Abstract: In this paper, by designing a new type of mechanism, the time-varying cylinder load ofthe reciprocating compressor is simulated. The time-varying cylinder pressure load includes fourprocesses of expansion, suction, compression and exhaust, where the pressure of the expansionprocess is gradually reduced until it is equal to the suction pressure, and the pressures of the suctionand exhaust processes are almost constant. The pressure of the compression process is graduallyincreased until it is equal to the exhaust pressure value. Through the motion simulation of themechanism, four processes of time-varying cylinder pressure load can be realized. This newmechanism will provide new ideas for the time-varying load involved in the simulation of thereciprocating compressor fault test bench.

Abstract: The working environment of the inspection robot is a high altitude flexible cable environment. The robot navigating process must be stable and reliable. The robot mechanism grips the line though locomotion mechanism when navigating obstacles. The locomotion mechanism needs to have a strong clamping capacity and stability. According to the environmental characteristics of transmission lines, a novel locomotion mechanism of inspection robot is presented. The locomotion mechanism adopting differential mechanism can grip different diameter lines. The Tri-Step reducer design to ensure that the various model lines of rapid firmly clamped. The locomotion mechanism is introduced, and the gripper force is analyzed. The experiment results demonstrate that the mechanism has such characteristics as strong grip ability, good motion stability, and different diameter lines gripping capability.

Abstract: This paper is a survey on research status of the force-feedback master manipulator for teleoperation at home and abroad. The conclusion includes three aspects: mechanism configuration, control strategy and the model of people’s arms. The authors compared different theories already developed. Then they present the strengths and weaknesses of each theory. The conclusion is significant in pointing the direction for future study.

Abstract: In recent years computer has become a tool that cannot be separated from our life. As long as we are working on computers, the comfort of the workstation become important since improper position leads to repetitive strain injuries. In this research avoiding discomfort is approached by making a workstation capable of changing working positions. So, a new workstation concept was designed to create a comfortable computer work experience in which a user can work in different working position at a single workstation. In this paper the design of the footrest and its effect in comfort of workstation is discussed. The footrest had 3 degrees of freedom and its positions were controlled by three linear actuators. Evaluation results in four different working positions showed that flexible footrest has a great impact on the comfort of seated computer work. It increased comfort in thigh, leg and foot relative to a standard workstation without footrest.

Abstract: In order to satisfy different field requirement of product transmission during the process of its making and storing, this paper offered a brand new modular 3-D ribbon conveyer. Compared with traditional ribbon conveyer, it has some excellent properties like modular design, adjustable transmission path, and independent driving. As a result, it can change its transmission path in 3-D space and convey product to the prescribed location.

Abstract: With the application of LED display, traditional manual insertion is unable to meet market demand. LED auto-insert machine solve the problems in manual insertion, such as workforce shortage, low efficiency, high error rate and so on. Based on depth study of LED insertion technology, a new automatic transfer system have been successfully developed in this project, which solve the problems of auto-sorting, polarity detecting, rotation adjusting and position adjusting. Compared with the existing transfer system, the new auto-transfer system improve the system accuracy and reliability, reduce the cost of research, and realize automatic transmission with high speed and high precision.

Abstract: According to the fact that it need several tests to determine the size and motion parameters of the flapping-wing aircraft in the development processes, the paper proposed a design scheme of flapping wing system experimental platform. Separately from the scheme, the system platform, driving mechanism design, motion parameters change, described in detail the design and implementation of this innovation experiment platform. Users can simulate and debug the platform system to determine the performance of the flapping-wing mechanism.

Abstract: This paper designs a new type of the crawler chassis brake system, which is suitable for crawler travel system slow walking speed. Abstract: Brake problem for a small multi-function chassis of southwest hilly region, design a set brake device, especially suitable for walking speed slow small crawler chassis. The braking device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, light weight, convenient, simple and flexible operate, reasonable use spaces etc. . Through the braking test, proved that the brake braking performance is good, fully meet the requirements of the agricultural machinery braking performance.

Abstract: In recent years, the researches on the theory and application of public articles and mechanism design at home and abroad has attracted more and more attentions. The paper uses the idea of mechanism design and simulation to analyze and solve environmental pollution improvement. By establishing a simple environmental pollution improvement model, the paper transforms pollution control into binary decision established by a sewage treatment plant and different decisions by the fisherman on the establishment of sewage treatment plants. The paper observes the results of applying different mechanisms and proposes the suggestions of implementing various pollution control methods.
