Abstract: This document has firstly been established explosion combustion velocity model in trasport pipeline, analysis on gas temperature effect on dust explosion strength. Gas temperature at 40 °C~ 60°C on the potassium clavulanate mixed dust explosion experiment are studied in the pipeline. The experiment indicates that dust explosion pressure change as gas temperature at 40°C, 46.3°C, 50.5 °C, 54.1°C, 55.8°C, 59.7°C, The studies show that gas temperature rise causes dust explosion pressure pipeline center development,bring piston wave phenomenon.Dust explosion pressure maximum value is get up to 375kPa and negative pressure value is 875kPa.

Abstract: The thermodynamics and dynamics characteristics of solid fuel combustion in sintering mixture were investigated in this paper. The combustion behavior of solid fuel in mixture was analyzed by thermogravimetric experiment, the solid fuel conversion with different fuel size and oxygen concentration was got by the experiment, the dynamic parameters: activation energy E and the pre-exponential A were theoretically calculated based on reaction kinetics model. The size and oxygen concentration were also the influence factors of combustion rate. The empirical data can be used to guide the simulation of actual sintering process and the dynamic parameters can be used in the establishment of the sintering model.

Abstract: The outline is one of the easiest and immediate methods to expresses people’s image of object, records and acquires the inspiration and the design that will be lost during a wink. The 3D modeling based on the outline adopts the computers’ strong power of technologies to sculpt. It demands not only grasping the NURBS and the polygon modeling technology, but also the sound sculpting base and good understanding of the space structure. To the 3D modeling method based on the irregular outline, this paper analyzes an a-ka role model, come up with the modeling method of 3D geometry reference, and make the a-ka model with this method. At last the model through the fit designing program is finished.

Abstract: Research on human evacuation is heavily dependent on simulation. However, many of the models developed to date lack realism because of their inability to adequately simulate social relationships. In order to create a better tool for studying human response during evacuation, an agent-based model is proposed based upon a new technique termed Scalar Field Method (SFM). Drawing on analogy to a charged particle in an electromagnetic field, both human will and social relationships are converted into virtual potential energies (VPEs) to simulate the interactions that occur between an agent and its surrounding entities. Each agent has stochastic characteristics, is independent and makes autonomous decisions on behavior by minimizing the VPE. Preliminary tests show the ability of the new model to mimic reasonable evacuation behavior, and its potential for exploring the significance of social relationships during egress.

Abstract: According to the gear meshing theory, the tooth surface equation of orthogonal face gear is derived and the mathematical model is established. Also the model was provided for simulating the bevel gear transmission system concerning the time variant stiffness and face gears errors under static load and cyclic loads. Through the model the computerized analysis of speed, angle and acceleration of gear real tooth surface could be accomplished. Rattle as discussed under condition of different static loads and the constant cyclic loads.

Abstract: Based on the subjective questionnaire data, anthropometric data, and the pressure distribution data, the relationship between pressure distribution and wheelchair static comfort is studied. Subjective evaluation of comfort is collected through subjective questionnaires; experimenter pressure distribution data is extracted through pressure distribution experiment. Using anthropometric data and pressure distribution data as input, and integrated comfort as output, wheelchair comfort network prediction model is established based on artificial neural network, wheelchair ride comfort can be predicted through pressure distribution. This method converts the subjective evaluation to objective measurement.

Abstract: Coupled steel bars is a kind of cold working steels, It was processed by two parallel cold-drawn that’s they are longitudinal reinforcement wedding with short and band cold-drawn that’s low-carbon steel are transverse reinforcement. So, study on its mechanical and technology properties, get suggestion model calculating formulas of crack width and stiffness are presented. The advantages of cooperating between coupled steel bars and concrete have been primarily accepted.

Abstract: According to the investment decision-making needs of mining enterprises and incorporated with characteristics of mining equipment investment, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted to determine evaluation factors for mining equipment, analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method have been applied for determining relevant parameters, the evaluation model for equipment investment suitable for mining enterprise has been established. The evaluation model has been proved to be correct through verification by examples, and provides a reference for investment decisions of mining equipment selection.

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the concept, processes and key technologies of reverse engineering. It demonstrate the feasibility and significance of application of reverse engineering technology on beverage packaging by rebuilding the model for a beverage bottle with complex geometries: firstly, acquiring point cloud data of the beverage bottle by 3D laser scanning system; then processing point cloud data and materializing model by using reverse engineering software; finally, rebuilding CAD model. The application could provide a new method of designing beverage packaging.

Abstract: In this paper, the subjective and objective methods of color evaluation were briefly presented and compared. At the same time, one model of woven fabric color was introduced. Based on this model, the plain fabric and 3/1 twill fabric were then taken as samples, the color of woven fabric can be respectively evaluated, which can give reference for further manufacture.
