Abstract: Arsenic in the water bodies being a serious menace for human and living organisms. To tackle this arsenic contaminant, a series experiments were conducted on biosorption of arsenic using isolated from soil and water sample of Taptapani Hotspring of Odisha, India. Out of the various collected microorganisms three isolates viz. Exiguobacterium sp.(SSB11), Alcaligenesfaecalis DZ2(SSB17) and Lysinibacillussphaericus SI-3(SSB58) possess better affinity towards heavy metals. By exploring this, the consortium of these microorganisms was chosen for bioremediation of As(III) from waste water. As revealed from experiments, the maximum adsorption capacity of the consortium isolates were observed to be 51 g/g. Further, the biosorption kinetics were tested with two robust isotherms viz. Freundlich and Langmuir, thereby revealing better agreement with the Freundlich isotherm.

Abstract: The submitted article deals with a relatively new phenomenon, which is monitoring and solution to minimization of microorganisms ́ occurrence on the surface of the External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). The importance of the solution has been becoming more important both from the point of view of health risk for inhabitants and accelerated degradation of particular layers of the ETICS due to the presence of these microorganisms. The article submits conceptual methodological solution to the reduction of count of microorganisms on the ETICS surface from diagnosis, setting out criteria for the necessity of determination of macrobiotic biodeteriogens to subsequent rehabilitation design.

Abstract:
The current situation of contact insulation systems from 80s and 90s is fallback and they do not correspond with current valid technical norm. The almost case is necessary refurbishment of building envelope or performance of additional insulation. The question "what ETICS hides inside" occurs, and whether the removal is necessary or whether the making of additional insulation directly on the current one is possible. This is connected with occurring of growth microorganism especially mold through building envelope. Our article is about problem of mold through building envelope esp. ETICS in territory of Czech Republic. The results show that the whole ETICS is contaminated with mold and there is a risk that if there are appropriate conditions for the fungus in building envelope and the newly remade ETICS will be attacked, then it will be the danger to the health of the users of building. In our research, we have evaluated and verified sampling method for the characterization of biodeteriogens which are accessible and user friendly for public.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the microbial constituents residing in buildings with more people, such as basic school or office spaces. The aim is to determine whether these areas with similar equipment and similar cleaning regime have similar parameters of microbial environment. Within the quantitative analysis we have carried out the collection of microbial particles dispersed in the air and deposited on floors, furniture and walls inequalities. It was found that the internal environment of buildings with natural ventilation is significantly on the condition of ambient air. In the environment of greater occupancy there are more bacteria than fungi. Rooms in the same building, but not directly neighbouring, have an independent environment.

Abstract: Flocculant put in coal slime water is an important method to improve the sedimentation effect of fine coal. This paper analyses the application type and characteristic of coal flocculants, and the research progress of coal flocculants in recent years. The results show that a large number of coal inorganic electrolyte flocculant and organic macromolecule flocculant will lead to environment pollution and harming people’s health. But coal microorganism flocculant not only has characteristic of traditional coal flocculating agent, but also has many special characteristic such as biodegradation. The coal microorganiam flocculants will make a great development and application in the future.

Abstract: To understand the effects of arsenic on enzyme activity of soil microorganisms in mining area, 18 soil samples were taken from Xinqiu open-pit mining area. The mechanism of soil microorganisms in response the change of arsenic concentration was studied by a pot experiment. The effects of arsenic on the activity of invertase, urease and catalase in soil microorganisms were characterized by enzyme activity experiment. The results showed that the microbial biomass in soil decreased with continuous elevated arsenic concentration. However, no significant effect was observed on the composition of microflora with the change of arsenic concentration. In soil microbial community, the predominant microorganism was bacteria (about 80%), then followed by actinomycetes and fungi. Most importantly, high concentration of arsenic obviously inhibited the activities of enzymes in soil especially for invertase and urease. The results obtained in this study provide additional insights into the microbial metabolic mechanisms under different concentration of arsenic in soil microbial community.

Abstract: Microbial method with high efficiency and low pollution on oilfield sewage treatment, has more advantages than others, however, the salinity of sewage is rather high due to the high content of calcium and magnesium ions, sulfate and carbonate ions. High salinity results in strong fouling resistance, the crystals of calcium scale will easily gather and deposit on microbial surface and hinder matter and energy exchange processes between in and outside of microbial cell. The worst case is that scale will impact the normal oilfield production. This paper explores the principles and characteristics of dirt deposited on the surface of microorganisms, the mechanisms of fouling , as well as introduces the research status of CaCO3 scale and BaSO4 scale at home and abroad.

Abstract: This design adopts the method of horizontal arrangement to set the aerator pipes because it’s more effective than an upright way. The pipes are divided into two vertical levels. Firstly there should be an excavation of foundation pit or grooves to put the pipes in two levels. Then the pipes in two levels can be set at vertical directions. After burying the pipe the earth should be backfilled into the grooves. When backfilling the lower level groove, we put some certain microorganism to help cleaning the organic pollution. While working, the pipes above are mainly used to manufacturing gas phase concentration difference, letting the organic volatilize and goes into the atmosphere. The pipes in lower level are mainly used to provide oxygen to microorganisms in the soil, so that they can decompose organic and make them into inorganic which is no harm to the soil and ground water.
