Abstract: The paper is devoted to research of influence of “MC-Bauchemie” additions on the fine-grained concrete properties, namely compressive strength. The results of testing of fine-grained concrete made on the basis of two different natural sands are presented. Characteristics of the initial materials used in the work (Portland cement, sands and additions-plasticizers) are given. The basic methods of preparation of mixes and testing of hardened cement stone and concrete are described. The optimal quantity of the selected additions on the example of cement paste and stone are established. Mobility dependences of concrete mixes on a type and quantity of plasticizers are received. The dependence of the additions effectiveness on the mobility of the concrete mix on the quality of the fine aggregate is shown. It is established that the most effective additive is PowerFlow 3100, its optimal amount for obtaining fine-grained concrete on the basis of JSC “Kar’er Myisyi” sand is 0.2 %.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to research of directional regulation possibility of the properties of a composite based on the Portland cement by using limestone waste. It is shown that the introduction of limestone waste contributes to changing the nature of crystallization and structure formation of cement stone. With the introduction of limestone waste, in the amount of 15 % by weight of cement, it is possible to obtain the compositions of the class not less than B25-B35.

Abstract: In corrosive soils areasand extremely cold regions, high performance is required inthe impermeability and frost resistanceof concrete poles. In this paper, the mix design of C60 high performance concrete and the relationship between mix parameters and performance is studied and analyzed ,and the influence of the water-cement ratio, the amount of cementation materials, the mineral admixtures and other factors on High Performance Concrete is discussed, as well as the impact of different admixtures for concrete. According to the analysis results, the concrete mix is designed and used in practice.

Abstract: This article studied the blade structure on the influence of particle movement, as well as the force between blade and particles. Cone mixer is one of the commonly used equipment for powder mixed, usually, its blade’s movement driven by motor to stir particles, the structure of the blade to powder mixture has important effect, thus it’s important significance to explore the structure of the blade. The result based on the discrete element method to calculate the particle motion and stress with different blade structure, provides important help and reference for the design of the mixer blade.

Abstract: Mixing is the first step for rubber processing. For the short fiber-rubber composite materials, whether the short fibers, carbon black and other additives in the rubber are dispersed well or not has a direct bearing upon the subsequent processing of materials and final performance. Because of the softness of the short fibers, they are easy to group or break during the process of mixing. The research in this paper is conducted by experiment on the methods which are applicable for mixing or mixing rotor of short fiber-rubber composite materials so as to guarantee the materials have good dispersion and the short fibers have rational L/D ratio.

Abstract: Mix design of the steel fiber reinforced concrete was analyzed based on the engineering conditions. It was indicated by comparing with the strength values of steel fiber reinforced concrete (CF40) and ordinary concrete (C40) that the tensile strength of the steel fiber reinforced concrete increased about 70%, the compressive strength increased about 10%, the initial cracking strength increased about 150%.The reasonable construction technologies were used in mixing, transportation, pouring, vibrating and curing of the steel fiber reinforced concrete in order to ensure quality of the construction.

Abstract: Lime soil, literature [1] just gave a general rule to the mixture’s composition design. Because of the soil’s ingredient region difference, the reasonable mix of lime soil in special region must be determined by the test. This paper first quoted the formation of lime soil’s strength and the effect factor, and then regarded the non-side limitation compressive strength at different ages as inspection norm. Used orthogonal design method, the mix for the lime stabilized soil in Jilin area was investigated in this paper. The optimum mix and the main effect factor was determined by the strength at 28 days and verified by the regression strength at 90 days. In the meantime, the key problem had been summarized on the lime stabilized soil construction point and quality control.

Abstract: The increasing scarcity of modified asphalt is affected by storage stability at the present , then the preparation of high strength bituminous mixture gradually become a trend which adopted by hard asphalt of low-grade . This paper determines appropriate mix through the laboratory tests for hard asphalt which was verified in the trial section proves that the desire for load performance in highway engineering can be satisfied with this asphalt type.
