction of building heat pump characteristic curve of demand and supply of heat pump, put forward by changing concentration of mixture refrigerant capacity regulation to increase heat production purposes. The capacity control is analyzed, and verified by theoretical calculation and experiment. The results show that, the heat pump system can be obtained by changing concentration of mixture refrigerant to achieve the purpose of regulating capacity.

Abstract: Because of the complexity of bonding process, the mechanism of bonding has been unable to agree. Accoding to previous research, a new bond energy transfer model is established: bond energy equals to energy caused by temperature rising and the friction energy.Then do experiment on bonding time, bonding stress and ultrasonic energy.Experimental results show that as the increase of process parameters, the bonding strength first increases then decrease, which consistent with the hypothesis.

Abstract: There were still high CODCr in straw pulp papermaking waste water, which was dealed with coagulation-combination with nuclear flocculation process. To explore its causes, according to organic qualitative analysis results by GC-MS of the coagulation-flocculation with nuclear process on wastewater treatment and biochemical analysis, this study did the mechanism analysis to the process. It was the main reason, why caused high CODcr, to remain small molecules organic contaminants in the water, such as phthalic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester and Diisobutyl phthalate.

Abstract: Hydraulic modulator regulates the pressure of four wheels independently to realize the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) function. The pressure regulator, also called hydraulic control unit, works by controlling several valves to realize the on-off operation of the liquid paths. This paper focuses on working mechanism and hydraulic response characteristics of inlet valve of hydraulic control unit through simulation analysis.
