Abstract: There are two sides of system reliability parameters, such as basic reliability and mission reliability, for reliability requirement in the standard, with fine relevance and coordination. It reflects in the determination of the parameters and index and also in the prediction and allocation for basic reliability and mission reliability. It analyzes from mission profile, state transfer and data collection and process, defines the key elements for the analyses of mission reliability based on Agent simulation, and lays the good foundation for setting up a fine mission reliability simulation model of materiel system, analyzing dynamically mission reliability and making a perfect mission reliability simulation concept of materiel system.

Abstract: The reliability of watercraft depends to a large extent on the reliability of main propulsion plant. It should be distinguished on the base of mission variation charged by watercraft during study of main propulsion plant’s reliability. The mission reliability under rated and economical speed is studied via one main propulsion plant as subject in this paper, while the influence performance degradation of main propulsion plant on its mission reliability mostly studied. Relative curve between mission reliability and working time has been found. The results show that, reliability model in view of performance degradation has good expansibility, approach more to actual malfunction of main propulsion plant, as well as evaluates performance of main propulsion plant well and truly. The results could be guidance for user to establish maintenance schedule in order to improve the mission reliability of main propulsion plant.

Abstract: Mathematical models and statistical models of effectiveness were set up during the technology preparation period. A model and flow was set up based on the system parameters and using regulation applying the theory of Monte-Carlo sampling, discrete event simulation and mathematical statistical. Results of its application show that the model can not only simulate effectiveness of equipment weapon, but also can analysis sensitivity, can offer auxiliary decision-making during the technology preparation period.

Abstract: Mission reliability model is important for evaluation of the production capability of a manufacturing system. The manufacturing system mission reliability refers to the ability that the manufacturing system completes the production mission under specified conditions and within the specified time. The production mission includes two factors: quality of products and the productivity. Calculation of traditional evaluation parameters like Cpk and Ppk excludes the abnormal interruption of production and inspection errors. For some manufacturing systems with low degree of automation in the field of domestic weapons, both production disruptions and misjudgments in inspection processes have an impact on the mission reliability of the manufacturing system. A method of mission reliability modeling of discrete manufacturing system is proposed in this paper. The manufacturing system is composed of several processes. Abnormal interruption of production, inspection errors and substandard quality parameters of the products are involved in the modeling of the process mission reliability. The sequential and concurrent relationship between the processes is also taken into account in the modeling process.

Abstract: Electrification is an important mission of conventional submarines. By regarding the electrification system of conventional submarines as a phased cold standby system, a mission reliability analysis model of the multi-phase storage system with element failure following exponential distribution is built to solve the issue of precise calculation of electrification mission reliability of conventional submarines. The correctness of the analytical mode has been verified by the analytical results and simulation results.
